There’s another shaking that’s coming to the border of Washington and the border of Oregon.

There’s another shaking that’s coming in the city of Portland. A shaking in Vancouver. For God says that I’ll touch both Oregon and Washington State. And I’ll pour out a double portion that will flow into both states.

For I’m doing something in the Northwest says the Lord, that no man will get the glory for. But this shall be a spiritual quake, a shaking out of a religion, says the Spirit of God, a religion that calls itself “woke.”

But the Lord says, I’m bringing a great awakening, and I’ll start on the west coast. For I will call pastors both in Washington state as well as in Oregon to collaborate and come together for an outpouring that will not be in just one place or one location, but will be in multiple cities and in multiple places.

For all across these states, says the Spirit of God, there have been wells of revival that have been dug. But the enemy has covered them up, but I’m bringing a flood. I’ll flood Oregon. I’ll flood Washington state.

And these states will never be the same. For the Spirit of the Lord says the catalyst will be an earthquake that is upon the fault line between – oh my – between Washington State and Oregon.

And the Lord says that I will fill, I will fill the city and the states with my presence. It will go across the state in every place. It will fill even the state house, God says. And I’ll shake out this agenda of “wokism.” And I’ll replace it with an awakening says the Spirit of God.

Praying for the Inauguration. God is Releasing His Goodness.

Prophetic perspective, from a prophetic voice in the Northwest, about the upcoming presidential inauguration.

This is a good word. There is necessarily some political content here (this is a prophetic word about a political event, after all). I'm neither endorsing nor commenting on the politics. You can agree or ignore the politics as you like.

I'm commenting on the prophetic content: this is a pretty clear and succinct summary of some of the things that God is saying in the Northwest about the nation as a whole. This is brilliant direction for saints' prayer. And it's a worthy investment of 20 minutes.

James Goll, for Portland

The last weekend of October, James Goll was speaking in Portland.

In the midst of that, he declared this prophetic word: the restoration of apostles & prophets who do not keep it to themselves but equip the saints to do the work of ministry.

We've heard this before. James' prophecy adds another prophetic target for intercessors, adds another measure of God's resource to accomplish what God is declaring.

Northwest Prayer Assignment, 2015

INTRODUCTION

In November 2014, as Rachel was preaching at Destiny Life Center, the Holy Spirit spoke to her and reminded her of her mandate to pray “from Washington to Washington.”  For several years Rachel and various team members have gathered in Washington DC to pray, but now we feel there is a shift in the spirit and it is time to stir the Northwest and Washington State. 

Again and again Rachel has been impacted by the number of people who were stirred to pray for a spiritual awakening in the Northwest as a result of the Northwest Intercessors conference held in Portland during the 1990’s. Many times people have said those times of prayer changed their life. So at the end of last year Rachel felt God challenge her to call the remnant of prayer warriors who love the Northwest and begin to pray specifically for this area of America again. Ahead of the election year we need to cry out to God and see an awakening of the government of Jesus in the Northwest!

The purpose of our Prayer Strike was threefold:

1. To reestablish right lines of government and order in the state.
2. To unlock the pioneer spirit of the Northwest: we visited areas where the origins of the spiritual life of the Northwest were forged, where commerce was born, and the birthplace of the significant cities of the Northwest region.
3. To awaken the right spiritual atmosphere over the Northwest.

The scripture God quickened to Rachel was from II Samuel 11:1 “In the spring, at the time when kings go off to war, David sent Joab out with the king’s men and the whole Israelite army. They destroyed the Ammonites and besieged Rabbah. But David remained in Jerusalem.”

OUTLINE OF PRAYER DAYS

On April 25, 2015, the Strike began as Rachel and Helen and several members of Rainier Hills Christian Center visited a monument erected to commemorate a place of injustice during the Indian War fought in 1855 at Connell’s Prairie, 6 miles west of Buckley. Rachel represented the British army officers as Gordon’s family has a strong history of military service in the British army.  They prayed to cleanse the land of bloodshed and injustice, and declared a new covenant of God over this area.  It was discovered that after this conflict, many of the Native American tribes moved to Alki Point and thus founded the city of Seattle, where we were planning to pray later in the week.

Monday, April 27, a team of 14 seasoned intercessors gathered in Bellevue to strategize and plan the Prayer Strike over the Northwest region. We prayed and took communion together and we then discussed and identified the key areas that should be our prayer focus for this time.  We dedicated oil, salt and wine as spiritual tools that we would use in our prayer journey to establish cleansing, represent the anointing of God and God’s covenant blood. 

We felt God saying that He wanted to release a new sound in the region, and realized that the word “Bell” kept coming up.  Our first meeting was in BELLvue, our second day in BELLingham and our third day in BELLtown.  As we prayed in Spokane on the fourth day, we were gathered around the Clock/BELL tower and it began to strike the chimes for 11 AM.  On our last day, as we prayed at the monument erected to commemorate the birthplace of Seattle, one of the women listed had the surname BELL.  Many times as we prayed throughout the week, we heard bells or chimes ringing, almost as if God was endorsing our prayer.

Some of the key senses that we felt as a team were that Washington State is at a pivotal point in history. This area of the Northwest has been called to pioneer and be the Northwest cornerstone for the nation. We prayed that there would be a turnaround beginning in the west and moving to the east.  We prayed - let them pioneer to bring the glory and establishment of God rather than the liberal ways. Many prophetic words spoken over the last two decades have spoken of God’s glory falling in the Northwest and then moving to the east of our nation.  Chuck Pierce prophesied that this is a whirlwind state. JH heard the words “Appoint and Disappoint” and shared that God is looking for whistle blowers who will pay the price.  RZ heard the words “tuning fork”, bringing a new sound of resonance with God, and “pruning” - a cutting back to bring a more healthy harvest.

On Tuesday, April 28, the team met at Light of the World Prayer Center in Bellingham.  We drove to the Peace Arch and had an amazing time of prayer disconnecting the old covenants of bloodshed. We began declaring the covenant of God over this strategic border. We particularly prayed for the border to be protected from every malicious spirit wanting to cause harm to America. We secured the boundaries in the spirit as we stood in the gates.  JH had a stone taken from the land of the Lummi Tribe and as he held it, we anointed it with oil, wine and corn (Hosea 2:22), prayed a blessing and placed it as a representative of the true cornerstone, Jesus, to establish a new covenant in that region.  

Then we split into two teams: one team went to the Fairhaven district, where prostitution and human trafficking has been a long-standing stronghold.  We prayed to break those chains.  We also prayed at the location of a home held by the Masonic Lodge, which was reportedly being sold to an Islamic organization.  We prayed that those ungodly contracts would be broken and that land be used for God’s purposes.

A second team went up to the Sehome tower over the WWU campus and prayed for revival to come to this generation of students.  Each time we prayed to release a new sound, a train nearby would blow its whistle!  AMEN!

We concluded the day at the Light of the World Center in prayer.  HA declared, in Arabic, a blessing over the US and Israel in a powerful demonstration with the Israeli flag and the US flag.   Many prophetic words were released and an atmosphere of great joy was present.

On Wednesday, April 29, the team gathered in Belltown and walked up to the Gates Foundation.  On our way, we had a significant prayer time at the Memorial Stadium, where in 1951 and 1962 Billy Graham held great crusades.  Rachel saw the names of some servicemen who had been lost in war written on the wall, and just saw them representing the names of many who would get saved in this generation.   NC led us to a Board Room at the Gates Foundation and we were privileged to hear about the work being done to feed and bring healthcare to needy nations and people groups.  Then, once again, we split up into smaller groups to strike various locations in the city.

One group went to the Columbia Tower observatory, 73 stories up, which is the highest place in the city.  From there we were able to see many strategic communities and landmarks and pray for revival, declare the covenant of God, and call in God’s heart for the city. 

Another team went to the waterfront and prayed for the cleansing of the waters, removal of the atmosphere of suicide and depression from downtown Seattle and for the godly influence of Seattle to the nations from the city.  They also went up to the top of the Space Needle.   Rachel had had a word as she prayed earlier in the day that God was leading us back to the same point but at a different level of influence and authority; that although we may feel we are going round and round in circles we are shifting and changing our geography. As we walked up the Space needle suddenly this word had a perfect illustration, as each time we walked around the entrance of the Space Needle we came back to the same point and same view of the city but at a higher elevation and the perspective changed.  God spoke to us that even though it seems we have come around to the same place as we have prayed before, we need to have a new perspective because we are at a higher level.

A third team went to the City Hall and prayed at the Mayor’s office, even as the city council was meeting.

We concluded the day with a divine appointment at St Luke’s Episcopal Church in Ballard.   This is where the charismatic movement really began with Dennis Bennett in the 1960’s.  We met with their current priest, Canon Brit Olson, who had just 2 months earlier taken this parish in a “Big Yes” response to God who asked her to move there.  She shared how she has been prayer walking the community, how desperate the need is to help restore this sanctuary and how they feed over 1,000 meals every month to the homeless.  Brit took us to the old historic chapel and as we sang in the Spirit, we soaked in God’s presence there.  We were able to bless Brit with some cash and know that this was a divine appointment from God.

On Thursday, April 30, Rachel, Helen and Glenda flew to Spokane to prayer strike on the east side of the state.  Rachel shared the prophetic and biblical significance of the east gate.  Pastors Barry and Kay Hill met us with several other pastors from the area.  We walked the university district, where there are now 6 universities all sharing this area.  Even the flags were declaring to “think big” and so we declared all over that campus that God would make Himself known to the students.  We had a particularly powerful prayer time in a gazebo that had blades on top of it that whirled in the wind.  As we prayed for the wind of God, the wind in the natural began to blow.

We then went to pray at the birthplace of Spokane, also the site of the 1974 World’s Fair.    As we prayed, the clock tower began to strike the hour of 11 AM with loud chimes. The bells rang for 12 minutes, as least three different bells in the city each after one another and the time was not on the hour – it was 11:16 when the last bell started chiming! Rachel shared how it may seem we are at the same location as we have prayed before, but God has elevated us to a new position for better perspective.   We then walked to the City Hall, where we were given opportunity to pray in the council chambers for the government and governing officials of the city.    Helen shared a word she had prepared regarding the 6 cities of refuge in Israel and how the original meaning of each city’s name had significance for Spokane as a city of refuge. 

Thursday evening we concluded the day with a powerful service at Victory Faith Fellowship with Pastors Craig and Moni Lotze.  The worship was powerful and there was electricity in the air as Rachel shared a message of giving a “Big Yes” to God and “Bold No” to those things that are not giving Him glory.  Many people came forward for prayer and it was a glorious time in the presence of God.  We know that sovereign Kingdom connections were made in this strategic time.

Friday, May 1, we flew back to Seattle and stopped at the Birthplace of Seattle monument on Alki Beach.  There were 5 women on our team and, significantly, 5 women listed on this monument; one of them was called Sarah BELL. Again the new sound of bells was ringing!

Then a team of 9 women met on the Interstate 90 bridge.  This is the only highway that stretches from the west coast to the east coast, so it is a significant roadway.  We prayed for God’s glory to go from Washington, to Washington DC to Jerusalem!    The team concluded at the Jewish synagogue on Mercer Island, calling God’s people back to salvation and to the knowledge of their heritage.  We broke any assignments to attack the Jewish people and blessed Israel and those of Jewish heritage. 

The glorious conclusion of the day was our first Northwest Regional Prayer Meeting held at Sonrise Christian Center in Everett.  There was a full house and you could sense the excitement as intercessors came together from all over the region to pray.   It was like a reunion as many greeted each other after long absences.  Rachel again preached a powerful message, calling the intercessors back to a life of prayer (you can listen to the message here).  The altars were completely filled with men and women crying out to God, recommitting themselves to pray.

TESTIMONIES

Heard from some inside sources (key believer who works at the border) that a few days after we prayed they discovered and shut down an Isis training cell in Canada just eight miles from the border.

So that is an overview of the time of prayer we had for the Northwest part of this amazing nation called America. During this time the UK elections were held and everyone expected these elections to have no clear outcome and lead to a time of compromised government for Britain. But God did a miracle and against all the odds we have a clear leader and secure government. All the media called it a miracle TURNAROUND – I believe that as we enter 2016 we need to see a turnaround for the American people too.

Let it be, God – establish your Kingdom!

Prophetic Word for the Northwest: Johnny Enlow

As I was in Tacoma, Washington the first week of October, the Lord spoke to my spirit. I could perceive the region being pregnant with destiny and there has been a generational build-up that is now ready to be manifested in this age of the restoration of all things. I saw that the Northwest was poised as a pull-tab to open up the nation to a fresh wind of healing. This was not just on the US side of the border but encompasses a large area with the US cities of Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, Portland and the Canadian cities of Vancouver, Abbotsford and Kelowna – and all areas in between – being part of this, where the breath of God will now blow.
   

I believe the archangel Raphael, meaning “God heals,” is the great angel of the mountain of family, and is presently very active over this region with literally millions of newly released angels. This region has historically had seasons of great healing ministries and movements but this next wind is something that will go beyond that. The region will now host and release that which heals people, families, cities and nations. 

Oaks of righteousness will arise from this area and the leaves on their trees will be for the healing of the nations. The spirit of Elijah that turns the hearts of the sons to the fathers and the hearts of the fathers to their sons, will be greatly released from this area. In the spirit realm this northwest region is one giant eagles nest and this will now begin to be revealed more and more. Eagles will gather and eagles will be released. The eagles have been hindered by Jezebel and the Religious Spirit but with the new angelic help will they will now arise and shake off the disorientation, confusion and gloom that has affected them from the demonic realm.
  

The spirit of Elijah restores and brings healing at every level. We can see that healing only bodies from natural illnesses is not a thorough enough level of healing. Bodies continue to get sick as long as family structures remain primarily fractured. New revelation on how to heal families and on how to heal emotional wounds brought on by broken families will come to and from this region. However, it will not only be new healing information but it will really be revelation from heaven that in an instant set’s the captives free. 
   
Family wounds will no longer take years of counseling and digging to find healing- but this spirit of Elijah will carry such a new measure of the Father’s love that it will be as in the days of Jesus – where He could touch the most broken in society and almost overnight have them functioning in destiny.

The spirit of Elijah will show up in a wide range of manners but its purpose in every manifestation will be to bring healing. It will be released by the laying on of hands, through books, through government family structures, through counseling centers and a new music will arise that will carry great healing. ‘Pied Pipers’ of society will arise out of this region carrying a sound that will reach deep into the hearts of the listeners. Some of this music will not be considered ‘Christian’ but will still carry the Father’s healing heart and power.

I saw also great swirls of creativity over the region and a new wave is coming in that will impact all the mountains of society. New ways of doing things will explode all over. New trends will start and go national and many will go global. New music. New fashions. New technologies. New church models. New eateries and coffee houses. New ways of doing business. Something about all this creativity will still be connected to the spirit of Elijah and so it will be that which serves the purpose of connectivedness and community and the societal healing that is brought on via this means.

The recent record rains in the Seattle area are a sign that He will now arise through the “Noahs” and the “arks” that have been in preparatory process for such a time as this. The rising ‘waters’ will not be destruction but it will be that which is designed to raise the level of living. Even as the ark rested on Mt. Ararat (“the curse reversed”) so too, will this all tend towards reversing curses and restoring a higher level of living.

Let the Northwest Gate be fully opened to Heaven!

My Power Is In Portland

This city is a pivotal place of power says the Lord. A hinge on the door of revival. A foothold into the higher places of My glory. Many will pass through her and be saved. Portland is positioned for an open Heaven. Like the shepherds in the field by night, so will they be in this place of visitation. In the fields by night. I will set a precedence in Portland. Nations will look to her and be glad. A city upon a hill that cannot be hid.

I have positioned Portland says the Lord. A crossroads of My glory and power. Portland is a pinnacle of My presence. A Jerusalem, a Judah. In it you will hear My voice. From her streets you will find the treasures out of darkness that hold the secrets to the future. In her you will discover keys of revival and restoration, stored up for generations and generations. Prepare yourself O Portland for the former and latter rain. I am going to pour out on Portland, I am going to pour out on Portland.

In this hour I will break down the barriers that have separated church and state, church and street. I will force the issue of outreach and evangelism in this place. I will move the fire and water until My church follows. I will blow upon Portland's surplus until she obeys by command to go. I will close the doors of opportunity if she does not hear My voice, "Whom shall we send? Who will go for us?"

Portland is a spiritual power source. The enemy is trying to tap into it and steal the hidden treasure. Do not allow another generation to be lost Portland. Do not allow another day of visitation to set. Seize the moment Portland! Seize the day of the Lord! This is My appointed time, the day of your salvation is at hand. The day of My sovereign plan. Behold I stand at the door and knock Portland, behold I stand at the door and knock.

Do not overlook the youth, for in them you will find My heart. In their heart you will find My heart. Phenomena's amongst the youth are about to take place. Market place prophets in Portland, prophesying, preparing, the way of the Lord. Youth in the hi-ways and bi-ways of Portland with power and position possessing the land. Portland it is time to possess. How long will you be slack to go in and possess the land that I have promised your forefathers? Portland, I have promised the heathen as you inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth as your possession. Stir yourself O daughter, stir yourself.

I stand to the East and I knock. Then to the West and I knock. Now at the North I knock. In the South I will visit as well. In the South East I will come with a whirlwind and a fire. To the west I will throw down the walls that have divided. To the North I will come in like a flood washing away the debris of division. I am coming says the Lord! I am coming with My presence and power to Portland! The day that they have looked for afar off has come! The day of their visitation is here!

Elvin Gladney: City Gatekeepers.

This is a video of Elvin Gladney speaking to pastors, on the topic of the City Church. In this case, Elvin, from Seattle, is speaking to the city church of Portland. 
  
This is an extremely powerful prophetic word, but it's different enough that it requires some introduction. Elvin is declaring a Kingdom view of the Church in a region; it's a remarkable change from how the church works now. 

• If you're a leader, a mentor, an influencer in the Body of Christ in your region, listen with a mind to learn from a mature apostle. Let's live, let's work for the Kingdom of God in the region, more than (not instead of) the local congregations. 

• If you're an intercessor, please pray for the leaders, the influencers in your region, that the Church in your region will grab ahold of the vision for the Kingdom of God in their community, more than (not instead of) the local congregations. 

Something is happening in the Portland area. God is stirring something in Portland, targeting Portland. Pray for the move of God in Portland. Pray for the City Church in Portland, and in your own community.

Assorted Northwest Prophecies

I ran into an online gathering recently, where a group of prophetic folks were prophesying blind over the various regions. ("Blind": They were prophesying without knowing what region they were prophesying to until later.) This happened without my noticing it, and at the same time that God was speaking to me to look to the "no name" prophetic voices instead of just the "name brand" prophets. I love it when God's word is fulfilled so quickly.

Here's what they saw as they prophesied over the Pacific Northwest as a region.

• You shall be called "White as snow". You will get a new name "White as snow".
• Beloved, I am going to give you a new heart. Your love for me is strong and your zeal for my name is great. Yet there are many amongst you who do not know me and there are many amongst you who have let go, who have dropped their desire for me (Picture of a hand holding the mooring rope of a boat, which just opens its fingers and drops the rope). My heart yearns for them. I love them too much to let them wander off into the abyss. Bring them back to the fold. I am going to give you a new love for the lost. Wash their feet, heal their wounds, offer comfort to the lost and food to the hungry. Your love for the lost will extend beyond your boundaries.
• It has looked like a mess. like God has forgotten..or did not anwser prayer..but the Lord has been putting things in God's order..it was stirred up and looked bad..but there is healing in the stirred up waters. That is when God is working the most to put things in order..to bring healing to the land.. Don't look at what you see..look through spiritual eyes and see my healing taking place and putting things in my order.
• The voice of influence reaching those in high places. Transformation from earthly minded limits to Holy Spirit empowered potential.

The group also prophesied over Portland, Oregon as well. This also was blind:

• Hear my voice says the Lord..I am calling out to you..It is a time to awaken..a time to wake up and rise up...a time to hear me calling out to you. I am saying Awaken and hear my voice.! Behold I stand at the door and knock and if ...any man hears me and opens the door ..I will come in and sup with him.! 
• It is time to take a step of faith and estbalish the new wells of my salvation. The Lord is pleased that you have opened the wells that were once covered over (you worked hard at this) - but these waters are now "still". HE will direct you to the new wells - in fact, you won't have to labour over it - tap the surface and the "fizzy" water will spring forth.
•  Genesis...wow! You are birthing. So much promise and hope. A place of much faith! You have many leaders coming forth to lay great foundations. Very apostolic in nature. God has called you to go where others have not gone and he has given your area many promises. I keep hearing patriarchs. We ...know that Abraham went forth without question, Isaac was the promised son that was birthed from faith after years of waiting... There have been some Ishmaels that have been come forth that attempted to hinder god's progress, but this will not stop the blessings of god. Though they will need to be dealt. This will come through repentance. You have also wrestled with god just as Jacob has. You know your identity now. You know who you are and what god desires for this area. There has also been a season of Joseph... The church turned against it's own. Those that were called of god were locked away and hidden. Now the king is calling you forth. You will be needed greatly in this hour as you will have the answers to the famines. God is unlocking the strategies and giving your area wisdom in the days ahead.

Also spoken (again, blind) to some places within Portland, which I am interpreting as part of the heart of God for Portland:

• There will be a shift in the spiritual atmosphere, a spiritual rain and tongues of fire. Renewing the churches.
• Religious control, huge potential - the tools for great and powerful blessing are all there but stifled by a Religious spirit. One majoy dominating religious 'authority'. Once this is broken you will receive an outpouring of God's endless love, healing, miraculous signs.
  It's not something you are aware of. You've accepted the practices for so long that it seems normal, usual. There is a pocket of people who are starting to see with spiritual discernment. Continue to pray for spiritual discernment. Pray for your spiriutual leaders, do not feel bitterness towards them.
• In this new season I will pour out my blessings upon you..You will see the blessing bring new life to your land. Some areas were dead..will come to life, some areas were lacking..will have abundance,...some areas were neglected..w...ill be tended too. In this new season..there will be a blessing upon you and it will bring change to you..the blessing will cause things to be put into my order and change will come.!!
• A land full of buried springs, of lost wells of oil, dripping with your destined inheritance... it will spring forth out of the earth again to cause justice to reign once more in the land...I will rain down my blessing, and console you, O lost and weary land, once blessed with plenty, bewildered by the lack of peace in the land, watch as once again I will be your provider, and listen, and as you hear the lion roar once again from zion, and watch, as rivers of living water flood the land once more....all my promises are waiting to be revealled.... be still and know that I am I am..
• The church has a call for influence on the political and social realms to deliver communities from wrong mindsets, policies and leaders that do not follow Christ. Small things can have global impact when anointed and directed by God. Do not be afraid little flock, the son is arising with healing and deliverance for the people, keep calling forth that which is to come; the Kingdom of heaven on earth. Matthew, the taxman turned disciple, changed from an earthly economy to a heavenly one.
  This book begins with the roots of Jewish heritage down through the generations. It ends with the commission to disciple all nations to the end of the age. Re-open the ancient wells. Bring the past mantles into the present.
  We proclaim transition – into a new day for the church in this area, supernatural economy, a change of favour towards God’s people.  Mission and influence extended to other nations.

They also spoke to Longview, WA (across the Columbia River from Porland, OR), again blind:

• You will speak truth to many. I am calling you to speak truth and cause things to change all around you. As you speak truth you will cause the atmosphere to change..you will cause circumstances to change and things will happen. You will send conviction to many hearts that will repent and come to me. Speak truth and do not back down from it. Your truth will cause many things to happen for my Kingdom..like bringing in many souls, which is my joy.!! Speak truth and fill my Kingdom.!!
• The Christian heritage of saints gone before is not buried, prayers of past generations are still active, the stand up and fight in the name of the Lord because what God has done can be done again.  At the same time remember that revival is not about repeats as in Elisha doubling the Elijah mantle, but that there are new untried foods for the body of Christ, beware of those who say God does not do anything new. God has a recipe, a blend of the former anointings appearing in new clothes, part of the same Holy Spirit. He comes for a new generation, what has work for the old times, is not the perfect will of God or his strategy for now.

• You have been going through trials and tribulations but know you are birthing in my will says the Lord. The trials and tribulations will make you stronger and more dependent upon me says the Lord. I am is with you and bringing you through. I will make you to shine again.
• Coming out of the place of where you came from,you are not in bondage anymore. God is giving you gold, silver, jewels.blessed are you going out to the promises of God. God has a land flowing with milk and honey for you,no more giants in the land. For the Lord your God is with you.

Revival in Oregon

Several weeks ago Rob DeLuca spoke at Living Waters Church in Medford, and the following weekend at New Song Church. During these two visits Rob brought an ignition and acceleration to the move of God's Spirit in this region. Many were healed and destinies were released. While in Medford, Rob prophesied that "Oregon would be known as a state where the healing presence of God dwells."

During one of these meetings a leader in our church saw gold dust begin to appear on her hands. After the meeting she went home and the gold dust appeared again. She understood this sign to be an indicator to pray for her husband and for a visiting relative—both of them were healed. Her husband and her relative began to shout when gold dust appeared on their hands!

Just this week this same woman laid hands on a friend who is a waitress at a local restaurant. Then gold dust began to appear once again on her hands during dinner. This waitress had Celiac Disease (a gluten tolerance disorder). This woman was so allergic to gluten that if someone who had been handling a gluten product just touched her food she would have a violent physical reaction. The woman was healed and has been eating pizza and bread for the last week with no reaction. She had been sick for 28 years!

Another ignition has taken place (among others recently along the I-5 Corridor and the West Coast) and God's Spirit is moving through His people as they simply step out in faith. We have seen the gift of supernatural faith being released and imparted in our meetings.

When Rob was here he spoke of what carries revival—it is discipleship. As this move of God accelerates in intensity and dimension God is asking those who lead to make sure that systems are in place to disciple the thousands who will come into God's Kingdom. These signs and wonders are pointing people to Jesus who is coming with Kingdom power for a great harvest of souls.

Oregon will be known as a place where the healing presence of God dwells.

The West Coast Prophecy

The following words were given by Rob DeLuca on July 12, 2009 at Living Waters Church in Medford, Oregon:

There is a whirlwind of fire—a tornado of fire over Oregon and it lands here! It begins to burn the forests and torch Oregon. Then it begins to pull up gold out of the ground; small, big, thin, fat— all shapes and sizes. The gold glistens and burns hot, like coals. Then the whirlwind begins to send the gold flying. First it flies all over Oregon, and then all over America. Everywhere the gold lands it start fires. The gold is the people of Medford. The fire is the refining purity of God.

The Lakeland, Florida Outpouring was preliminary to the movement God is about to begin, and the West Coast is God's next place to land. All along I-5: San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, Redding, Medford, Seattle, and Northern Washington.

Carry revival in such a way that the world is changed. To live this way, though, you have to be touched first. We need to avoid the failures of previous historical revivals. When the outpouring hits, we need discipleship to follow! Lakeland was only a taste of what God is about to do. Revival includes repentance, holiness, and souls saved!

God wants to show up in revival more than we want it! It will require, though, prayer and yielding before we become revived. It's not hard to live in revival if we realize that we live in an open Heaven! Get radically lost in God. Live in a Supernatural world. Revival is natural.

The following words were given by Rob DeLuca on July 19, 2009 at New Song Church, Medford, Oregon:

God gave me a vision while I was in Lakeland last year, and I saw this great fire burning in Florida. And the fire lit up the sky, and there were burning embers that were being taken by the wind and they were going all over the world. The majority of the embers I saw were hitting America. I saw burning embers landing across the nation and I saw campfires starting. I saw campfires taking place in other nations, but the majority of the campfires were taking place in America.

Schedules Will Change, Conferences Will Change

And the Holy Spirit spoke to me and He said: "I am about to change the plans of man. I am about to change men's schedules. I am about to change the agendas that men have made concerning My will for My people. Schedules will change, conferences will change, and I will bring back camp meetings as in the days of old. And people will gather around these fires and whole cities, entire towns, will be lit on fire.

"To those who are yielded and to those who will listen to My voice, I will send them to territories with revival fire. And they will bring My fire. They will take their families and they will go in My name. Some will go for three weeks, some for six weeks, some for three months, some for six months. And they will change entire cities with My revival fire."

And it reminded me of an old revivalist named Peter Cartwright. He was the "pistol packing preacher" who would ride on horse-back. He was a pioneer, he was a frontiersman. He would ride across the trails of America, and he would stop and have camp meetings. Some 2,000, some 10,000, some 20,000. They'd go for weeks on end, and people would come in their covered wagons and on their horses.

They'd build these big old wooden amphitheaters, because there was no amplification in those days. And they'd build these big platforms with wood up, wood out—wood walls that would amplify their voices and they would begin to preach. They would cut down logs and trees and make them into pews. People would come and they would just stay and camp out.

And it was recorded that Peter Cartwright said that hundreds, thousands, thousands of souls were saved as the preaching of the Word was brought forth. He said, "I would witness hundreds fall under the glorious power of God." He said that there were preachers that were preaching against it, but it could not be stopped. He said, "Glorious joy and laughter would breakout among God's people. To me it looked like all of America was coming to the Lord."

And I believe that what was brought forth, maybe 150, 200 or 300 years ago, in the birthing of this nation, is about to be brought forth again. And our conferences, and the way we do things in church, are about to change. And we're not going to care about our schedules so much—we're going to care about the GLORY of the LORD. God dwelling among His people.

And that brings me to what God gave me for Oregon...

Word For Specific Cities on the West Coast

Last year I saw a whirlwind land, and it hit Oregon. It started to spin and swirl, and it was a fierce wind of fire. It landed and hit Oregon. It started burning up the forests; it was doing like a trail-blaze across Oregon. And I saw golden stones coming out of the ground—they were being pulled up and sucked into this whirlwind of fire, and they began to burn—gold stones of fire. They began to get thrown all over the state and all over the nation. And they were starting fires. And I thought to myself, "This is what I saw over in Lakeland, the big campfire with burning embers landing all over." But I saw something happen here, in the Northwest. And the Lord just spoke to me in the last two weeks in regard to the West Coast.

From San Diego all the way up to Seattle and Vancouver, the LORD is about to do something VERY, VERY SPECIAL. Revival fire is about to breakout on the West Coast. I saw it hitting San Diego, I saw it hitting Orange County, and L.A. County, and I saw it hitting the northern counties of California. I saw it hitting Sacramento and Redding. I saw it coming up this way going right through your cities—right through Medford, right through Albany, right through Portland, and hitting Seattle. All the way up the I-5 Freeway.

And the LORD said, "There have been men and women who have prayed along this trail, and I will honor their prayers." Do you feel that? And I started looking up who has been through these lands:

Aimee Semple McPherson went right up this I-5 corridor, all the way up. William Branham, right over here and he hit Oregon. Even William Seymour. As a matter of fact, the Apostolic Faith publication, what was being published about the Azusa Street outpouring, much of it from Portland Oregon, through Sister Crawford—the reports of the revival in Azusa were being brought forth from Oregon. Billy Sunday came through here having revival fire. The Voice of Healing came through. California, all the way up this trail—this ancient path that's been prayed over for revival fire to be brought forth on the West Coast. HALLELUJAH!

One of my sons in the faith and I were out praying over California, and a vision came to us. There were four angels that manifested off the West Coast, and they were holding gold and silver trumpets. And they began to blow these trumpets and a sound and a massive wind was brought forth. What was witnessed was a dark cloud over America, but as these angels began to blow, this dark cloud was removed from the West all the way across America. So that includes Oregon.

I shared this with Pastor Bill and Beni Johnson recently at lunch. And we started talking about the time and the season. Beni had received the same thing from the LORD as I did, and we got real excited at the lunch table. I really believe this is going to happen within the fall. So that's probably in about three, four, or five months. Something is going to hit the West Coast; there is going to be something that takes place.

I don't know if there's going to be numerous outbreaks, but there is something that God is planning for the West Coast. I know there is going to be an outbreak in California, but I also know there's going to be an outbreak in Oregon and in Washington. And hopefully it will overflow into Canada.

Word For Oregon

This is what I received for Oregon. He gave this to me at 1am, as I was studying and praying. He spoke to me, and this is what was said: "Oregon again shall be known as a state of God's healing power. Once again Oregon shall be known as a state of God's healing power."

And then I saw people crossing the state line, and as they crossed the state line I saw people being healed. They were on their way to church services, but as soon as they hit the state line and crossed over, they were getting healed.

Then I saw a great river—the River of God—and I saw this river flowing throughout Oregon, and I saw the valleys being filled. The valleys of Oregon were being filled and they became pools of healing. And many were coming to the valleys to receive from these healing pools. And I looked at the mountaintops of Oregon, and the GLORY of God started to manifest in the mountains of Oregon.

And the LORD spoke to me and He said, "Multitudes will be healed. They shall come and be healed. Multitudes shall come and seek Me for periods of time in the land of Oregon."

And then I saw camp meetings, just like I saw in my vision that I had last year. And I saw groups of people coming to Oregon, seeking the GLORY of the LORD. And then I witnessed the settling of God's GLORY covering this state. And I said to myself out loud, "He has chosen to rest and make His abode in Oregon." That is a word. A holy, anointed word. A great, great, great blessing is coming out of this state. This state is going to be known for healing, for healing, for healing.

I Will Completely Annihilate Any Suggestion from Your Enemy that You Will Not Survive This Time

Prophesied on June 26, 2009 - Portland, Oregon:

"I Can Make You a King Before Your Enemies"

"Blow the trumpet in Zion! Blow the trumpet in Zion! Sound the alarm," says the Spirit of God. "For surely tonight in the midst of you, I have sent My word. I have sent My word to heal. I have sent My word to come and bring courage, for," God says, "many have lost their courage, but I have come to tell you that I am going to bring you courage and strength. For My word tonight will completely annihilate any suggestion from your enemy that you will not survive this time.

For God said, "Because of the spirit of resilience and because you have come before Me with joyful sounds, even as David came before Me with joyful shouts even in the midst of his pain, I heard him," says the Lord, "raised him up, made him the King of Judah and then the King of Jerusalem."

God said, "Can I make you a king before your enemies? Can I crown you before your enemies? Can I bring them down before you? Can I feed you and nourish you in the presence of your enemies?" For God says, "Enough of this swaying power, enough of the prognosticators that would tell you that your end has come." God said, "This is just the beginning. Courage be given unto you tonight, for I will sweep you up in one moment and take you to a place where you will have great victory," says the Lord. "This summer I will restore to you what the enemy has stolen away from you and give it back to you. Therefore shout and rejoice, for this is yours," says the Lord!

"Suddenly" Will Happen, Says the Spirit of God!

"Yes," the Spirit of God says, "prepare yourself, for the people have said, 'Where is He? Where is He? Where is the God of Moses? Where is the God of Elijah?' They have said, 'We have labored and we have plowed, and yet we have seen nothing,'" but God said, "You weren't looking, because I cast a mantle on you. I have cast a mantle on you so that you could get out of your field, so that you could kiss your mother and your father goodbye in that field, and move to a higher place," God said.

"You've said, 'Lord, what am I going to do? It seems like nothing's working out for me.'" And God said, "Have you forgotten the word 'suddenly'? Have you forgotten 'suddenly'? Do you realize that I work by 'suddenlies'? Suddenly the Spirit was there, suddenly the angel was there." God said, "During the summer months there will be 'suddenly' things that will begin to happen. Suddenly I will appear. Suddenly things will change. Suddenly the door will open. Suddenly, suddenly, suddenly, suddenly, suddenly, suddenly will happen," says the Spirit of God!

Prophesied on June 27, 2009 - Portland, Oregon:

"As You Shout I Will Shout with You!"

The Spirit of the Lord says, "There is a key that has been given to My people. There is a key that has been given to My people. It is the key of David. A dimension of praise is going to enter into the house of God, into the courtyards of the Lord. A new dimension of praise is going to come collectively as the people gather together, and proclamations will draw angelic visitations. Proclamations of God's greatness will cause and draw and invite angelic visitations. Do not say this is not the day of the angel. Do not say that God cannot do it.

For God says, "As you shout I will shout with you, as you sing I will sing with you. As you rejoice I will rejoice with you." God says, "I rejoice over you with joy. Do you want Me to come amongst you and rejoice with you," says the Lord? "I will rejoice over you as you rejoice over Me." God says, "As you shout tonight, I'm shouting with you."

There will only be one voice, one sound, one trumpet, one shout—because that's what they did with Joshua. And when the sound of the one trumpet and the sound of the one shout took place, the walls came down. God wants to bring walls down for you.

I hear the sounds of the demonic strongholds endeavoring to shut them up. You cannot shut us up. Since when did you think that was even possible? You tried to shut up David, and he became a greater voice. You tried to get rid of the children of Israel. You tried to get rid of Moses—little bulrushes saved him. Who do you think you are to even endeavor to come and suggest in the presence of God that you will annihilate this race called the holy people? Who are you to say, "I will annihilate," demonic strongholds, this nation, this holy nation. Ha!

Who are you to say that you have come into the very presence of a peculiar people, a chosen generation? Who are you? God has arisen and His enemies are scattered. On this nation, let the enemies that have risen up and held up their swords in glee be brought to shame and nothing, says the prophet of the Most Holy God. These are not people that have come dressed in robes and flattering religion garments. These have come with their hands open wide with the sounds of praise.

The Spirit of God says, "There are enemies that are being brought down by the sounds of a praise that have not been heard plentiful, in its plenty, for it has been stingy. But they are not afraid to behave in a manner that seems uncultured. But when was it that I came? It was when the people of God arose, and the enemies scattered."

Tonight throughout this nation I am sending a word. Beware of the sound that is about to be born in the earth. It will scatter the tribes of lucifer. It will scatter the tribes of the demonic strongholds that have endeavored to hold on for dear life, hoping that the Blood-washed people would shut their mouths.

You couldn't shut Daniel, you couldn't shut Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. You couldn't shut David. You couldn't shut Moses. You couldn't shut Gideon. You couldn't shut Ruth. You couldn't shut Esther. You couldn't shut Mary. How are you gonna do it now?

"They Shall Be Exposed Again"

The Holy Spirit says through the voice of the prophet tonight: "Beware, for the sheiks have made their move toward this nation, for those that have disguised themselves in the earlier days of 2000 have endeavored to do the same thing. But," God said, "believe it or not, My chosen generation, My holy people, because you have stood and you have shouted My praise throughout this nation, let Me assure you, they shall be exposed again. For they said, 'Under Obama's power we will be able to infiltrate.' They have said, 'Because of this President, Obama, we will be able to get into the borders and we will be able to infiltrate them.'" God said, "Not so soon, baby, not so soon! Why?

"Because," God said, "I told you long before I was the One that would take over the reigns of the Chief. And," God said, "I will harness the powers of Hell and they will be afraid, but they will come, and before they can reach their target," God says, "in the winter of this year there will be rejoicing again in America, in the Christmas season, because of what I will expose.

"And I will change things so drastically, that," God said, "even in the highest places there will be exposure. But I will bring you to a place, America, of great, great victory. And even economic upheaval will change through the summer months and I will give you back what your enemy tried to steal away from you." Rejoice, for this is your day of victory," says the Lord!

Change in the Year 2010

The Spirit of God said, "Hear before you sit in your seat." For God said, "The enemies are the scornful of this nation sitting in Senatorial committees and they are deciding things that everyone is afraid of." God said, "Who put them in charge? Since when did somebody die and put them in charge?" You say, "But they will bring legislation." God said, "Who said that? You watch how I will change things in the year 2010. Even your President will bow his knee in a very special way and say, 'We've got to do something. We've got ourselves into a mess now. There's only one Person that can get us out of it—it's the Lord God Most High.'" And so it shall be!

They say to themselves, "Let's go to the windy city. Maybe we'll leave New York and L. A. and we'll go to Chicago." God said, "They will be exposed in that place, because of the wind that shall blow in a very, very powerful way. The wind shall be a sign and it shall blow across three to four different states and they shall say, 'This is the most unusual wind that has ever taken place in the history of our nation.'

But God said, "It is a wind that will be welcoming, the wind of the Holy Spirit that shall come upon this nation. Churches that have died and tried shall come alive," says the Spirit of God. Empty buildings will be filled with rejoicing people. And the warriors of God that have risen that have been down and out, I will bring them back to life," says the Lord.

"I will take you into the White House. I will take you into every house that is controlled and monopolized in this nation, and I will fill the houses with great sounds of rejoicing! This is the day when I am unlocking the seals so that you can receive the blessing of God. Get ready for the wind of the Spirit. It shall blow," says the Lord!

Let us thank Him for His Word, for His Word is yes and amen. Holy Spirit, I pray that you would breathe upon everyone watching all across this nation and the nations of the earth; they are watching the United States of America. "What shall happen to them, shall they go down?" Demons have whispered into the ears of national leaders, statesmen, "We shall take our hands and we shall remove from them the glory that they had." God said, "This is impossible, for I have too much of the soil and territory in My hands." There has been a whispering amongst the nations and the statesmen of the earth: "The downfall of this nation, shall we see it?"

"I Shall Be Your Defense"

"It shall be a horrific thing that shall transpire. It shall happen even when the sun started shining and blazing, that North Korea shall say, 'Let us take a chance.'" The Spirit of God said, "But it is too late. For you see, America, you have brought about the possibility of this attack, but I have already formed again the downfall of Kim. It shall not have to be the United States that fights. It shall be inside. They shall remove father and son." And the Spirit of God said, "I told you there shall be a united Korea! And let My words go down and be engraved in the hearts of My people.

"This nation has suffered enough. And I shall be your defense and take you on a rocket and launch you to the highest place spiritually than you've ever been before in the history of every revival; this shall be the greatest ever. I am opening up the Heaven over Washington D.C. It has been those that have worked and labored and fought and prayed, and they have stood the test of time. I am opening up the Heavens over Washington D.C. so that I can pour rain, and there will be one transfusion after the other. They shall go from 'O Positive' to 'JC Positive.' They shall go from 'A Negative' to 'JC Positive.' I shall change their blood. I will cause even the great Senators and leaders of this nation, so they shall suddenly come alive."

Debt-Free

And God said, "There will be a change within the expression in this country. Get ready, for you will have the celebration of a lifetime, because," God said, "I'm about to bring you back to your current state and make you debt-free by the year 2010. It shall be the beginning of you being debt-free," says the Lord!

To Oregon

The Lord shows your state as a sharply divided place. The lines are drawn and both sides are dug and prepared for the long haul. There is a face off and a stare down as both armies are waiting for the battle. It’s like there are equal two sides and they both are fiercely staring at each other, with weapons drawn and ready.

Then Jesus walks down the middle of the battle lines (between the two sides) and begins to have people switch sides in this battle. The scene is one where he points to people and then they go over his head and join the other army. Then he brings reinforcements in place: more angels to join his side. Suddenly the sides no longer seem so equal as the angels have tipped the balance towards one side.

Then someone asks the Lord, “Why are people changing sides?” He says, “It’s because there are many who will be saved and redeemed who are living in darkness right now. They shall join my army. On the other hand, there are many who say they are on my side yet there are not. I am just going to make sure everyone knows who is on which side of this battle, for there are people who will need to switch sides before the final battle. There are also spies who will need to be found out, for many who say they are on my side are actually not working for me. They are instead covertly working against me. They shall be exposed for who they are. For in this state, all the secret dealings will come into the light and there will be no more secrets. My angels of truth shall expose them and people shall be forced to stand up and takes sides.”

The Cities of Oregon.

The Lord then shows the city of Albany, he says that this city is ground zero for the battle. It is the epicenter where the lines are drawn between the sides. It’s like there is a picture of a city where a line of light meets a line of darkness and there is always contention between the two. It shall become a “New Albany” where my Spirit shall reign freely with no hindrances, but not without a huge struggle.

Then he highlights Grant’s Pass. This city shall be named, “Pass over,” for I will protect it and pass over it.

Portland is a gateway city. And he asks for this city to “Let the King of Glory enter in.” But in his heart he is sad about this city, for in the spirit it is a very barren place. Yet there will be patches of light which will shine through. But overall much of this city will remain in darkness. But surrounding the city will be many who worship the Lord. Their praises shall be heard.”

Bend shall be a bend in the river of the Lord.

Corvallis shall see a great light of the Lord. They shall see a sign and a wonder in the sky which will glorify the name of the Lord.

The Lord shakes his head at Eugene and says that, “This city needs to repent before me. Then I will hear their prayers.”

Medford is a Holy place, a place where the angels can go freely. And they shall be seen there. It is a also a city of Hope and a refuge from the world. I call it a “blessed place.”

Salem is a dark and barren place in the spiritual realms, and they shall have their own reward. Yet there are a few who are faithful and who are witnessing. They shall stand out in the darkness. I call for them to keep on going and remain faithful and I shall take note of them.

Oregon, the battles lines are drawn, and the battle is waiting to be fought. Yet there shall be many who change sides at the last minute. Therefore, expect this and know that I am doing a sifting of the armies, both the army of light and of darkness. Therefore be careful about who you judge.

Oregon will be a state of “Patches.” There will patches of light amidst the fog and darkness. And everything will crystallize into focus as the Lord brings about a new clarity between the light and the dark. Then the angels shall join the battle and the battle will be over before it begins. The enemy will be defeated and his forces shall be brought down and those who remain faithful shall stand victorious in the light. And they shall sing a new song and my glory shall come and cover the land.
