River of Many Colors

I see a river, a river flowing from His throne coming from this place called Spokane. A river of many faces and races. A river of many colors. I see this river flowing into the sea, I see this river filling the Pacific Rim with fire. With fire and glory. A river of many colors flowing into the Pacific Rim with the fires of end time revival.

I see this river merging with many other rivers from other places and nations. A great river of healing and restoration is cutting the through the rocks and valleys of religion to bring rivers in the desolate heights and pools of water in the desert.

I see the words "Psalm 133" written on the rocks of this river. Like a river the oil is pouring from Aaron's beard and like a river shall it flow from Spokane, Washington. The dew of Hermon shall come from this place called Spokane and the Lord will command a blessing. 

I hear the rumbling of a shaking coming to this area as well. I hear the rumblings of a spiritual earthquake. Many seats of authority being upset and principalities usurped from their ancient places. I see the old places; the historical landmarks of church building coming alive again. 

I see a spark igniting in the old places steeped in tradition. I see an alliance between the Pentecostals and the conservative - like the fisherman in Luke 5 harvest will demand a greater level of unity every imagined. They will cry out to the partners in the other boats, "Come help us! We can hold such a great catch!" 

I see a vast network of ministries starting in Spokane, WA. tying the knots of fellowship throughout the Pacific North West and the world. I see a large base of operation of prayer and intercession mobilized in Spokane, a place of strategy and world evangelism.

A mantle of Philip the Evangelist is settling upon the shoulders of Spokane as they invade the Samaria's of the world. 

I see the word Apostolic over Spokane, an apostolic beachhead for the end time Church and like the Apostles of old their cry will be, "That I might become all things to all men that I might save some..." I will give them a heart for the nations of the world. 

They will be city upon a hill that cannot be hid and house of prayer for all nations. A river of many colors is what I call you Spokane. A river of many colors flowing into the uttermost parts of the earth. The nations shall see it and be glad.

The Lord brought to my attention other significant historic moments in that same year of 1848. The year of 1848 was also a LEAP YEAR and as I discovered that historic fact I heard the Lord say,

 "THE OREGON TERRITORY IS ABOUT TO LEAP FORWARD INTO ITS PREDESTINED POSITION FOR HARVEST AND REVIVAL. IT WILL TAKE ON GLOBAL PROPORTIONS' VERY QUICKLY AS MY PLAN FOR THEM UNFOLDS."

1848 was also known around the world as the, "Spring of Nations" or the "Year of Revolution". It was triggered by a series of political upheavals throughout Europe that spread around the world like fire which also ignited the French Revolution which consequently began also in 1848. I heard the Lord say that this would be a time of epic revolution and a time when our nation will SPRING FORWARD as it did in 1848, 160 years ago. This is a year that will be a "Spring of Nations" or a "Year of Revolution" where current mindsets and processes will be transformed by springing forward and a spiritual revolution or radical change of thinking and believing occurs.

The "Year of Revolution" as it has been titled by historians was not only a volatile time but a violent one as well. Many countries and continents came under great pressure both naturally and spiritually as the earth "groaned" and there was a spiritual "quantum leap". This will not only be a time of great spiritual strides but also a time when the world will come under a degree of suffering as weather, economy and other political and natural landscapes suddenly change positioning entire nations for the will and plan of the Lord.

Two other significant events transpired around the world that forever changed these countries and deeply impacted the United States:

The Mexican-American War (1846-1848) and the Irish Potato Famine (1845-1849). Both of these events greatly impacted the United States. I heard the Lord say, "NOW THERE WILL BE A FULL CIRCLE AS I SEND BOTH BLESSINGS AND PROVISION TO THESE THREE NATIONS; MEXICO, AMERICA AND IRELAND. YOU WILL SEE A GREAT REAPING WHERE YOU HAVE SOWN."

The Oregon Territory is deeply connected to these world events as the epochs of history occurred and the Oregon Territory was birthed simultaneously. Oregon, Idaho, Washington and Montana are a EPI-CENTER or a place where EPIC is about to ENTER as it once again shapes world events by its prayers, intercession and outward acts of faith. I heard the Lord say, "WATCH AND SEE AS THIS IS CONFIRMED BY WATER, WIND AND FIRE IN THE NATURAL THROUGHOUT THIS REGION. A SERIES OF SUDDENLIES WILL MARK THIS REGION FOR MY PURPOSES."

My Power Is In Portland

This city is a pivotal place of power says the Lord. A hinge on the door of revival. A foothold into the higher places of My glory. Many will pass through her and be saved. Portland is positioned for an open Heaven. Like the shepherds in the field by night, so will they be in this place of visitation. In the fields by night. I will set a precedence in Portland. Nations will look to her and be glad. A city upon a hill that cannot be hid.

I have positioned Portland says the Lord. A crossroads of My glory and power. Portland is a pinnacle of My presence. A Jerusalem, a Judah. In it you will hear My voice. From her streets you will find the treasures out of darkness that hold the secrets to the future. In her you will discover keys of revival and restoration, stored up for generations and generations. Prepare yourself O Portland for the former and latter rain. I am going to pour out on Portland, I am going to pour out on Portland.

In this hour I will break down the barriers that have separated church and state, church and street. I will force the issue of outreach and evangelism in this place. I will move the fire and water until My church follows. I will blow upon Portland's surplus until she obeys by command to go. I will close the doors of opportunity if she does not hear My voice, "Whom shall we send? Who will go for us?"

Portland is a spiritual power source. The enemy is trying to tap into it and steal the hidden treasure. Do not allow another generation to be lost Portland. Do not allow another day of visitation to set. Seize the moment Portland! Seize the day of the Lord! This is My appointed time, the day of your salvation is at hand. The day of My sovereign plan. Behold I stand at the door and knock Portland, behold I stand at the door and knock.

Do not overlook the youth, for in them you will find My heart. In their heart you will find My heart. Phenomena's amongst the youth are about to take place. Market place prophets in Portland, prophesying, preparing, the way of the Lord. Youth in the hi-ways and bi-ways of Portland with power and position possessing the land. Portland it is time to possess. How long will you be slack to go in and possess the land that I have promised your forefathers? Portland, I have promised the heathen as you inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth as your possession. Stir yourself O daughter, stir yourself.

I stand to the East and I knock. Then to the West and I knock. Now at the North I knock. In the South I will visit as well. In the South East I will come with a whirlwind and a fire. To the west I will throw down the walls that have divided. To the North I will come in like a flood washing away the debris of division. I am coming says the Lord! I am coming with My presence and power to Portland! The day that they have looked for afar off has come! The day of their visitation is here!

The Perfect Storm--Prepare For A Downpour Of My Spirit!

Recently in a ministry trip to Ketchikan, Alaska, I heard the Lord begin to speak about a "perfect storm" or a perfect set of circumstances that would appear to be disastrous or tragic, but in reality is a chain reaction creating monumental breakthrough and powerful lateral momentum in His Kingdom. It's like a tsunami that comes in with such force, and then in its wake, massive amounts of land are pulled out with it.

These "perfect storms" are a series of divine circumstances often seen in our headlines and front pages almost daily as a blueprint for incredible breakthrough and Kingdom advancement. What may at first appear to be unexplainable events, will prove to be tipping points and historic progressive breakthroughs that alter the course of regions, states and nations.

The Noah Factor and Massive Global Breakthrough

Look at Noah's circumstances--what apparently began as a complete disaster became a "new world" or a complete change in circumstances and environment. Recently I was in the Portland, Oregon area ministering at an Assembly of God church, as this historic or "perfect storm" hit interrupting transportation in mass and is still currently having an incredible impact on the environment. After the weekend meeting, I was scheduled to leave on Monday, December 3rd, but felt led to leave as the storm approached on December 2nd after ministering at the PM meeting.

I believe the entire trip that night was to receive God's perspective at a deeper level as sheets of rain and blasting gusts of wind descended. These disturbing current events overseas and in the U.S. are catalytic in nature that will often "violently" (as stated in Mathew 11:12) and radically change the landscape, removing obstacles of resistance once and for all. What would have taken years and even a lifetime to change, will happen in seconds, minutes and hours (under these adverse events).

Portland: Prepare for a Downpour of My Spirit!

As I came in view of Portland's skyline on Interstate-5, I literally saw clouds of God's presence over particular buildings downtown. This was not a "fog" or haze; I literally saw the physical manifestation of God's presence over the city as recent record-breaking rain and wind converged on the city. As I drove the length of Portland at 11pm on December 2nd, the Lord stated, "Portland: PREPARE for a downpour of My Spirit! Even as the wind and rain are hitting you, even so shall My Spirit hit you--all of you."

There was such a prominence or emphasis on this word for exactly where the rain and wind were impacting the city--her streets, buildings and waterways. It was a candid picture of a perfect storm of God's Holy Spirit coming to radically change the moral, spiritual and social landscape like a flood.

Seattle, Portland and Boise: A Triune Counsel of God's Heart

During our five-month series of meetings in Stockton, California this year, I heard the Lord state this prophetically in one of our Friday night revival services, "SEATTLE, PORTLAND AND BOISE: A TRIUNE COUNSEL OF GOD'S HEART." I see this playing itself out now as historic headlining moments unfold targeting these three-key cities in the Pacific Northwest. A "foursquare" balance of "God's Heart and Will" shall emerge from the Church in these three cities that will cause a divine equilibrium in the Body of Christ nationally and even globally. From Sunday services, spontaneous outbreaks of revival to divinely orchestrated conferences and rallies, the heart of God for world harvest and strategic occupation shall form from these three places, having a profound impact on the future of the Church and the world it is reaching.

Watch and see as other situations occur in these cities and states that some will label "bizarre, strange and uncanny," but they will prove, as circumstances progress, to be a "perfect storm" that creates massive momentum and historic change setting the plumb line of God's will for decades to come. Seattle, Portland and Boise will prove to be a "threefold cord that is not easily broken" as 2008 unfolds. 2008 will be one of the most defining and definitive years for these three cities and states, repositioning the Church as even current doctrine is transformed like the land is around them during these historic events. His plumb line will be laid out clearly for the world to see in the Pacific Northwest.

The Rejected Will Be Accepted and Reinstated in 2008

2008 will go down in history as the YEAR OF THE PRODIGAL as those that have suffered severe rejection are now accepted and reinstated by the Hand of the Lord. It will not be an act of man even as it was not the act of man that reinstated the prodigal son to his position, or Moses, David and Jonah to theirs. The grace of God will prove itself sufficient in 2008 as significant headlining reconciliation and restorations takes place. Newspapers, talk shows and other major media events will become harbingers of God's intentions like no other time in 2008 as the "uncomely parts" are bestowed more honor.

Those that have been disgraced, misunderstood and forgotten will be suddenly thrust back to the forefront as Joseph was from his pit and prison. The stone covering many people's "lion's den" shall be rolled away, revealing a greater destiny inside. Those that have "fellowshipped in His suffering" shall undoubtedly now walk in resurrection power.

2008: The Year of the Indigenous

Major political and social events shall occur that publicly and historically place the Native American people into a place of restoration. An "every eye shall see" shall unfold in 2008, taking their cause from the ranks of "last," and making it "first." The anointing of peacemaker shall take center stage on many international platforms as the indigenous people take the lead in major national events. Certain seats of national authority have been reserved for them for such a time as this. Faces that have been hidden from public view will now "arise and shine" and the caricature of previous history will be eclipsed by a new breed of apostles, prophets, evangelist, pastors and teachers revealing the original foundation that the Lord has established.

City seats and governmental positions will now be vacant as these noble people step into their rightful position of leadership. Church governments will inevitably and unavoidably have to reach out to the Native American people if they are ever going to see the fullness of the Lord's will in their cities and churches; this will become perfectly clear as the year unfolds. Media and movies will continue to lead the charge as the Lord shines His divine spotlight on a chosen generation of Native Americans.

North Dakota, New Mexico, Arizona and Wyoming will take on an apostolic role of reconciliation and restoration as a "voice crying in the wilderness" begins to be heard in America. The true genuine Joseph anointing will be seen in its full stature and true character as these people take up the call and the election of the Lord in 2008 and beyond.

An Assembly of God's Presence is Amassing

Remember the reference to the Assembly of God church above? I have ministered in two Assembly of God churches in the last two months, particularly in the Portland area. Not only is the Lord's presence targeting certain denominations and churches such as the A.G., but He is targeting major metropolitan cities in a terrific, historic way. Even as we have seen Interstate-5 interrupted between Portland and Seattle by torrential rain and flooding, it is only a prelude to incredible divine interruptions as the Lord begins to fill His temple as He did in Acts chapter 2.

Some are calling the recent storm "the 40-year" storm because of its intensity and the first of its kind in 40 years. Many mainline denominations that have remained steadfast in former doctrine and dogma, indifferent to the current move of God, will emerge from the tomb like Lazarus; the grave clothes of previous experiences no longer hindering them. Even more contemporary church movements that have detoured from their divine course will find new vision and grace to return to their "First Love" and do the "first works." Like the little boats in Luke chapter 5, the influx and increase will be so great, it will demand a greater unified front than ever before in the Body of Christ to ultimately accomplish His work:

"So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink." Luke 5:7

Imagine success in the Lord's Kingdom that is so great that unless you reach out and accept assistance from others, your ministry will sink?! That is the kind of divine challenges the future holds as the "perfect storms" of God's will converge upon the world.

I Am Arresting Albany

I saw a vision of the Lord with handcuffs in His hands. He had a man against a wall and He was handcuffing this man to Himself...Then I heard Him say,

I am arresting Albany Oregon with My will. I will not allow her to get away. She will not escape My plan and purpose. I am making her my bond slave and servant. She will move when I move, breath when I breath, walk where I walk. I am arresting Albany with My power and presence.

I am removing self will and self righteousness and giving them My heart. They will become a shelter for the outcast and a harbor for the shipwrecked. A city of refuge and escape. She is shackled to Me. When she tries to go this way or that way, I will close the doors. When she insists on her own place I will refuse. I will make her face like flint to the passion and purpose of the Father. I will whisper in her ear,

"For God so loved the world that He gave..."

I will brand Albany with My passion and purpose. She will be a light in the night fighting the good fight of faith. And over her doors will be the words "24/7". The doors of revival and renewal will never close. I will extend her hours of operation and the midnight oil will burn. She will tend the flame of revival and the masses will come in. 24/7.

I see the word Shepherd. She will leave the 99 for the one. I will show her the value of one. I will give her treasures out of darkness, I will make her a capitol city of revival and restoration. I will give her the keys of reconciliation. The shackles of prejudice will be crushed. The chains of segregation loosed. I will break the Alabaster box in Albany. I am pouring out the perfume. She will be a sweet savor of Christ. She will be My frankincense and myrrh. She will anoint the Body for resurrection and power. From her I will pour out the oil and wine for the Body left for dead on the side of the road. Prepare to pay the price Albany, prepare to pay the price.

Albany is the head and not the tail, the first and not the last. I will ride into her streets on a donkey that never has a man sat. I will come in revival power in ways and wonders that she has not yet seen or heard. I will come the way of My choosing and on the uncomely parts I will bestow more honor. A grass roots revival will occur. In forgotten places and places of obscurity. In the mobile home courts, the convalescent homes, the jail cells, in these places I will show signs and wonders.

I will arrest Albany and place her in the confines of My heart. I will bind her to My passion and purpose. I will shackle her to My will and intent. I will hold her and never let her go. I will pursue her and find her. I will burn up the wood, hay and stubble. I will write on her doorposts, REVIVAL and on her forehead, RESTORATION. I will refine, I will pour out the oil and the wine. Albany you are Mine.

For the Lord would say, you have come to a crossroads. One road leads to ease and apathy. The other leads to sleepless nights and battle. Which one will you choose says the Lord? For this day I have placed before you a blessing and a curse. The curse to those that lay down their sword and buckler and ignore the cries of My people. And a blessing to those that hold back the night watches to hear My voice. A blessing to those that pour out their heart like water for the life of their young children that faint for hunger at the top of every street.

For this is the hour of sifting. The winnowing fan is in My hand. The threshing floor is full. The harvesters are few. Pray then to the Lord of the Harvest for more laborers. Those that can tend to the temple and keep the light burning. Let not these be the days of Eli when his sight grew dim and the light in the House of God went out. Let this then be the days of Samuel, the warrior and the prophet.

For the Lord would say, choose you this day who you will serve. For I give you two choices. On one hand is pillow, and on the other is a sword. Will you believe the lie or will you stand and fight? Let you who have wisdom understand what this means. This is the hour for Gideon to take the high places. This is the hour for Deborah to sing her song. This is the hour for David to sling his stone. This is the hour for the warrior to ready his bow. This is the hour for the captives to be set free.

In this hour I will remove the walls tempered with untempered mortar. I will remove those things that hinder and separate. I will remove the schism and the breach. My eyes wonder to and fro for those hearts completely surrendered to Me. Where is the radical? Where are My disciples? The ones that leave father and nets to follow Me? Where are the Peters that can say, "Lo, Lord, we have left all to follow You..." Where are the Paul's that exclaim, "For Me to live is Christ!"

I say to you in this hour, SURRENDER! COUNT IT ALL BUT DUNG TO GAIN THE PERFECT KNOWLEDGE OF ME! FOR THIS IS YOUR HOUR OF VISITATION! THIS IS YOUR HOUR OF TRANSFIGURATION! COME UP! COME UP! COME UP! AND SEE WHAT I WILL SHOW YOU THERE.

For in this place called Cle Elum shall be a river. Yes, a river. And the song they will see is, COME! ALL YOU THAT ARE THIRSTY, COME! AND YOU WHO HAVE NO MONEY, COME! For I hear the Lord saying Tacoma will be a hub of the wheel for revival. I will make Tacoma the head and not the tail. The First and not the last. There is a residue of revival in the ground of this place, the prophetic destiny is suspended over this city and is about to be released. Like the tongues of fire on the day of Pentecost, they came over their heads, so shall it be in this hour O Tacoma. I am about to release the Spirit of destiny and purpose in your hearts. You will see these things and your hearts will be glad.

Your city has been a Jericho, now it shall be a Bethel. A open heaven will be over you Tacoma. A place of wonders, signs, and miracles. You will be known as a place of healings and miracles. For there is fountain of healing that I am about to open says the Lord. A fountain of miracles. I am about to stir the waters. You will be a Bethel to Me says the Lord.

My heart is stirred toward your children Tacoma. No longer will they be stifled and rejected. I will put my favor on them and they will do exploits. I will visit them in the lowest places, in this wilderness will come a fountain says the Lord. Rivers from the desolate heights. In the projects and streets will come a fire. An all-consuming fire from their hearts. The gang member will now be a trailblazer for revival in this hour. A pioneer.

Jonathans will be produced and Davids from your midst. Churches that have stood on opposite ends of the river will now covenant together for harvest and revival. Black and white will partner for a great catch in this hour says the Lord. Black and white will stand together in My glory. They will lift a chorus of unity that has never been seen or heard before. They will make history in Tacoma in the coming days says the Lord. They will make history. In newspapers and television they will give report of this in the coming days.

I am building a bridge of revival between Tacoma and Japan. A cross pollination. They will come in and go and bring the fire to these places and races. Prepare yourself O Tacoma, you will see now what your destiny is, a place of healing and miracles, a fountain of blessing not cursing. Your neighbors will call you blessed. Tri Cities, Wa. : A Three Fold Cord Is Not Easily Broken

Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, I will knit you together in love. The feuds and the divisions I will now wash away. For I am sending to you a deluge. A flood of My purpose and presence. It will wipe out the structures that men have built revealing the foundations and corner stones that I have established. Programs and privileges will be taken away and Mine will established. Upon this new foundation the weight of harvest will stand and feet of many will come into My Kingdom says the Lord. This new foundation will withstand the wind and the rain and will stand.

I will remove the dividing lines of jealousy that have kept My will at bay. I will erase the subtle divisions that with-hold My latter rain. I will open the window's Heaven on you in these last days. But first remove the pointing of the finger and the pride, sit not in the place of ungodly or scornful and you will be My tree by the rivers of living water. I will use the leaves of your unity for the healing of the nations. I will use the sap of your strength to raise up a chosen generation. I will use the shade of My glory to raise up the desolation. I will use the fruit form this tree for reconciliation and restoration.

You will be a refuge in the future economic storms. When others are without you will be safe within. You will have a supply, the store houses will be full. There will be room at the Inn for those downcast and in sin. You will be the Father's house for the prodigal and the wayward. The misfit and the misunderstood. I will cause you to cast the net on the other side and take in the ones that others have forgotten. I will give you the pearls of great price. I will give you treasures out of darkness.

You will be crossroads of political interest. Those in high places shall pass through your borders leaving a blessing. I will fight for you. I will cause even the legislation and laws to reflect My glory and will. I will upset seats of authority that have resisted Me and replace them with those after Mine own heart. David will sit in Saul's place in this hour. I will create a revival fault line from you to Yakima. From Yakima to Seattle. From Seattle Bellingham. There will be river of righteousness flowing form one place to the other. Many that have left will find themselves drawn back to these regions in this season of harvest.

In this place of three's will I establish My authority. My Godhead will be seen in you. You will be a reflection pool of My glory. You will be a gate Beautiful where the lame and the halt are healed. Many will come to you for their deliverance. You will be a river Jordan where the church collides with the past, present and future. I will even give you the nations and regions where the wealth of the wicked are stored. In this hour Tri-Cities I will restore. Gird yourselves up My son, the harvest is white and there's much more work to be done. Arise and shine, for the glory of the Lord has come.

A Dressing Room for the Bride: Marysville, WA

December 15, 2000

I heard the Lord begin to decree and declare in and over Marysville, WA. I saw a great eagle coming over Marysville, I saw this eagle bringing on its back Timothy Sherman and I heard the Lord say, 'This is only the first of many prophets and apostles that I am landing in Marysville. They will come and go but behind them they will leave an eternal deposit of pure gold tried in the fire of My heart and passion. A gold of faith that will lay down its life for the Bride...'

I saw Marysville as a DRESSING ROOM for the Bride. A Holy place of preparation that will resound to the uttermost parts of the earth the Lord's end time desire for His church. I saw in the Eagle's beak a scroll, it was addressed to, "THE CHURCH IN MARYSVILLE." Written on it was the strategy, words and intents of Jesus for His people and His church in Marysville. Then I heard the cry of the angel of the Lord, "Who is worthy to open up the Lord's heart for Marysville, His purpose and His plan?"

Many hands went out to try and open the scroll, but it was only when all the hands of different color and denomination reached out together were they able to open up the scroll of God's heart for their city and church. Native hands, white hands, black hands, Asian hands, male and female, young and old, together they reached out and touched the Lord's heart and found what was written there. I heard the angel say again, "It is only when they come together as one will they have access into the Lord's heart and His power for their city. It is only when all hands reach together that the door of the Father's heart will be opened."

I saw a building and on its door posts was written, "JUDAH PRAISE CENTER." I saw the inside and outside of this building, I saw James Berkley and others that resided there. They were rebuilding the wall that had been torn down. They were repairing the breach and restoring the land from the desolation of many generations. Young and old and of all nationalities were rebuilding the wall, and as they built I saw the name on the door posts and now it read, JUDAH PRAISE CENTER INTERNATIONAL." The Lord had expanded the places of their habitations and strengthened their tent stakes. He had lifted up their eyes and showed them the height, width, length, and depth of the harvest. Their vision now took in the nations of the world from Marysville, WA.

The line is being drawn in the sand in Sandpoint says the Lord. On one side is tradition and apathy, on the other is obedience and outreach. I am calling My Church like Peter, to cross the threshold of their boats and walk on My word to wage a good warfare. To launch out into the deep of My purposes and take in a great catch. I am reengineering the heart of My church in this hour. I am renovating My Temple as I did then to accommodate the lame, the lost, and the dying. 'My house shall be called a house of prayer says the Lord...'

John 3:16 will be manifest in you in this hour, 'For God so loved the world that He gave...' I will show you what it means to lay down your life for a friend. I will show you what it means to love your brother. In this hour the mantle of personal agenda will be rent in two to take on the Spirit of Elijah. The hearts of the children returning to the Fathers and the Fathers to their children says the Lord.

The walls of division and selfishness will crumble and from the ashes of it will emerge a 'city upon a hill that cannot be hid...' A Jerusalem, a prophetic and apostolic "mecca" of revival and reformation. Many will come from hundreds, even thousands of miles to stand in the light of My glory revealed there. I will give you the revelation of the marketplace in this hour says the Lord. I will give you the marketplace.

No longer will My heart be contained in the upper-rooms of conferences and meetings. My heart will even now escape the confines of conferencing to invade the marketplaces and streets. I will hide Myself in the broad places and lanes of the city and like the lovers in the Song of Solomon, you will have to find Me there says the Lord. You will have to find Me there...

For the Lord would say to you in this hour O Sandpoint, O Idaho, O America, will you come out from the closets of preparation and meet Me in the streets? Will you chase Me now in the white fields of harvest? Can we run and play in the fields of passion? Or will you be satisfied with beds of ivory and safe places? Are there any now that will hazard their lives to find Me? To risk reputation and institution to really know Me? Prepare yourself O Sandpoint to take in a draught. In this place will I now demonstrate My power. For I have saved the best for last says the Lord. I have saved the best for last. I have heard the cries of your children from the streets. I have seen them wandering to and fro 'fainting for hunger at the top of every street.' I have seen them hungry and thirsty begging for something to eat. I have heard the cry of the orphan crying out for Me. Now I will visit them in their affliction, I will visit them in their distress. I will give them rest.

YOUR STREETS WILL RESOUND WITH THE SOUNDS OF SINGING

You will be an epi-center of My shaking, My choosing. From you will come an army of evangelists and intercessors that will blaze the trail of revival across this nation. 'As of one born out of due season...' (1st Cor. 15:8). You will see the greater works, the manifestation of my glory. Your streets will resound with the sounds of singing and dancing as you children eat of the fatted calf. As they return to their first love.

I am about to do in you what men dream of. I am about to do in you what your forefathers longed for. I will remove the stain of sin from your garments. 'Come now, and let us reason together, says the Lord. Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they be red like crimson, they will be as wool. (Is. 1:18). I will restore what the locust have devoured says the Lord. I will restore the years that have been stolen from you.

CATHOLICS WILL STIR THE FLAMES OF REVIVAL

The ancient walls that have stood between My people will be shaken and fall in this hour. The walls of division and hierarchy will be shaken and fall says the Lord. The lethargy and religion will be shaken and crumble. Your children will sing a new song. A move amongst the Catholics will stir the flames of revival. The Catholics will lift a righteous standard in this hour. They will be a forerunner to the greater works. The walls that have separated and segregated will be shaken and removed says the Lord. They will be shaken and removed.

MEXICANS WILL HERALD REVIVAL

A remnant amongst the Mexican people shall herald this revival. A cry will be heard from their ranks, a cry of forgiveness and restoration. They will help break the age old curse of division amongst My children. The minority will become a majority in My Spirit in this hour says the Lord. I will cause a few to remove mountains and shake cities and governments. I will bring them before magistrates and judges as a testimony against them. I will sit them in high places for My sake says the Lord.

REVIVAL IN THE HOMOSEXUAL COMMUNITY

A counter cultural movement will occur in the homosexual community. I will raise up an army from their midst. They will be an army of grace that trumpets a revival of love and compassion. They will give back love to the Church and forgiveness to the people. I will create in them a clean heart and a right spirit. They will march the streets with a different anthem, "JESUS IS LORD!" I will heal their wounds and bind up their hearts. I will give them back the innocence that was stolen.

A GREAT MOVE OF UNITY

Churches will gather in mass to worship and pray. A great move of unity will arise like a storm to blanket the city with the latter rain of My grace. I will transform your countenance from one of sin and shame to one of passion and power in My name. I will do in you in one moment what you have strived for for generations. Stadiums and public places will echo with prayer and intercession as thousands gather to pray and worship. No denominational lines will separate one group from another, these lines will be blurred and removed as these things take place says the Lord. WATCH AND SEE SAN FRANCISCO! WATCH AND SEE!

This is only a holding pattern in Paisley.

But God says, "I want to give you something Paisley that you couldn't have gotten anywhere else.

And you're going to go back into the places of your origin but you won't live there, but you'll go back and forth, and God says that your network ministry will be all over the globe and God's going to use you to start fires. You're going to carry the matches and seeds of revival .

And God said you'll be weeks here, or months here. you'll charge people for Jesus. (not in dollars)

God will use you to bring revival and the passion of God. And that might even bear some weight on some of your future decisions.

What decisions you'll make because the weight of all your decisions must be.. "Is this for harvest, and is this going to bring glory to God?"

Even though it may seem like good things, they must be God things.

God will give you discernment and understanding to make the right decisions because it all balances the weight would be to impact people for Jesus. You don't have to forsake careers.

Often God gives you dreams to give God glory.


No doubt revival is coming to this church. I see an alliance between the three churches. A holy alliance, already there, God will enhance and command a blessing. Harvest and productivity, changing the productivity in the ground. Fruit, much fruit of harvest. I see God blessing as a direct sign of the blessings of God. The natural commodities in this town.

Rebuke rumors of drought. Call an abundance of rain. We will see and hear an abundance of rain. God, You will open up supernatural springs in this area if necessary. You will break up the fountains of the deep if necessary. As the church comes together in this area, as they obey a Holy Vision to accommodate Your move and Your people and come into an alliance as they already are moving in that direction. You will command a blessing that will change the very climate in this area and God You will open up the very ground if necessary. The water will come. Watch and see.

If you've got to speak to the rock speak to it, if you've got to strike the ground strike it.

And I will feed My people I will water this land. Doubt it not! Doubt it not! I will do it!

And then when others from other places come and say, "What is this?" We don't have any, but you do?" and you will say, "Jesus! Jesus!" You'll be like Joseph in Egypt, you'll say "God has sustained us and in times of famine we have laughed. The Bible says in Psalms In times of famine you will laugh.

And it will all be a product of your obedience to a Holy call to unity to lay down your own agendas and say God at all cost Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." We pray you would accompany Your Word from all sources that it comes from with signs and wonders of God. Signs in heaven above and earth beneath. This will be a center of revival, and model of unity and an example of God's love and compassion.

My Power Is In Portland

This city is a pivotal place of power says the Lord. A hinge on the door of revival. A foothold into the higher places of My glory. Many will pass through her and be saved. Portland is positioned for an open Heaven. Like the shepherds in the field by night, so will they be in this place of visitation. In the fields by night. I will set a precedence in Portland. Nations will look to her and be glad. A city upon a hill that cannot be hid.

I have positioned Portland says the Lord. A crossroads of My glory and power. Portland is a pinnacle of My presence. A Jerusalem, a Judah. In it you will hear My voice. From her streets you will find the treasures out of darkness that hold the secrets to the future. In her you will discover keys of revival and restoration, stored up for generations and generations. Prepare yourself O Portland for the former and latter rain. I am going to pour out on Portland, I am going to pour out on Portland.

In this hour I will break down the barriers that have separated church and state, church and street. I will force the issue of outreach and evangelism in this place. I will move the fire and water until My church follows. I will blow upon Portland's surplus until she obeys by command to go. I will close the doors of opportunity if she does not hear My voice, "Whom shall we send? Who will go for us?"

Portland is a spiritual power source. The enemy is trying to tap into it and steal the hidden treasure. Do not allow another generation to be lost Portland. Do not allow another day of visitation to set. Seize the moment Portland! Seize the day of the Lord! This is My appointed time, the day of your salvation is at hand. The day of My sovereign plan. Behold I stand at the door and knock Portland, behold I stand at the door and knock.

Do not overlook the youth, for in them you will find My heart. In their heart you will find My heart. Phenomena amongst the youth are about to take place. Market place prophets in Portland, prophesying, preparing, the way of the Lord. Youth in the hi-ways and bi-ways of Portland with power and position possessing the land. Portland it is time to possess. How long will you be slack to go in and possess the land that I have promised your forefathers? Portland, I have promised the heathen as you inheritance and the uttermost parts of the earth as your possession. Stir yourself O daughter, stir yourself.

I stand to the East and I knock. Then to the West and I knock. Now at the North I knock. In the South I will visit as well. In the South East I will come with a whirlwind and a fire. To the west I will throw down the walls that have divided. To the North I will come in like a flood washing away the debris of division. I am coming says the Lord! I am coming with My presence and power to Portland! The day that they have looked for afar off has come! The day of their visitation is here!

A Word for the Oregon Territory

For I see pillar of fire, yes, a pillar of fire over what was once called the "Oregon Territory." A pillar of holy fire says the Lord. As the pillar of fire led them by night in the desert, so is my fire kindled in this "Oregon Territory."

It shall be as a sign, and a landmark to the whole earth of My power and dominion. It shall be seen from a-far, as a bright shining light of deliverance. A city upon a hill that cannot and will not be hid. I have set you as a defense of the gospel. From your heart shall come a prophetic evangelism that shall strike the waters of the Jordan to make a way for my people to cross says the Lord. Upon you "Oregon Territory" shall be a double portion of My glory. I say to you, try Me and see of this does not come to pass even this year, and into 1999. For I have declared it and will hasten it to come to pass. For you are as one that gives birth. You are heavy with child. I travail until my Son is formed in you. The time is nigh that this birthing will take place says the Lord.

Apostles shall be established in your borders, I will build My end time church within you. You shall be a launching pad to the nations, many in foreign soil will declare of you, "Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord!" The whole earth will call you blessed.

Now is the time My people! Refrain no longer. Launch out into the deep, and see if you do not take in and awesome catch! My word has declared it, and so shall it come to pass. Upon your foreheads "Oregon Territory" is the word "LIBERATED." You shall rise as a giant to cast the shadow of LIBERTY across the land. In you shall be the hope of the nations.

Seattle. Your time of visitation is at hand. You have only tasted the early and not the latter rains. I AM about to pour upon you the showers of shekinah glory that I promised to your forefathers so long ago.

Portland. You have I made ready as a farmer would make ready his field. The time of GREAT harvest is upon you. Like a fisherman repairs his nets, so have I repaired and prepared you Portland, to reap and faint not says the Lord.

This is the hour of My glory upon you, lift up your heads, for My redemption draws nigh...

A Word to Washington State

A time of unsettling is upon you. The things and the weights and the sin that so easily has beset you is being shaken. Those things that can be shaken will now be removed says the Lord. They shall be removed. The things that have obstructed the move of My Holy Spirit for My childrens' sake, shall be removed. They shall be spit out like a lukewarm thing says the Lord.

"And now the axe is laid to the root of the trees, therefore every tree which brings not forth good fruit is cut down, and cast into the fire..." (Matthew 3:10)

The prophetic remnant that has been hid and concealed is now in this hour being revealed. I am bringing them to the forefront with anointing and power. Like living stones, they will begin to cry out. They will not be stifled or constrained any longer, My Word will be heard in the land. They will declare things that have been hidden and in the dark, they will bring them to the light in this hour. They will shine and not be extinguished says the Lord. Their passion will not be quenched. I will defend them, I will fight for them, and all that can be shaken will be cast away.

"Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the Day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire, and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is." (1st Cor. 3:13)

The oppressed will now be free! The stifled and rejected will now speak. Those that have been refrained and restrained will now arise with the glory of the Lord in their eyes! Fire will precede them, revival will follow them! My voice in them will be heard in the land. This is My will and My command, My servants will not stumble but stand! Says the Lord!

"I counsel thee to buy of Me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness does not appear, and anoint your eyes with eye salve that you may see..." (Revelation 3:18)

A cloud of political unrest overshadows you. Some have chosen the lie. Now in this season the fresh breath of reason and wisdom will blow over you, you will now respond to my question, "Come, let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." Now is the time to fulfill the purposes I have put in you says the Lord. Now is the time to remove the spirit of heaviness and replace it with the garment of praise! Now is the time! Now is your time!

"...When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon you..." (Isaiah 43:2)

You have looked from afar off and said, "How long Lord? How long? How long will we have to wait for the sound of an abundance of rain?" I declare to you, O Washington, " a sound of an abundance of rain", a distant thunder, a great catch, a move of My Spirit upon the deep, a harvest is upon you. The weak of My flock will now say, "I am strong!" The poor among you will surely declare, "I am rich because of what the Lord has done for me!"

I have long suffered, now I will save. I have waited patiently for you, now I will come. As an all consuming fire I will come. As a purifier and refiner of silver I will come. "And I will come near to you in judgement; and I will be swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow and the fatherless, and turn away the stranger from his right, and fear not Me, saith the Lord of Hosts. For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore you sons of Jacob are not consumed." Says the Lord.

For in this hour the plates and the foundations are being moved. Places that have seemed safe and stable are shifting out of place. What was called "firm" in this hour will be moved. Even on the day of Pentecost it was preceded by chaos, even so now shall it be - chaos before Pentecost. Even as the ground shook on the day that I first released My Spirit so shall the ground shake, it shall shake and the mountains will be removed. The high places will be made low, the low places high in this day that I will do these things.

Even on that day that the ground shook and the graves were opened and the old saints walked again, the graves shall be opened in this hour and the mantles of those that walked the earth and caused it to shake then, so shall these mantles walk the earth again. They will be released on My people with signs, wonders, and miracles. The earth is about to shake, the elements are going to be moved, and My heart will be revealed in these things. Even from the grave they will hear My voice, for this day is upon you, when even those in the graves will hear My voice. They shall hear, "LAZARUS, COME FORTH!"

The governmental foundations will tremble and fall under My hand, and in its place will My Kingdom be established. A great shaking is upon you. When it happens then you will say, ‘It was told to us these things must first come to pass and then Pentecost…’ I will open your eyes as on the road to Emmaus and your hearts will burn inside of you, as these things are brought to your remembrance. The foundations will shake and the veil will be rent in two.

‘Signs in the heavens above and the earth beneath, blood, fire and pillar of smoke.’ I will confirm My word with signs following. It is the hour that the anointing of the ‘two witnesses’ will be revealed. Nothing will be able to destroy the sound of My voice, nothing will be able to stop My hand says the Lord. The earth will shake and the pillars will be moved. For in this shaking My precious stones will be revealed, the diadems, My jewels. I will dress them with an ephod of My glory, they will shine! It is time! Now it is time! ‘Arise, shine; For your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you…’ (Isa. 60:1)

The ground will tremble at the sound of My army. The ground will shake and the foundations will be moved. For the spiritual plates are shifting. The graves are opening. The mantles are rising, to walk on the earth once again. ‘Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet, before the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he will turn the hearts of fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers…’ (Malachi 4:5-6)

‘The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies.’ (Isa. 42:13). For I will utter My voice before My camp and the earth will tremble! The fortified cities will shake and the walls will fall.

The darkest places shall be revealed, the grossest darkness will fall back under the weight of this glory. Chains and bonds will melt when touched by this flame, this light. My glory will be seen by all the earth, it will be seen but not comprehended. It will be revealed but not extinguished. The smoke of the chaff will fill the sky. Great will be the days that are upon you. They will eclipse the days of Moses and Aaron, they will blot out the days of Joshua and Hur. They will say of these days, ‘we have never seen such a thing…’

Now I say to you! Open your eyes! I say, open your eyes! ‘…For those who are with us are more than those who are with them…’ (2 Kings 6:16). ‘Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent! For I am with you! And no one will attack you to hurt you; for I have many people in this city…’ (Acts 18:9-10).

Now is the time that the earth will shake, ‘Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven…’ (Hebrews 12:26). ‘Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed…’ (Acts 16:26). The prisons shall shake, and those things that have bound My people shall be loosed! The doors of the prisons will be opened and the captives will go free!

‘And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, AND THEY SPOKE THE WORD OF GOD WITH BOLDNESS.’ (Acts 4:31). Great boldness is coming upon My army, they will have no more fear and intimidation, they will roar out of Zion with fire on their lips! They will rule the nations with a rod of iron. The earth will tremble and shake. The gates of bronze shall give way and be broken ‘and the King of glory shall come in…’

‘The wicked flee when no man pursues, but the righteous are as BOLD AS A LION.’ (Proverbs 28:1) You are My roar says the Lord! You are my feet, and You are My hands, you will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. You will say to the blind, "See!" And they will see. Now is the time of My visitation. Chaos before Pentecost, prepare yourself for the shaking, ‘a great earthquake,’ for it will come to pass quickly, but the prisons shall be shaken and the doors opened, and the boldness of the Lion of Judah shall rest upon you to take and possess the land in these days. A boldness to cross over the Jordan, and enter the land. Prepare…for within three days you will cross over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which the Lord your God is giving you to possess…’ (Joshua 1:11)

REVIVAL: SMALL TOWN AMERICA

For who has despised the day of small things? For they shall rejoice..." (Zechariah 4:10).

This message is two-fold, one it is A brief report of what we have been seeing across the nation in "small town America," small cities and towns, some with only populations of 250. Two, it is a prophetic glimpse into the future of national revival and reformation. One such place was in Paisley Oregon where we experienced this phenomena of revival in a seemingly obscure and small city. In this tiny town of only 250 God reached the world. Let me explain. In this city was a dormitory of high school exchange students from around the globe. Bosnia, Korea, China, Russia, Mongolia, Sweden, Switzerland and Japan, just to name a few. Over 20 students from various nations. Two were saved when we arrived, all were saved when we left. God reached the world in four days...

The paradox is this; God is moving wherever there is a hunger for Him and a desperation for salvations. Not only in metropolitan cites, but in the rural areas as well God is appearing. God is reaching out wherever there is a beacon of prayer and hunger beaming into Heaven. Shortly after Paisley we were in Battle Mountain Nevada. Another small seemingly obscure place. Again the phenomena of revival began to break out as hunger superceded tradition. As I write this report I am in Harlem Georgia. For a week now from Methodist churches to Pentecostal it is the same, a great hunger for revival and harvest, a charged atmosphere of breakthrough. From out of the way places like Swainsboro Georgia, Lincolnton Georgia, and Augusta Georgia. The cry of harvest is reaching a crescendo. 'GOD WE NEED REVIVAL! WE CANNOT GO FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY ANY LONGER! WE NEED A MOVE OF GOD!'

In Kettle Falls, Washington with no more than 20 in our meetings God moved dramatically. From the church to the local bar God was appearing. Again, a town hardly on the map, but the desire of simple people was pulling on the throne of Heaven. Souls were being saved and people began to come from all around. We are getting emails everyday from obscure and out of the way places to come and partner in harvest and revival. My answer is the same to every one, "YES!" Jesus revealed His heart when he made the statement, "leave the ninety-nine for the one..." In this hour the greatest glory will be found with the one. Most will still pursue the "ninety-nine" but the secret treasure of revival will be found with the "one", the few and the infrequent.

Many well known leaders will begin to hear the call from Bethlehem. They will ignore the popular opinion that says, "Can any good thing come from there?" They will see the divine destiny in these small cities and places and go on their accord without price of figure. They will be the ones asking to come without even an invitation. They will be like the man who found the hidden treasure in the field and gave all he had to secure it. Many treasures of revival are hidden in small town America. A few of the mainline ministries are about to discover the wealth of these hidden places. The allure of large offerings will not compel them, but rather the eternal weight of glory hidden in these towns will draw them. These small places will become headquarter of international revival. They will have an incredible revelation of missions and outreach. They will send thousands into the uttermost parts of the earth.

These small towns will also produce some the futures most prolific leaders and missionaries. A passion of harvest will resound in the hearts of these young people. The temptation of the age will not seduce them. They will rise from the shadow of obscurity to shine. They will excel in academics where other larger cities are struggling. This will get the attention of media and government and only help to spread the fires of revival. Generations of prayer and prophecies in these small towns will now begin to rapidly be fulfilled. Not one jot or tittle will fall to ground empty. But rather a great harvest of promise is about to occur in "small town America." Great Christian political leaders even now are being prepared for public service in these areas. They will adhere to the morals of their forefathers and the convictions of Christ. They will bring revival to the political arena.

Even now we are planning on returning to these rural areas and preparing to go to others. Auburn Washington. Naches Washington. Loganville Georgia. Redwood City California. Mariposa California. In Mariposa last year we experienced epic reconciliation between Native America and Anglo America. Even after a year this revival continues. They have experienced first hand chiefs and elders from local tribes come to acknowledge what God is doing in their city. It has been researched that Mariposa was the first place that a treaty was broken out of over 300 hundred treaties and government covenants made in California. It is no surprise then that Mariposa began the reconciliation and repentance. A great treasure of national revival was hidden in that field. God give us eyes and hearts to see it!

"Small town America" will be on the map of histories greatest revivals. In the Bible belt states in particular, the southern states, a great grace for unity will be poured out. Walls that have separated Baptist and Pentecostal will fall flat. A shout from Heaven and the hungry will bring these ancient gates down. Charismatic and conservative will stand together to see this great catch of harvest come in. The racial lines will be blurred and washed away as well. The dreams and visions of former equal rights advocates will now begin to come to consummation. A great chain of unity will connect black and white, Baptist and Pentecostal, Lutheran and Methodist. It will set a spiritual precedent for the whole nation. It will set in motion racial reconciliation and revival. "Arise and shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you..." (IS. 60:1)
