Revival in Oregon

Several weeks ago Rob DeLuca spoke at Living Waters Church in Medford, and the following weekend at New Song Church. During these two visits Rob brought an ignition and acceleration to the move of God's Spirit in this region. Many were healed and destinies were released. While in Medford, Rob prophesied that "Oregon would be known as a state where the healing presence of God dwells."

During one of these meetings a leader in our church saw gold dust begin to appear on her hands. After the meeting she went home and the gold dust appeared again. She understood this sign to be an indicator to pray for her husband and for a visiting relative—both of them were healed. Her husband and her relative began to shout when gold dust appeared on their hands!

Just this week this same woman laid hands on a friend who is a waitress at a local restaurant. Then gold dust began to appear once again on her hands during dinner. This waitress had Celiac Disease (a gluten tolerance disorder). This woman was so allergic to gluten that if someone who had been handling a gluten product just touched her food she would have a violent physical reaction. The woman was healed and has been eating pizza and bread for the last week with no reaction. She had been sick for 28 years!

Another ignition has taken place (among others recently along the I-5 Corridor and the West Coast) and God's Spirit is moving through His people as they simply step out in faith. We have seen the gift of supernatural faith being released and imparted in our meetings.

When Rob was here he spoke of what carries revival—it is discipleship. As this move of God accelerates in intensity and dimension God is asking those who lead to make sure that systems are in place to disciple the thousands who will come into God's Kingdom. These signs and wonders are pointing people to Jesus who is coming with Kingdom power for a great harvest of souls.

Oregon will be known as a place where the healing presence of God dwells.

The West Coast Prophecy

The following words were given by Rob DeLuca on July 12, 2009 at Living Waters Church in Medford, Oregon:

There is a whirlwind of fire—a tornado of fire over Oregon and it lands here! It begins to burn the forests and torch Oregon. Then it begins to pull up gold out of the ground; small, big, thin, fat— all shapes and sizes. The gold glistens and burns hot, like coals. Then the whirlwind begins to send the gold flying. First it flies all over Oregon, and then all over America. Everywhere the gold lands it start fires. The gold is the people of Medford. The fire is the refining purity of God.

The Lakeland, Florida Outpouring was preliminary to the movement God is about to begin, and the West Coast is God's next place to land. All along I-5: San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Sacramento, Redding, Medford, Seattle, and Northern Washington.

Carry revival in such a way that the world is changed. To live this way, though, you have to be touched first. We need to avoid the failures of previous historical revivals. When the outpouring hits, we need discipleship to follow! Lakeland was only a taste of what God is about to do. Revival includes repentance, holiness, and souls saved!

God wants to show up in revival more than we want it! It will require, though, prayer and yielding before we become revived. It's not hard to live in revival if we realize that we live in an open Heaven! Get radically lost in God. Live in a Supernatural world. Revival is natural.

The following words were given by Rob DeLuca on July 19, 2009 at New Song Church, Medford, Oregon:

God gave me a vision while I was in Lakeland last year, and I saw this great fire burning in Florida. And the fire lit up the sky, and there were burning embers that were being taken by the wind and they were going all over the world. The majority of the embers I saw were hitting America. I saw burning embers landing across the nation and I saw campfires starting. I saw campfires taking place in other nations, but the majority of the campfires were taking place in America.

Schedules Will Change, Conferences Will Change

And the Holy Spirit spoke to me and He said: "I am about to change the plans of man. I am about to change men's schedules. I am about to change the agendas that men have made concerning My will for My people. Schedules will change, conferences will change, and I will bring back camp meetings as in the days of old. And people will gather around these fires and whole cities, entire towns, will be lit on fire.

"To those who are yielded and to those who will listen to My voice, I will send them to territories with revival fire. And they will bring My fire. They will take their families and they will go in My name. Some will go for three weeks, some for six weeks, some for three months, some for six months. And they will change entire cities with My revival fire."

And it reminded me of an old revivalist named Peter Cartwright. He was the "pistol packing preacher" who would ride on horse-back. He was a pioneer, he was a frontiersman. He would ride across the trails of America, and he would stop and have camp meetings. Some 2,000, some 10,000, some 20,000. They'd go for weeks on end, and people would come in their covered wagons and on their horses.

They'd build these big old wooden amphitheaters, because there was no amplification in those days. And they'd build these big platforms with wood up, wood out—wood walls that would amplify their voices and they would begin to preach. They would cut down logs and trees and make them into pews. People would come and they would just stay and camp out.

And it was recorded that Peter Cartwright said that hundreds, thousands, thousands of souls were saved as the preaching of the Word was brought forth. He said, "I would witness hundreds fall under the glorious power of God." He said that there were preachers that were preaching against it, but it could not be stopped. He said, "Glorious joy and laughter would breakout among God's people. To me it looked like all of America was coming to the Lord."

And I believe that what was brought forth, maybe 150, 200 or 300 years ago, in the birthing of this nation, is about to be brought forth again. And our conferences, and the way we do things in church, are about to change. And we're not going to care about our schedules so much—we're going to care about the GLORY of the LORD. God dwelling among His people.

And that brings me to what God gave me for Oregon...

Word For Specific Cities on the West Coast

Last year I saw a whirlwind land, and it hit Oregon. It started to spin and swirl, and it was a fierce wind of fire. It landed and hit Oregon. It started burning up the forests; it was doing like a trail-blaze across Oregon. And I saw golden stones coming out of the ground—they were being pulled up and sucked into this whirlwind of fire, and they began to burn—gold stones of fire. They began to get thrown all over the state and all over the nation. And they were starting fires. And I thought to myself, "This is what I saw over in Lakeland, the big campfire with burning embers landing all over." But I saw something happen here, in the Northwest. And the Lord just spoke to me in the last two weeks in regard to the West Coast.

From San Diego all the way up to Seattle and Vancouver, the LORD is about to do something VERY, VERY SPECIAL. Revival fire is about to breakout on the West Coast. I saw it hitting San Diego, I saw it hitting Orange County, and L.A. County, and I saw it hitting the northern counties of California. I saw it hitting Sacramento and Redding. I saw it coming up this way going right through your cities—right through Medford, right through Albany, right through Portland, and hitting Seattle. All the way up the I-5 Freeway.

And the LORD said, "There have been men and women who have prayed along this trail, and I will honor their prayers." Do you feel that? And I started looking up who has been through these lands:

Aimee Semple McPherson went right up this I-5 corridor, all the way up. William Branham, right over here and he hit Oregon. Even William Seymour. As a matter of fact, the Apostolic Faith publication, what was being published about the Azusa Street outpouring, much of it from Portland Oregon, through Sister Crawford—the reports of the revival in Azusa were being brought forth from Oregon. Billy Sunday came through here having revival fire. The Voice of Healing came through. California, all the way up this trail—this ancient path that's been prayed over for revival fire to be brought forth on the West Coast. HALLELUJAH!

One of my sons in the faith and I were out praying over California, and a vision came to us. There were four angels that manifested off the West Coast, and they were holding gold and silver trumpets. And they began to blow these trumpets and a sound and a massive wind was brought forth. What was witnessed was a dark cloud over America, but as these angels began to blow, this dark cloud was removed from the West all the way across America. So that includes Oregon.

I shared this with Pastor Bill and Beni Johnson recently at lunch. And we started talking about the time and the season. Beni had received the same thing from the LORD as I did, and we got real excited at the lunch table. I really believe this is going to happen within the fall. So that's probably in about three, four, or five months. Something is going to hit the West Coast; there is going to be something that takes place.

I don't know if there's going to be numerous outbreaks, but there is something that God is planning for the West Coast. I know there is going to be an outbreak in California, but I also know there's going to be an outbreak in Oregon and in Washington. And hopefully it will overflow into Canada.

Word For Oregon

This is what I received for Oregon. He gave this to me at 1am, as I was studying and praying. He spoke to me, and this is what was said: "Oregon again shall be known as a state of God's healing power. Once again Oregon shall be known as a state of God's healing power."

And then I saw people crossing the state line, and as they crossed the state line I saw people being healed. They were on their way to church services, but as soon as they hit the state line and crossed over, they were getting healed.

Then I saw a great river—the River of God—and I saw this river flowing throughout Oregon, and I saw the valleys being filled. The valleys of Oregon were being filled and they became pools of healing. And many were coming to the valleys to receive from these healing pools. And I looked at the mountaintops of Oregon, and the GLORY of God started to manifest in the mountains of Oregon.

And the LORD spoke to me and He said, "Multitudes will be healed. They shall come and be healed. Multitudes shall come and seek Me for periods of time in the land of Oregon."

And then I saw camp meetings, just like I saw in my vision that I had last year. And I saw groups of people coming to Oregon, seeking the GLORY of the LORD. And then I witnessed the settling of God's GLORY covering this state. And I said to myself out loud, "He has chosen to rest and make His abode in Oregon." That is a word. A holy, anointed word. A great, great, great blessing is coming out of this state. This state is going to be known for healing, for healing, for healing.

Revival & the Todd Bentley Restoration I

I first want to apologize for this Bulletin being long overdue. We have tried to cover most of the issues that people have had questions about concerning Todd’s restoration in video bulletins simply because it was so much easier and faster that way. However, not everyone has been able to watch all of the videos, so I will try to address the most important issues and commonly asked questions in a series of Special Bulletins. I also want to apologize for this Bulletin being a bit long. Future Bulletins on this subject will be shorter; however, I want to answer some of the frequently asked questions in as much depth as possible in this one.

Present Status

After nearly a year and a half of working with Todd, I recently felt that it was time to release him into some limited ministry in our local church. This does not mean that Todd has been released back into ministry in general, nor does it mean that Todd is nearing the end of his restoration process. We do not know how long this will be, and as from the beginning, we want to be confident that it is the Lord’s timing with each step that is taken.

Before Todd will be fully released back into ministry, we will ask for a council to endorse this, which will be composed of those who are respected throughout the body of Christ as true elders in the church. Of course, they would need to come to the comfort level that would enable them to become part of this council, which we think would be a worthy test of Todd’s present spiritual condition. This is not to imply that this would endorse anything that Todd has done in the past; rather that he recognized his mistakes and his sins, has genuinely repented of them, and has adequately “shut the gates of hell” that gave the devil access into his life in every area where this happened, making him now fit for release back into ministry.

At the same time, the expectation of this process should not be interpreted as resulting in Todd being made perfect or that some of the nuances of his style, which have been offensive to some, have been dealt with. There is no guarantee that Todd will never fall again, just as there are no guarantees for any of us. However, he will probably be far less likely to fall than those who have never fallen but have judged with pride or condemnation those who have. We see clearly in the Scriptures that the Lord has a lot of mercy for sinners, but none for the self-righteous, and that such pride usually precedes a fall.

This is not to imply that all who question or oppose Todd’s release are doing this out of pride, but it is a form of pride to make important or sweeping judgments with partial information. Therefore, we will try to provide all of the information possible to keep people from stumbling in this way and to judge Todd and our process rightly.

Todd is now very much in touch with the grace and mercy of the Lord, and to that degree, he will be made stronger in the Lord. As the Apostle Paul explained, the Lord’s grace is made perfect in weakness (see II Corinthians 12:9), and Todd has had some major weaknesses. The anointing on Todd’s ministry seems stronger than ever, which is probably a result of this deeper revelation of the grace and mercy that he needs. The miracles have been spectacular, and at least in one case have been lifesaving. I live to do the will of the Lord and to see as many people touched by God as possible. I will not make any apologies for this. It might have made my job easier if Todd was not so anointed, but that is up to the One who knows what is best far better than I do. Therefore, I resolve to be thankful for it and enjoy it, and I do.

We have received many testimonies from those watching our meetings on our IPTV channel at www.MorningStarTV.com. I’m sure that at least some of the explosive growth of those watching MorningStar TV is because of Todd. Since MorningStar TV is already being watched by people in more than 140 nations, I have heard a few concerns that this seems like Todd is being released back into international ministry. I can understand this objection; however, I do not agree with it. People are free to watch or not watch these meetings, just as they are free to come to our church or not come. We have visitors from many other nations in virtually every meeting we have, so what is the difference except in degree? Whether they visit our local church or if they watch our services on Morningstar TV, sometimes Todd will be ministering. I am glad to take the heat to see as many people touched as we are currently seeing.


Reason for Release in Local Church

I felt that it was time to release Todd into limited ministry in our church because I had the leading of the Lord to do this. To me, this always trumps every other reason, but I had some other reasons, too. Some of the major issues, or strongholds, which had caused Todd’s problems, failures, and sins had been understood and repented of with considerable depth by Todd and Jessa. Todd’s personal relationship with the Lord has been restored and strengthened. Todd has an understanding of, and a vision for, entering the rest of the Lord, and he has done this to a great degree. As far as his spiritual health, Todd is probably now in a better place than many other ministries I know. However, he does still have issues that could hurt him, or cause problems in the future, some of which we have not even addressed yet. Therefore, he is still very much in the process of restoration, and so is everyone else that I know, including myself.

We are all in a restoration process if we are not perfect yet. So where do we draw the line and say that people are at a level of maturity where we can release them into ministry? This is one of those questions worthy of deep consideration because its impact on the church has been, and will be, huge. My position is that if we are going to do this right, we need to consider how the Lord did it. How did He do it?

In Luke 10, the Lord sent the seventy out in teams of two. They cast out demons, healed the sick, and preached the gospel. They were so successful that the Lord said He saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning. It was in Luke 11 that these disciples came to Jesus and asked Him to teach them to pray. Think about it—they did all of this and they did not even know how to pray yet!

Look at the condition of the leadership in the church when the Lord went to the cross and basically left everything in their hands. They were fighting over who was the greatest on the very night He was crucified. They could not even stay awake for one hour to pray with the King of kings in His most desperate hour, then betrayed and denied Him, fleeing from Him when He needed His friends the most. This is after three years under the greatest Mentor there will ever be!

It is hard to understand why the Lord would trust so much to men in any degree, much less to be representatives of His kingdom. In looking at the great heroes in the Bible, it seems that every one of them had failures and were a major embarrassment in some way, often in many ways. He is the King, so I have resolved to keep it simple and follow Him regardless of whether I understand everything or not. I am also resolved to do my best to stand for His truth and His people, regardless of the consequences.

It is interesting that the person who is considered the very first evangelist in Scripture is the woman at the well, since she was the first to go forth proclaiming Jesus to be the Messiah. She had been divorced five times and was living in sin at the time. It would be much easier to explain if the Lord had chosen someone far less controversial for this great honor.

Then there is the embarrassment of Peter, who lived with Jesus for several years, had seen all of His miracles, and had the revelation from the Father of who Jesus was, then denied Him three times in one night—one of the worst things he could do. Just a few weeks later, he was again in leadership preaching one of the most important evangelistic messages ever preached on the Day of Pentecost. I’m quite sure most of those new converts wondered just what kind of leadership the Lord had given them in the church. From the beginning, we certainly have had a leadership that would definitely be a stumbling block to those who care about appearances.

Many leaders feel that these embarrassing falls from those in high visibility in the church are causing many to stumble, and doubtless they do. However, the self-righteousness manifested by many when this happens is probably causing far more to reject the church and our message. How can anyone trust our message of redemption and restoration when we will not even restore our own fallen?

An even more important point is that those who are forgiven much love much and tend to have more real faith—which is having a dependence on who Jesus is, not on who we are. Those who are immature are more dependent, and those who have received the mercy and grace of the Lord in a fresh way seem to be the most powerful in sharing it in a way that lead others who are struggling to receive salvation—making them some of the most powerful evangelists.

Being an elder in the church is a different matter. Many think that being any of the equipping ministries listed in Ephesians 4 automatically makes one an elder, but it doesn’t. If this were true, why would Peter and John have to verify that they were elders in their Epistles? Being an elder is often superficially understood in much of the modern church movements. The New Testament model adopted by the early church was from the nation of Israel. In the church, we often honor people with these positions just because they have some maturity and wisdom, but in Israel an elder was a gatekeeper and a judge. Even prophets were not considered elders, but like watchmen on the walls of a city, they communicated what they saw to the elders who sat in the gates. However, it was the elders who determined the action to be taken from their reports.

This is a study worthy of much more depth than we have a place for here, and even though any minister could be an elder, having a ministry does not make you an elder. The woman at the well may have done a great job as an evangelist by getting people to meet Jesus, but this did not make her an elder. On the other hand, Peter was certainly an elder, a gatekeeper to the entire body of Christ, opening the gate of salvation to both the Jews and the Gentiles, having great authority over the church of the first century. Even so, he was prone to some serious mistakes, too.

Todd may never be an elder, but he has already led an estimated one million people to the Lord, and I think he is destined to lead many millions more to salvation. This is fruit that remains, too. We were recently visited by the leader of more than twenty-two hundred churches in India. He told us about how people go to villages all over his region and ask young children their names, and a good number will say, “Todd Bentley.” Their parents named their children after him because he led them to the Lord in his crusades there. This church network, one of the strongest and fastest growing in India, credits much to Todd’s work there. His crusades did not leave new believers who had to make it on their own, but left churches, orphanages, and schools by raising up and working with strong local leaders. Of course, this was not done just by Todd, but by his whole team.

A large part of my motivation for seeing Todd restored to ministry is to see more of this kind of fruit, and I am not at all ashamed of it. Many years ago, I was shown Todd’s calling. I know that what he has yet to do will greatly eclipse what he has already done. As Bob Jones said when the Outpouring broke out in Lakeland, “This is just previews of coming attractions.”

Even so, one of the greatest concerns I had about Lakeland was the prima donna attitude that began to manifest on Todd. People with this syndrome don’t think the rules that apply to others apply to them. This will cause you to start thinking you are the main reason for the revival, not Jesus, and not the lost. You’ll start seeing yourself as more important than any one person is, and even essential to the plan of God. This is the root of pride, which likely caused the fall of Satan, and has caused many falls since.

One of the biggest open doors to this prima donna syndrome is low self-esteem and rejection. These can cause one to be driven to prove their value to others. This is why the foundation of Todd’s restoration was entering the rest of the Lord and finding his acceptance in what the Lord had done, not what he could do. True faith has to be coupled with patience to attain the promises.

One reason why I felt it was time to release Todd into some limited ministry was because I have seen people with serious strongholds in their lives get free almost immediately when they receive the great encouragement that comes from being used by God when this is coupled with patience and rest in the Lord. This seems like a paradox, that he would start getting the prima donna attitude by being used, and could get free of it by being used.

As the law of inertia teaches us, you cannot steer something that is not moving. Likewise, Todd doing some ministry will allow us to see and deal with some of these things that could cause him to stumble again. I felt that him doing some ministry again would bring some things to the surface so they could be dealt with in a more controlled place. However, my real reason for releasing him into some limited ministry was a clear leading from the Lord.

Todd still has some open doors that could trip him up in the future. At times, he has to fight the discouragement that would naturally come with the failure of his marriage, the way the Lakeland Outpouring ended, and the loss of just about everything he had built over the last decade of very hard work. If he allows these feelings of failure to become a drive in his life, he will likely burn out again, and the next time could be the last. I want to be with him while he works through some of these.

When I was a flight instructor, I could fairly accurately tell which mistakes a student would make. I would not let those students solo until they had made those mistakes with me in the cockpit so they would not kill themselves. However, no matter how much I tried to explain their tendencies that I considered dangerous to them, until they actually made the mistakes while flying, they did not get it. It was time for Todd to start flying again, but I am going to be very close to him for a while, for his sake, and for anyone else who might later get in the plane with him.


A Visitation

I was not asking for confirmation of this step with Todd because I was confident in the leading I had, but confirmation did come in a very powerful way. Bob Jones had been saying for some time that he knew he was about to have a “face-to-face” encounter with the Lord, and he did. In this encounter, Bob was told to come to our Sunday morning service and lay hands on Todd for his release, and then to break off of Todd and MorningStar the negative spoken words against us from other Christians. The effect of this prayer was so powerful that it was like having the sky go from dark and overcast to clear blue instantly.

In 1988 and 1989, Bob Jones operated in a level of the prophetic that I have not seen in him since. This was true in some ways of the prophetic ministry in general. Then a great persecution was raised up against the prophetic ministry in the church, and some prophetic people did not respond to it well, including Bob. Much of the high-level prophetic ministry was also hindered by the doubt sown in the church about the prophetic. Even Jesus was hindered in His ministry by doubt, and prophetic people were faced with so much doubt after this persecution that many quit traveling to try to help the church.

MorningStar became a haven for many wounded prophetic people, and we grew stronger in the prophetic, but even here it has taken a lot of plowing, hard work, and dry times. We only saw occasional flashes of the high levels we had seen in 1988 and 1989. Since Bob had this visitation, it seems as if he has been catapulted back to a very high level. When he prayed to break off the negative words that had been spoken against us, it seemed as if our whole prophetic ministry here had the shackles taken off, and we are again beginning to see remarkable things that have us in awe daily. It seemed to be the same with Todd—he was instantly in a new place.

At the first meeting when Todd preached, I felt he had one of the greatest messages on hunger for God that I have ever heard. It was not just about the words or concepts that he was teaching, but there was a tangible impartation of hunger for God like many had not experienced in a very long time. You cannot have that kind of impartation if it is not working in your own life. This was the greatest witness that the restoration process I have been leading Todd through has been working. I do believe that above any knowledge or personal discipline we have, it is our love for God that keeps us hungry for Him more than anything else.

Loving God is our main job description as human beings, and it is the main way it will be determined if we have been successful in this life. This is going to be the main thing that keeps Todd, or any of us, on track in this life.


Immediate Revival?

In that meeting, and virtually every meeting since, the presence of the Lord has been stronger than we’ve experienced in a long time. It seems to be increasing as the hunger in us is increasing. This is what we signed up for in the beginning—the manifest presence of the Lord. We are having great miracles and prophecy, but this is better than all of that. We may be in the first stages of an authentic revival. We’re not calling it that yet, but it seems like it is the beginning of something remarkable, and the beginning of it all was Bob’s visitation and prayer for us.

In our first MSU class after the students returned from the Christmas holiday, I asked Jason Hooper to say a short prayer over them for spiritual hunger. The power and presence of the Lord fell so strongly that their two-hour class lasted for twelve hours. The students skipped their meals and everything else just to stay in the presence of the Lord. Soon others were gathering. Then Bob and Bonnie Jones came. Todd said he had felt surges of power going through him all day, and when he heard that something was happening at Heritage, he jumped in his truck and came over. By early evening, the place was virtually full. Better than anything was the powerful, tangible presence of the Lord.

Students and people who had been a part of some of the great revivals and moves of God in recent times said that they had never been impacted as much as they were that day, and it has been getting better. If it had stopped with that one day, I think many of the students would have thought that it alone would have been worth coming to the school for.

We did not know if it would last, but we decided to gather the next night to see if the Lord would move like that again. He did. We have continued these meetings for almost a month now. I have felt that virtually every one was a dramatic encounter with the Lord. At this time, Todd has been there for less than half of them and has only ministered in a handful. There have been noteworthy miracles, waves of the joy of the Lord, and an uncommon prophetic anointing, regardless of who was leading the ministry. We also seem to have gone to a new level of anointing in worship, and all of our worship tends to be pretty high level.

We are obviously in the first stages of something major. It is not built around Todd’s ministry or anyone else’s. I’m thankful we had released him to minister in our local church because he has been a large part of what’s happening, and he will no doubt be a big part of what unfolds. He may be in the forefront for a period of time, and then others will. Todd is just one of about a half dozen who are being used on the forefront of this, and we expect that number to grow. Several have an anointing similar to Todd’s, but others are different, but no less God. I am “the designated driver,” and I am the primary one with the authority and responsibility to steer it. If I do my part right, I will free the others from having to do this, and I expect all of them to go to a new level. To do this, I need to know where the Lord is leading us, and I do have a general map that I have been shown, beginning thirty-five years ago.

When we planted a church here, we began with the team ministry concept because we were shown that this was not only biblical, but would be necessary for the revival that was coming to this area. After living here for a short time, I started to meet older people who told me about the prophesies from as far back as the late 1930s and early 1940s of this coming revival. None of these had lost hope, but were sure it would come one day. This could be it.

If it is the beginning of what I was shown, it will grow into something more remarkable in some ways than anything we have experienced in our lifetime. If this is the beginning, we will soon be in the greatest of all of the Great Awakenings, and a tithe of all Americans will soon be born again and filled with the Spirit. That is thirty to forty million people who will be added to all who are already born again. These will also be added to a real New Testament church life because the church is going to be transformed into this.

If what is happening here is what I was shown, then no man or group of people will be the face of it. MorningStar will not be the face of it either. This one will be about Jesus, not us.

If this is what I was shown, we will have the greatest anointing for worship, preaching, the prophetic, miracles and healing, and everything else, but no one will leave here talking about us—they will leave talking about Jesus and the encounter they had with Him. The King will be manifest in the midst of His people and the gospel of the kingdom will go out.

Once we have experienced the manifest presence of the Lord, we are ruined for anything else. What good is the most glorious temple if God is not in it? If God is in His temple, then it does not matter how glorious or spectacular the temple is—it will not be the temple that gets your attention. If people come here and then leave talking about any of us, or even the great experiences that they have here, it will have fallen short of what it is supposed to be. If this becomes a Todd show, or a MorningStar show, we will have fumbled in what we were being entrusted with.

One of the main promises we were given thirty-five years ago was for Isaiah 60:1-5 to be manifested here—the visible glory of the Lord appearing on His people. We are earthen vessels. When this comes the way it is supposed to, as this text declares, it will not be the vessels getting the attention, but rather the glory of the Lord. However, that glory is going to be on His people. We must resolve that we, the temple, exist for God, not the other way around. If we are the ones who start getting all of the attention, then we have somehow lost the real glory.

Some of us experienced this once before in a meeting in the mid- 1970s in Eastern North Carolina. Since then, I have visited many of the great revivals and moves of God and have been able to be a part of some of them, which I am very thankful for. I’ve seen the pillar of cloud appear right in front of me, and I have been in meetings where the weighty presence of the Lord pinned everyone to the floor, but nothing I have seen since has measured up to a fraction of what we experienced in that one meeting when the visible glory of the Lord came.

When His glory comes like that you can be changed more in one meeting than in years of teaching or counseling. Of course, we need the teaching, counseling, and spiritual disciplines, but we need His presence and His glory much more. We were given a taste and then a prophecy—that to see this come to the church was our destiny and calling. This has been a motivation in everything I’ve done since.

When I took on the ministry of helping Todd through his restoration, I honestly did not connect him with this move that we knew would one day come to the Charlotte area. However, when I thought of what I was shown years ago about Todd’s calling, and what we were shown would one day break out here, I now see how they could fit. When I first took on the restoration of Todd, I thought he might move here for a period of time and then would probably go back to Abbotsford. When Todd was severed in a way that was obvious he would not be a part of what was then known as Fresh Fire—Canada, I did hope that he would find a permanent home here. He and Jessa are greatly loved here and appreciated. However, that is totally up to them when this process is over.

Ultimately, I think Todd will go out to do large crusades in the nations again, but it will help him a lot by serving as a part of a team in which he is not the leader. When he goes out, I think he will know the value of a team so that the pressure does not rest on just one person.

A huge factor in the breakup of Todd’s marriage was his marriage to ministry and the pace that he tried to keep up, which led to two major burnout episodes. If God would rest after six days, who are we to think we don’t need this? It’s quite a presumption to think we can do something God did not even try to do. Presumption is pride.


Restoration and the Favor of God

Many years ago, I had a dream in which one of my children had fallen into a sewage ditch and could not get up. Covered in filth, no one would help my child. People only scorned or jeered at my child, which was one of the most grievous things I have ever experienced in a dream. Then someone came and helped my child out of the ditch, and cleaned and helped them to go on their way again. In that dream, I would have given everything I owned to that person who had helped my child. I was thinking what I could do for them when I heard the voice of the Lord say, “Jim Bakker is My child. Will you help him?”

When I asked Jim Bakker to speak at a conference right after he was released from prison, I did take some heat for it, and some on my staff even thought I was risking everything. I may have been, but I also had no doubt that I would gain the Lord’s favor, which is far more valuable than having man’s favor. I know the reason that we were able to acquire the former Heritage Grand Hotel and Conference Center and other parts of the former PTL property, at a tiny fraction of its value, was because of the favor of God we received for helping Jim.

I actually did not do very much to help Jim Bakker, and others may have done much more, such as Tommy Barnett. I also think we have received such a huge benefit from our friendship with Jim that it would have been well worth it without getting the property. We did get the most remarkable home for our ministry that I could ever imagine, and we have even more of the favor of God in other remarkable ways.

No doubt it has been a huge risk to help Todd. Of course, I lost some friends, and we lost some people and partners. I have no guarantee of how this is going to turn out, and I have had restoration failures before, too. However, I try not to weigh the possible costs or benefits in such matters, but rather just try to be obedient. If I get rewards here, fine; but I’m just as good to get them in heaven.

No doubt some people will never accept Todd’s restoration to ministry, and we did gain a few more enemies, some of whom were friends before, but I know that the favor of God is worth more than any cost we can pay in this life. Even with the controversy, we gained far more friends than we lost, and we have even had a net gain in partners for our ministry. I also think the greatest favor of all could be one of the greatest revivals in history, resulting in thirty to forty million new brothers and sisters in Christ just in America. If we are trusted with this, which is yet to be determined, it might be linked to this risk we took in helping Todd.

In Mark 10:29-30, the Lord gives us a wonderful promise: “Truly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or farms, for My sake and for the gospel's sake, but that he shall receive a hundred times as much now in the present age, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and farms, along with persecutions.” In my ministry to date, I think every time I have taken a major risk to help someone, or to speak or write something that I was given but knew it would be controversial, the benefits gained always outweighed what I had risked by at least one hundred times. It is always right to do what you think is right regardless of the risk or potential reward, but the Lord is faithful to reward those who do so. Along with it, “persecutions” may be expected.

The Lord did nothing but what was right. I’m sure I’m not doing everything perfectly. I have made some mistakes and will probably make more. Not all of our critics are wrong, and many have a sincere desire to protect the truth and to protect God’s people. Much of what is said and written about me and Todd is false, but some we do need to consider. What I think is false I will answer for the sake of others who are being caused to stumble by it. I do not have time to deal with some that seem less important right now, but as I have time, I may try.

Regardless of how right we are, if we are about to see a major revival break out, the persecution will also break out on a correspondingly high level. This too “comes with the territory” as the Lord Himself taught. With the increase of power and impact in Jesus’ ministry, the persecution went up accordingly. With the undeniable resurrection of Lazarus, the Lord’s enemies determined that it was time to kill Him. I have no doubt that the persecution will ratchet up dramatically with the increase of the favor of God. This is biblical. So what kind of favor is that? Ask the Jewish people who have been His “chosen people.” It may not seem like favor to those who care about earthly things and the favor of men, but to be considered worthy to suffer shame for His name’s sake is one of the greatest honors we can have in this life and will be an eternal honor in heaven. It’s not fun, but I’m not here to have fun—I’m here to do the will of God. I fully trust Him for any reward He thinks that I deserve or any honor such as persecution that He thinks I need.

Again, this is not to imply that I am doing everything right, but I am trying my best to keep it simple and seek to be obedient. The same crowd that was crying, “Hosanna,” when Jesus entered Jerusalem was crying, “crucify Him,” just five days later. Therefore, I think it is foolish to put our trust in people’s opinions whether good or bad, but I seek to please the Lord. As the Apostle Paul wrote in Galatians 1:10, “If I were still seeking to please men I would not be a bondservant of Christ.” Because of this, seeking the approval of men can be the main thing that diverts us from the true course of serving God. Nothing irks men, especially religious men, more than this, and they will persecute you for it. I do have many who I consider peers, and I know are friends who will tell me the truth when I need to hear it. I am accused of not having this, but I actually have far more than anyone else I know.

The demon-possessed were easy for the Lord to deal with. The sinners were attracted to Him, but it was the religious community that persecuted Him. I knew that the result of going into this process with Todd would be to expose and help many get free of an evil, self-righteous religious spirit, which has dominated the church throughout most of her history. To get free of some things, they have to be exposed. So I knew all along that this was about much more than Todd or me. For the sake of those who are bound or influenced by this religious spirit, I will be straightforward in confronting it whenever and in whomever it rises. I would expect no less from those who are my own true friends who see it rising in me, and I certainly do not claim to be perfect in this either.

We cannot go into the future carrying some of the things we’ve been carrying in the church. I am going to be addressing these issues boldly and candidly in future Bulletins about Todd’s restoration for his sake, your sake, and even the sakes of our opposition, some of whom will be helped. To try to write them all at once would require a book, not a bulletin, so I am preparing a series of these Bulletins to address them. I hope to address most of the questions people have about this process and to help clarify the doctrines of marriage and divorce which the whole church is in desperate need of.

When I say I will try to address almost all of the questions, there are many questions that I still have. I have sought answers, and I am still seeking them, but I have to admit at this point that I don’t have all of the answers. One thing almost everyone agrees on, and we should, is that the sanctity of marriage must be protected and strengthened in the church, certainly not weakened. I have no doubt that the result of this process can do that.

I also have no doubt that many will be surprised at our conclusions, but I think most will actually end up agreeing with them. We already have a good list of people who began, in some cases, vehemently disagreeing with us who now agree with us. As this process is laid out, I think this list will grow. It will also no doubt cause more opposition from others. Even so, it would be a terrible presumption for us to think we are right about everything, but at least we want to be open about what we are doing and why. I am quite sure anyone who follows this process with us will benefit from it.

THE SHAKING – THE JUDGEMENT IS COMING
FIRE AND WATER - SAN FRANCISCO AND NORTHERN CALIFORNIA
IDOLATRY - THE GOLDEN GATE FALLS – LOS ANGELES – REVIVAL FIRE

Dear Friends

I was awoken in the early hours of the morning to hear the words ringing out -' THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY' – As I currently live in the UK and am not at all familiar with the West Coast I did not know even know what The Bay meant other than that I knew the Lord was saying CALIFORNIA - but once again I sensed a strong red alert for San Francisco.

It was only a day LATER that I discovered that the Bay area covers San Francisco. I knew the Lord was trying to get my attention.

Words of judgement are often not well received and I have held back on this word for several weeks to weigh it intensely, but under the fear of the Lord I feel I must deliver it now so that those with a burden for the West coast can pray, so that many, many will come to repentance in this present hour and also that God's faithful servants will know his supernatural protection in the times to come. This is what I saw.

THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY - ANGELS OF JUDGMENT CARRYING GOLDEN SCYTHES

I saw two huge Angels of Judgement carrying what seemed to be huge golden threshing instruments that looked like scythes. They were crying out in loud voices:

‘THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY’ and again they cried out - 'THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY THE BAY.'

I did not know what that meant except that I knew that it was CALIFORNIA and I had the same dread for San Francisco that I had experienced before when I had received the ‘West Coast’ Prophecy.

And I saw a mighty shaking and trembling begin under the earth

And the Lord said – 'From under the Pacific it shall come – in Fire and in water – it shall come.'

It was hardly noticeable at first but it was as though the whole city froze as one and then the shaking and the terror and THEN THE FIRE CAME

I saw a horrifying inferno -- A literal inferno.

I saw ravaged land - ravaged, ravaged cities.

But one city received the full force of this terror and earthquake and this is what the warning was crying out ‘THE BAY – THE BAY’

And I saw the heavens were black – blacker than black and there was no light – all light was extinguished.

And the smoke continued to rise and thousands upon thousands of this city were killed at the first strike

But I saw a second strike.

A second strike

And I saw water - water devastating parts of the West Coast – to the NORTH – THE NORTH – beware the NORTH – THE NORTHERN CALIFORNIAN COASTLINE

I still saw plumes of smoke rising from charred buildings.

There was not just one city affected. It was more than one - on the Northern California Coast.

People were bleeding and dying.

The emergency services were hindered greatly from reaching The Bay in good time – they were prepared but no one could prepare for this and the suffering was intense.

I heard many cursing God – even in their suffering instead of crying out for mercy they were cursing God

But I also heard those crying out in desperation for His mercy and the Angel of the Lord spoke the Word of the Lord

And I heard him say ‘And these ones I shall by no means cast out.'

EMPTY CISTERNS – EMPTY CISTERNS – SCALES OF JUDGEMENT FULL

And the moon turned a strange colour of crimson.

And the haze hung over the bay for many days and nights.

And the city was silent.

Thousands of people were left crushed - drowned.

I felt this was further up the coast than Los Angeles – more to the North, though Los Angeles was shaken it was not as devastating as The BAY the Lord was talking about.

EMPTY CISTERNS I saw written in the sky EMPTY CISTERNS above San Francisco – and the scales – the scales of sin and judgement were full – so full that judgement could not be withheld over San Francisco.

LOS ANGELES – A SPIRITUAL FLAME –ANGELS ON THE WIND – REVIVAL BREAKS FORTH

And then I saw Los Angeles – and it seemed a different scenario – and I knew that the Lord held in great esteem and looked down with a great and enduring compassion on His servants - His prophets –His intercessors - His servants who had stood in the gap for Los Angeles.

And I saw many intercessors who had stood in the gap day and night for Los Angeles and California and I wondered if these faithful servants of God were the reason that in the former vision I only saw a partial devastation of Los Angeles – great swathes of Los Angeles were PROTECTED.

But San Francisco and along the northern coast seemed to receive the full brunt of the ferocious shaking.

There was a great scale in the sky and I saw one side of the scale weighed right down with sin and iniquity.

I still remember being shocked because I still heard many in San Francisco still cursing God - and I knew that was a reflection of how sin and rebellion against the most high God had blackened the hearts of men in this city.

LOS ANGELES

And I was taken back to Los Angeles.

And I saw a spiritual flame burning from Los Angeles and the Southern Coastline of California.

And I saw Angels on the wind over Los Angeles with a banner REVIVAL BREAKS FORTH

And a connection with LAKELAND – this seemed to be happening in a second timeline that was not the same timeline as the former vision but was more in the present season.

But it made me wonder if this calamitous event was not coming quicker than we knew or thought.

PART TWO

SAN FRANCISCO – GOLDEN GATE
ALTAR OF HARLOTS AND IDOLATERS – BAAL - IDOLATRY

But then I was led back to San Francisco and the great devastation ahead in the future –

And I saw a sign in the sky that read THE GOLDEN GATE – ALTAR OF HARLOTS AND IDOLATERS – And I saw the words BAAL and IDOLATRY – LASCIVIOUSNESS – LUST – SODOM AND GOMORRA

And I saw the face of the Angels of Judgement were set fiercely against this city and the word of the Lord came forth saying – ‘For I have set my face against this land – and even in a moment I shall smite it' – and I saw the fall of the Golden Gate - cut in two and how the mighty were brought to the ground even in a moment. And I saw above the Golden gate bridge written IDOLATRY.

And I saw the city of San Francisco a devastation – blackened and even to the coastline to the North of San Francisco –

‘CRY OUT, CRY OUT!’ cried the Angels of the Lord –‘CRY OUT, CRY OUT to the Most High God for surely your idols have fallen – every one – and no more shall they rise.’

RAINBOW RISING FROM THE STRETCHES OF NORTH CALIFORNIA OVER SAN FRANCISCO TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA – I SHALL ESTABLISH IN THIS PLACE MY GOLDEN GATE

And then I saw a rainbow – the most glorious sight – it rose from the stretches of Northern California and over the devastated city of San Francisco and then over to Southern California and it blazed with every colour as bright as the sun and out of the radiance I saw a GOLDEN GATE – it seemed so huge and so glorious it looked as the gates of heaven – and I heard the Lord say – 'And now I shall establish in this place MY GOLDEN GATE –

A gate of repentance –

A gate of revival –

A gate of cleansing –

A gate of Holiness'.

And I saw a remnant in that charred city come out from under the angel's robes – and over their heads was written FAITHFUL and TRUE –and The Lord said 'These are those who stood for me in this city of San Francisco-

These are those who have wept and pleaded and interceded for this city day and night without ceasing. These are those who were My gate keepers of this city – who heralded in revival – and poured out My Spirit even in the face of great opposition and persecution – these are those who are greatly BELOVED by me.'

And I saw that the Lord Himself had placed them under the angel's mantle and that these faithful pastors and apostles, these intercessors and prophets had been divinely protected by the Lord's own hand from this harm and I saw the Father's hand pick them up and set them on high with heaven's Golden Gate – as His chosen gatekeepers for the new move of His spirit that would sweep through the Northern parts and coastline of California.

And I heard the Lord say 'REDDING - REDDING ' – and I saw a vast thick elixir like golden river flowing from REDDING to San Francisco - San Jose and on to Los Angeles – and these forks in the river were all connected.

LOS ANGELES – SEVENTEEN HUGE BLAZING LIGHTS
A SIGN READ - MORE TIME – REVIVAL FIRE
A GREAT GRACE SHALL ARISE FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

Then the Lord directed me to look back to Los Angeles – and I saw Los Angeles shaken but by no means devastated or destroyed. And I saw as the rainbow encircled Los Angeles great swathes of light beaming up into the night skies – these were blazing beams of light almost as from monstrous searchlights. And there were thousands of them – some were very small like pinpricks but others were so huge and filled the night sky.

And the Lord said – 'This is the reason My hand has been stayed for yet a season for Los Angeles. For these are My servants – HOLY and TRUE. '

And once again – it seemed I was taken back to a second timeline more in this present and coming season before the devastation that was to come

And I saw thousands of the tiniest of lights were small groups of intercessors meeting in their homes – one on one – in small groups – piercing the heavenlies, then the brighter lights were fellowships' of churches all across Los Angeles and California – but there were seventeen of the strongest monstrous searchlights – I saw around five in Los Angeles itself, the rest were across Northern and Southern California – and the Angels' of the Lord cried ‘HOLY HOLY ARE YOU LORD – HOLY IS THE LAMB.’

And I sensed that these were the blazing lights of those who had followed the Lamb wherever He went with great sacrifice to their own lives and their own agendas – and it was because of these ones that the Judgement over Los Angeles would be stayed and I saw a sign that read –

MORE TIME - REVIVAL FIRE – And I sensed a GREAT SHIFT IN THE SPIRIT CENTERING ON LOS ANGELES AND CALIFORNIA – THIS WAS HAPPENING NOW IN THIS PRESENT SEASON – I sensed the Lord was IN THIS PRESENT SEASON about to turn His FOCUS and INTIMATE ATTENTION on Los Angeles and California – and it was a BLAZING FOCUS – I felt the Fathers eyes were as hot coals blazing with His Mercy, His Judgement yet with His infinite grace upon the West coast and especially Los Angeles – that He had been deeply stirred by the cries of His people.

AND I SAW ANOTHER SIGN THAT READ – REVIVAL FIRES IN THE WEST and I saw the streams from Redding join with several of the streams in Los Angeles.

And a fiery molten stream from LAKELAND. This stream was literally so intense – hissing and burning with the fire's of the Ancient of Days - it was blazing red hot coals everywhere it passed. And then I saw different streams emanating from some of these light bearers and I saw molten silver river flow and a molten ruby fire river flow from another and from another flowed a river of diamond like molten fire. And I realised that where the Lamb was worshipped and adored, the Lord was about to JOIN some streams together and it was out of this that California's revival fire would come.

And I saw the words – A GREAT GRACE – A GREAT GRACE – and the Lord said - 'A GREAT GRACE SHALL ARISE FROM SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA THAT SHALL IMPACT THE NORTH EVEN TO THE STATE OF WASHINGTON – EVEN TO SEATTLE,' SAYS THE LORD – 'AND TO VANCOUVER IT SHALL BLAZE

THE PACIFIC – KOREA – SINGAPORE – I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN YOU

and the Pacific – the Pacific' says the Lord – 'across the Pacific these fires will go – ASIA.' And I saw CHINA and JAPAN and KOREA lit by streams of these molten rivers from Los Angeles – and I saw a molten river from CHINA – a different river - the river from China was the only river that had live jumping fish swimming upstream – and I seemed to sense the fish represented a huge catch of souls – that evangelists from China had some part in evangelism of the West Coast –and this river was flowing back to the West Coast also - even a great outpouring on the Chinese communities in California ahead - and South Korea but also the North – North Korea – 'And SINGAPORE', says the lord – 'Singapore – you have worshipped mammon – you have worshipped that which has been built with bricks and mortar –that which has been by your own hand and you have turned away and have forgotten me – but I am coming to SINGAPORE – even in a moment – and even as the stocks and the shares of the east shall shake and stand in the balance – so Singapore I shall yet show you my love for you – for I have commissioned you to proclaim my gospel even to the far reaches of the East – even to Mongolia your evangelists will go,’ says the Lord – 'To Malaysia, Indonesia and far beyond –for I have not forgotten you, Singapore - and you shall yet see the King in his beauty even in your land.’

THIS IS A YEAR OF FIRE

This is a year of fire. Godly fire to the righteous; destructive fire to the wicked. It will be set by the peace pipe of the prophet. Peace will be the fire that will prepare the land to break up unproductive land. To those who stay in peace, understanding will be piped down to them but the wicked are like the restless sea; they will find no answer or rest. Fire will come before the plowing! This is a year of plowing. We will either plow in peace or in judgment but we will plow.

This fire will cleanse the land so this entire year is a preparation for plowing the land for sowing to be fruitful next year. 2010 will be a year of sowing, but not this year. When the ox plows, he sees nothing he can eat; he can only see the burned off ground with no purpose. He only plows in drudgery; but there will be no seeding or harvest without the plowing. Intercession is the ox that will bring the eagle, which will reveal how to pray, what to pray for and how to get our prayers answered.

Many shall come forth out of the fire with tried and proven faith and they will have the answer. And His name is JESUS! It is their council to agree or disagree; fire or no fire!” Flames or no flames! Man’s flame or His flame!

They shall come forth in the baptism of fire and they shall have authority over infirmities. They shall stretch forth their hands to do mighty signs and wonders and great grace shall be with them. Acts 4:30-33 While You stretch out Your hand to cure and to perform signs and wonders through the authority and by the power of the name of Your holy Child and Servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place in which they were assembled was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they continued to speak the Word of God with freedom and boldness and courage. Now the company of believers was of one heart and soul, and not one of them claimed that anything which he possessed was [exclusively] his own, but everything they had was in common and for the use of all. And with great strength and ability and power the apostles delivered their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all.

God is an all consuming Fire. Anything that is not of Him will be burned away; He is a purifying fire. Many shall come forth out of the fire of affliction as did the Hebrew children chosen by God.

Isaiah 48:10 Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tried and chosen you in the furnace of affliction. In Daniel 3 King Nebuchadnezzar was full of fury when the three sons of righteousness would not bow down and worship his idol. They were thrown into the fiery furnace; seven times hotter than it was usually heated. The flame and sparks from the fire killed those men who handled Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. But this fire had no power upon their bodies, nor was the hair of their head singed; neither were their garments scorched nor the smell of smoke cling to them. We do the choosing; how long we stay in the furnace. If you remain faithful to it you come out chosen; pure! That which is of God in you will not burn but be revealed. It is a great testing for sincerity.

SIGNS AND WONDERS

This should be a year of great signs and wonders because there will be great need, and great grace shall be there for those who believe. The cord that has been around the baby’s neck, which is the fear of man, will be removed so the Father will hear the cry of the babies. It is not still born but alive in Me says God. It will breathe and give living substance to those who will only believe.

They will cry out in your judgment remember mercy. Habakkuk 3:2 O Lord, I have heard the report of You and was afraid. O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make [Yourself] known! In wrath [earnestly] remember love, pity, and mercy. Mercy shall be the inspired word that comes out of the mouth of the Father. Matthew 4:4 But He replied, it has been written, Man shall not live and be upheld and sustained by bread alone, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of God.

Deuteronomy 8:3 And He humbled you and allowed you to hunger and fed you with manna, which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you recognize and personally know that man does not live by bread only, but man lives by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of the Lord. When a baby cries, the parent responds quickly so His children can meet every challenge VICTORIOUSLY. There shall be songs of praise of angels mixing with the songs of praise of saints. Some times they will continue to sing when our praise stops. Common grace will no longer fall upon the wicked and righteous alike. For this is the year of separation of the wicked and the righteous. And the righteous shall come forth with divine grace which is the nine gifts of God. It shall bring forth free grace which is great salvation. 1 Corinthians 12:4 Now there are distinctive varieties and distributions of endowments (gifts, extraordinary powers distinguishing certain Christians, due to the power of divine grace operating in their souls by the Holy Spirit) and they vary, but the [Holy] Spirit remains the same.

This divine grace is the signs and wonders to bring about free grace which is power evangelism. Ephesians 2:7 He did this that He might clearly demonstrate through the ages to come the immeasurable (limitless, surpassing) riches of His free grace (His unmerited favor) in [His] kindness and goodness of heart toward us in Christ Jesus. Great grace will be revealed in the righteous this year as they stretch forth their hands to heal. Acts 4:33 And with great strength and ability and power the apostles delivered their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace (loving-kindness and favor and goodwill) rested richly upon them all.

NARROW STONE WATERFALL

In a vision Bonnie saw a narrow stone waterfall on the side of a green mountain; it had gone dry. Mercy for the wicked has come to an end.

Ezekiel 47:1-2 The man brought me back to the entrance of the temple, and I saw water coming out from under the threshold of the temple toward the east (for the temple faced east). The water was coming down from under the south side of the temple, south of the altar. 2 He then brought me out through the north gate and led me around the outside to the outer gate facing east, and the water was flowing from the south side. This flow from the temple will cease for the unbeliever but will not for those who believe and intercede. Ezekiel 9:1-61 [THE SPIRIT] cried in my ears [in the vision] with a loud voice, saying, Cause those to draw near who have charge over the city [as executioners], every man with his destroying weapon in his hand. 2 And behold, six men came from the direction of the Upper Gate, which faces north, every man with his battle-ax in his hand; and one man among them was clothed in linen, with a writer's ink bottle at his side. And they went in and stood beside the bronze altar. 3 And the glory of the God of Israel [the Shekinah, cloud] had gone up from the cherubim upon which it had rested to [stand above] the threshold of the [Lord's] house. And [the Lord] called to the man clothed with linen, who had the writer's ink bottle at his side. 4 And the Lord said to him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men who sigh and groan over all the abominations that are committed in the midst of it. 5 And to the others He said in my hearing, Follow [the man with the ink bottle] through the city and smite; let not your eye spare, neither have any pity. 6 Slay outright the elderly, the young man and the virgin, the infant and the women; but do not touch or go near anyone on whom is the mark. Begin at My sanctuary. So they began with the old men who were in front of the temple [who did not have the Lord's mark on their foreheads]

CRACKS IN OUR FOUNDATION

In a trance, Bonnie was traveling through time and space in a green orb. Millions of stars were visible and flashes of lightening shot through the essence of space. There were several small green orbs moving near and far; however, the large green orb that surrounded her was scanning the earth. From far above, I could see the foundation of the earth. The Orb was searching for cracks where He might be able to fill them with His presence. As the enemy is coming to destroy by division the family unit, God is looking for a few good people who will not be lifted up in pride when He exalts them in ministry. We must be sealed in Him by the oil of the Holy Spirit. Cracks in our foundation appear when we get things out of order. How would you honor God? You would honor God by spending time with Him; for in ministry we must first spend time with God in relationship. That is our first priority. Our second priority is honoring our spouse. Third priority is honoring our children. Fourth priority is our relationship with His church. And our fifth priority is you and your ministry. If you keep these priorities in proper order, you will not fall.

THE APOSTOLIC

The Apostles shall teach the truth and the truth will begin to set the church free. (Eph. 2:20) It’s the year many things the righteous has wanted to do; they have a list which was given them by inspiration that will be checked off – done! However, the wicked will have an X (or an ax) instead of a check mark for they will be cut off. The foundation is Apostles and Prophets and the Apostles will have great wisdom. I Corinthians 2:6 Yet when we are among the full-grown (spiritually mature Christians who are ripe in understanding), we do impart a [higher] wisdom (the knowledge of the divine plan previously hidden); but it is indeed not a wisdom of this present age or of this world nor of the leaders and rulers of this age, who are being brought to nothing and are doomed to pass away.

GREAT TRAGEDIES IN AMERICA

The flag of this nation shall hang low but it will recover in the next four years. America has lost her innocence so the testing shall be this year to see who is sincere and who is not. And your faith will fail you this year if it’s not in Jesus Christ. Daniel 11:34-35 Now when they fall, they shall receive a little help. Many shall join themselves to them with flatteries and hypocrisies. 35 And some of those who are wise, prudent, and understanding shall be weakened and fall, [thus, then, the insincere among the people will lose courage and become deserters. It will be a test] to refine, to purify, and to make those among [God's people] white, even to the time of the end, because it is yet for the time [God] appointed. There shall be reefs in the wicked’s love feasts. Bob saw gang rapes increasing on the streets. Both women and men being gang raped and not enough policemen to stop them.
He saw great tragedies in the families; totally breaking apart with neither father or mother protecting their children.

He saw women that do not know Christ easily led into prostitution and the increase of venereal diseases. He saw riots in the streets. They’ll need to call in the National Guard to squelch the rioting. At different times there will be anarchy in the streets. This was not so with the Lord’s children because crying grandmothers cried out day and night for mercy, and their daughters and grand daughters joined them in intercession for this nation. Many large businesses will fail and small businesses will replace them.

OUR WALK WITH GOD

And this year the walk shall be hard to begin with. We shall walk through the sewers of man and begin to discern what is God and what is of man. Then we shall put our shoes on and follow God the rest of the year.

OFFENDED

The Holy Spirit offends the mind to reveal the heart. If you are offended, the Holy Spirit will not be able to reveal the truth which will set you free. He will not violate your free will. So repent from your sins and seek Jesus and you’ll find Him. Many people have been offended because of the things that have happened and have actually left the church and gone home to sit. Lakeland is a good example of this. This is a thing they need to repent of and this is a sign of lack of faith and not understanding what the Holy Spirit was doing. People were running after signs and wonders not JESUS!

Lakeland was a testing to see if they were running after the fishes and loaves or the signs and wonders. Or were they really running after Jesus Christ? In John 2:23 – 25 Jesus was performing signs and wonders but He did not commit Himself to these people because He knew they were men and when men are lifted up instead of the Lord Jesus Christ, we should not be offended by what man does. But Lakeland’s signs and wonders were real and they were a testing and a preparation for the real thing, which will be the greatest showing on earth that will ever be! So the question will be John 6:67; Will we be offended and sit down in our faith or will we be like the Apostles that had no other place to go? John 6:67 Jesus said to the Twelve, Will you also go away? [And do you too desire to leave Me?] Will you believe the Lord Jesus Christ who loves His church and is raising it up now? Will you be a part of it, for where else will you go? Will you raise Jesus Christ up in your church and will you let the signs and wonders glorify your Father as in John 14:13? And I will do [I Myself will grant] whatever you ask in My Name [as presenting all that I AM], so that the Father may be glorified and extolled in (through) the Son.

Will you trust the Holy Spirit to move through you? For what did you have before Lakeland? So where else would you go? Believe and receive! For when you lift man up, he will come down; but when you lift up the Lord Jesus Christ, you will never come down. Offense is sin on the one offended. If you know who man is, you will never be disappointed or offended in what he does.

THE ALL KNOWING EYE The all knowing, all seeing Eye is upon the righteous to deliver him out of all his fears. (Job 34:21 [God's] eyes are upon the ways of a man, and He sees all his steps. Psalm 34:4 I sought (inquired of) the Lord and required Him [of necessity and on the authority of His Word], and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears. The Eye when He sees godly sorrow, will grant repentance. The all consuming fire of God will reduce past sins to ashes. II Timothy 2:25 He must correct his opponents with courtesy and gentleness, in the hope that God may grant that they will repent and come to know the Truth (that they will perceive and recognize and become accurately acquainted with and acknowledge it)

This will be a very, very hard year but the righteous will be given a little help when they look to their Lord. II Corinthians 7:11 For [you can look back now and] observe what this same godly sorrow has done for you and has produced in you: what eagerness and earnest care to explain and clear yourselves [of all complicity in the condoning of incest], what indignation [at the sin], what alarm, what yearning, what zeal [to do justice to all concerned], what readiness to mete out punishment [to the offender]! At every point you have proved yourselves cleared and guiltless in the matter.

JACOB’S GOLD WATCH

In a vision, Bob rolled back the moss on a bank to uncover Jacob’s gold watch and band. It had been lost since 1936. He was surprised to discover it was still running. TIME is not quite yet for the great harvest but it is a time for preparation for the harvest that will begin in four years. Time was created for man NOT man created for time. It is a golden time for the body of Christ.

A 21 jewel gold watch that represents the number of the true Apostles in the New Testament. It had a golden band which represents the band of mankind (women and men) that will be banded together. They who are wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16 Behold, I am sending you out like sheep in the midst of wolves; be wary and wise as serpents, and be innocent (harmless, guileless, and without falsity) as doves. These will be our new leaders; the new breed. They will have WISDOM of the time to tell the church what to do. They will be as the sons of Issachar and all their Christian brothers will be at their disposal.

1 Chronicles 12:32 And of Issachar, men who had understanding of the times to know what Israel ought to do, 200 chiefs; and all their kinsmen were under their command. Luke 12:56, 57 You play actors (hypocrites)! You know how [intelligently] to discern and interpret and prove the looks of the earth and sky; but how is it that you do not know how to discern and interpret and apply the proof to this present time? 57 And why do you not judge what is just and personally decide what is right? Note: there is a further reference on page #42 to the year 1936 in the section TWO WITNESSES in a later section of the book.

YEAR OF THE GRANDMOTHERS

This is the year of the woman! Those over 50 coming forth to show mothers and sisters how to live successfully through this troubled time. Recently Bonnie had a vision of an old granny driving her old jalopy. She darted in and out of traffic while the police were in hot pursuit of her. Cars and trucks got out of her way, a semi almost overturned to avoid hitting her while she sped on. Quickly she darted onto a side street out of sight from the police. They continue in pursuit never seeing her turn. She brought her jalopy to a screeching halt and quickly turning around looking over her right shoulder put her right thumb up and yelped “tee hee!!” She had out run the law. She knew who she was in Christ and she was no longer under the law but under grace.

The law of man has kept women quiet in the church and this is the year the women come forth; especially the women over 50, the grandmothers and great grandmothers who have faithfully served in silence. Their prayers and intercession have been heard before the throne of God and He’s calling them to step up to the plate and take their rightful position in the body of Christ. Women have birthed this season in the history of mankind. We need wise women to deliver us this year. In 2 Timothy 1, Paul reminds Timothy of the wisdom his grandmother Lois and mother Eunice imparted to him. Grandmothers are leading their sons and grandsons to their knees. There is no answer short of God. 2 Timothy 1:5-6 I am calling up memories of your sincere and unqualified faith (the leaning of your entire personality on God in Christ in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom, and goodness), [a faith] that first lived permanently in [the heart of] your grandmother Lois and your mother Eunice and now, I am [fully] persuaded, [dwells] in you also. 6 That is why I would remind you to stir up (rekindle the embers of, fan the flame of, and keep burning) the [gracious] gift of God, [the inner fire] that is in you by means of the laying on of my hands [with those of the elders at your ordination].

Only Jesus at His death fully completed all that He was called to do in His life on earth. The rest of us will always fall short of our calling. We all have ancestors who for different reasons never completed their calling in Christ. Their gifts are still available because of bloodline blessings. It’s time to ask God for our spiritual inheritance; that which our ancestors left incomplete. We need to ask God to grant us the wisdom, mercy and grace to walk out that which we were called to.

PSALM 109

In this Psalm, it is David’s Son Jesus crying out to Papa. In return for His Son’s love and majesty, they have turned against Him with evil intent and wickedness of their own hearts. There has been a separation between the wicked and the righteous; common grace is gone. It will no longer rain blessings on the wicked. God will only bless the righteous.

Warning for the wicked
Verse 1-20

If the church doesn’t pray, a wicked man shall reign over this nation. And the curse that comes with wickedness shall come to this nation. 1 O GOD of my praise! Keep not silence, 2 For the mouths of the wicked and the mouth of deceit are opened against me; they have spoken to me and against me with lying tongues. 3 They have compassed me about also with words of hatred and have fought against me without a cause. 4 In return for my love they are my adversaries, but I resort to prayer. 5 And they have rewarded and laid upon me evil for good, and hatred for my love. 6 Set a wicked man over him [as a judge], and let [a malicious] accuser stand at his right hand. 7 When [the wicked] is judged, let him be condemned, and let his prayer [for leniency] be turned into a sin. 8 Let his days be few; and let another take his office and charge. 9 Let his children be fatherless and his wife a widow. 10 Let his children be continual vagabonds [as was Cain] and beg; let them seek their bread and be driven far from their ruined homes. This speaks of the housing bubble. 11 Let the creditor and extortioner seize all that he has; and let strangers (barbarians and foreigners) plunder the fruits of his labor. Our enemies are plundering us. Oil and energy is bankrupting this nation. 12 Let there be none to extend or continue mercy and kindness to him, neither let there be any to have pity on his fatherless children. 13 Let his posterity be cut off, and in the generation following let their names be blotted out. 14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered by the Lord; and let not the sin of his mother be blotted out. 15 Let them be before the Lord continually, that He may cut off the memory of them from the earth! — 16 Because the man did not [earnestly] remember to show mercy, but pursued and persecuted the poor and needy man, and the broken in heart [he was ready] to slay. 17 Yes, he loved cursing, and it came [back] upon him; he delighted not in blessing, and it was far from him. Man pronounced a curse over himself and it shall come back on him. 18 He clothed himself also with cursing as with his garment, and it seeped into his inward [life] like water, and like oil into his bones. 19 Let it be to him as the raiment with which he covers himself and as the girdle with which he is girded continually. 20 Let this be the reward of my adversaries from the Lord, and of those who speak evil against my life.

God Hears the Prayer of the Righteous
Verse 21 - 31

21 But You deal with me and act for me, O God the Lord, for Your name's sake; because Your mercy and loving-kindness are good, O deliver me. When I cry out to You Lord, I will receive Your mercy and kindness. He hears the cry of the righteous but not the wicked. 22 For I am poor and needy, and my heart is wounded and stricken within me. I am poor in spirit but mine is the Kingdom of Heaven. (Matthew 5:3)Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous — with life-joy and satisfaction in God's favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven! 23 I am gone like the shadow when it lengthens and declines; I toss up and down and am shaken off as the locust. I am grieved because of the wickedness. 24 My knees are weak and totter from fasting; and my body is gaunt and has no fatness. I am crying out in intercession day and night. 25 I have become also a reproach and a taunt to others; when they see me, they shake their heads. I am mocked and despised like Jesus was because of my love for You Lord God. 26 Help me, O Lord my God; O save me according to Your mercy and loving-kindness! — Help Lord according to Your mercy and loving kindness. 27 That they may know that this is Your hand, that You, Lord, have done it. Lord show Yourself strong on behalf of the righteous. 28 & 29 Let them curse, but do You bless. When adversaries arise, let them be put to shame, but let Your servant rejoice. 29 Let my adversaries be clothed with shame and dishonor, and let them cover themselves with their own disgrace and confusion as with a robe. Let my enemies eat by the words of their own mouth. 30 I will give great praise and thanks to the Lord with my mouth; yes, and I will praise Him among the multitude. With my tongue, I will praise God and my tongue shall bring blessings upon my life. 31 For He will stand at the right hand of the poor and needy, to save him from those who condemn his life. Blessed are the poor and needy for the Lord is their defender and provider.

THE NEW BREED
August 4, 2008

Although the revelation of the New Breed came in August of this year, we felt it was important to include in this year’s Shepherd’s Rod. As the plumb line has been dropped or the line drawn in the sand, there is a calling forth of the holy ones to walk with God. He is a holy God and He is looking for a holy people to dwell not only in His presence occasionally, but to reside in Him. Where fear of man cannot reach, sin cannot dwell and compromise is not an option. God is looking for a people who will not be part time lovers but enveloped in His Love, taking on the divine nature of His Son Jesus. There is a coming forth of the NEW BREED! They are not old and they are not young. They will come forth in the Spirit of Holiness. Romans 1:4 And [as to His divine nature] according to the Spirit of holiness was openly designated the Son of God in power [in a striking, triumphant and miraculous manner] by His resurrection from the dead, even Jesus Christ our Lord (the Messiah, the Anointed One). The Spirit of Holiness coming forth is the divine nature of Christ

2 Peter 1:4-10 By means of these He has bestowed on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape [by flight] from the moral decay (rottenness and corruption) that is in the world because of covetousness (lust and greed), and become sharers (partakers) of the divine nature. 5 For this very reason, adding your diligence [to the divine promises], employ every effort in exercising your faith to develop virtue (excellence, resolution, Christian energy), and in [exercising] virtue [develop] knowledge (intelligence), 6 And in [exercising] knowledge [develop] self-control, and in [exercising] self-control [develop] steadfastness (patience, endurance), and in [exercising] steadfastness [develop] godliness (piety),
7 And in [exercising] godliness [develop] brotherly affection, and in [exercising] brotherly affection [develop] Christian love. 8 For as these qualities are yours and increasingly abound in you, they will keep [you] from being idle or unfruitful unto the [full personal] knowledge of our Lord Jesus ChristJohn 15:15 I do not call you servants (slaves) any longer; for the servant does not know what his master is doing (working out). But I have called you My friends, because I have made known to you everything that I have heard from My Father. [I have revealed to you everything that I have learned from Him.] The Spirit of holiness coming forth will have resurrection power in it and this power will bring the obedience of what Christ called us to. (the Messiah, the Anointed One) . 9 For whoever lacks these qualities is blind, [spiritually] shortsighted, seeing only what is near to him, and has become oblivious [to the fact] that he was cleansed from his old sins. 10 Because of this, brethren, be all the more solicitous and eager to make sure (to ratify, to strengthen, to make steadfast) your calling and election; for if you do this, you will never stumble or fall. The new breed shall be of the divine nature and will be a friend with God.

Mt 10:8 Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely (without pay) you have received, freely (without charge) give. Most of the people Bob saw were between the ages of 25 & 40. They will be the first of the new breed which others will immediately begin to follow and they will not fall back. The Spirit of Holiness is different than the Holy Spirit although it works by the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of Holiness is the nature of Christ in you coming forth in maturity. ChristPaul’s prayer will be answered; he travailed until Christ be formed in you. (Gal 4:19) suffering birth pangs until Christ is formed in us. Those who will walk forth in the Spirit of Holiness will be individuals who will represent Christ in a new level of maturity. These will be the first of the great youth leaders which countless numbers will follow. Christ was the first of the new breed coming forth resurrected by the Spirit of Holiness. This new breed will be motivated by the Spirit of God doing nothing of themselves but only doing what they see the Father doing. John 5:19 So Jesus answered them by saying I assure you, most solemnly I tell you, the Son is able to do nothing of Himself (of His own accord); but He is able to do only what He sees the Father doing, what the Son does in the same way (in His turn). formed in you to a new level of maturity.

TWO WITNESSES
CHARLIE & IRMA
December 3, 2006

As you read this experience that Bob had in December 2006, keep in mind that we do not have much understanding about heavenly beings. Roland Buck referred to them as angels with substance. King Nebuchadnezzar and Daniel both speak of watcher angels; a holy one that came down from Heaven in Daniel 4:13-23. 13 I saw in the visions of my head [as I lay] on my bed, and behold, a watcher, a holy one, came down from heaven. 17 This sentence is by the decree of the [heavenly] watchers and the decision is by the word of the holy ones, to the intent that the living may know that the Most High [God] rules the kingdom of mankind and gives it to whomever He will and sets over it the humblest and lowliest of men.

23 And whereas the king saw a watcher, a holy one, coming down from heaven and saying, Cut the tree down and destroy it, but leave the stump of its roots in the earth with a band of iron and bronze around it, in the tender grass of the field; and let him be wet with the dew of the heavens, and let his portion be with the living creatures of the field until seven times [or years] pass over him — Bob was in a trance. He saw footsteps in the living room so he began cleansing it. He was concerned because the footsteps did not disappear but went all the way to the front door. Bob opened the door commanding the evil spirits to leave but since the footsteps did not, he commanded “if this is from God, manifest yourself.” Immediately a very small thin woman appeared from the north and entered into the house. She was only about three feet tall. She was dressed very plainly, nothing outstanding about her. Then a man manifested and sat in our new gold chair nearest the bedroom door. Bob said they both looked to be about 55 – 60 years old. He was thin and ordinary looking also and was dressed in a suit. Bob asked the man……….”who are you?” He responded………”Charlie” and said they were created by Jesus and were sent to us for this time in history. I stood by the bedroom door with several other women surrounding the small woman and conversing with her. Bob asked Charlie……”do you have a message?” He said the last purpose they both had was 70 years ago (1936). They were both living beings (angels). Her name was Irma. He pointed to the woman; she was now about five feet tall. She was talking to a group of women about coming along side their husbands and giving them hot bread. They said they were released for NOW! They were released for Jacob’s blessings to be fulfilled in them. It’s interesting to note that when Charlie and Irma were removed from the earth in 1936, four evil men rose up and began to take power; Hitler, Mussolini, Tojo and Stalin.

Then they took Bob back in time 6,000 years and showed him the earth and how it was before it was cursed by disobedience. It was the garden. He saw ancient animals and felt extreme peace. In the beginning God!

Charlie said they would return with further instructions! (See section Charlie & the Banker) BobIrma means – exalted one, excellent virtue Acts 2:28 You have made known to me the ways of life; You will enrapture me [diffusing my soul with joy] with and in Your presence. Two years ago the word came to begin to call the women to come along side the men and take their rightful place in the body of Christ. **Charlie means – manly, courageous Joshua 1:9 Have not I commanded you? Bob had a dream where he and I were in a bank. As we walked up to the teller’s counter, CharlieCharlie said “here’s a man that wants to meet you.” The man said “I really love your mother. He talks to her all the time. I’ve heard of you and wanted to meet you.” Bob knew that this was a heavenly being; his mother has been with the Lord for many years. Then they shook hands; although he did not offer his name. The man stood about six feet tall and bald on top with brown hair around the sides. He had hazel eyes and wore glasses. He was about 55-60 years old. Bob was walking with his cane and said “I feel like Methuselah, all my people have gone home.” The angel said, “don’t worry about that. “ He said he was released to help people bank. He was the Vice President of the International Bank. He had power and might. and another man stood on the other side.

**He was the angel that funneled finances.

**This actually happened October 12, 2008. The international bankers funneled money into the United States to keep us from bankruptcy.
