A time of divine intervention occurred in Everett, Washington this past weekend. We went to open the West Gate, and the Lord met us on Saturday morning and the gate opened.

One of the most difficult tasks for any minister is to qualify the spiritual impact of a particular gathering. However, of the 600 there on Saturday morning, all of us knew that God had come into our midst and the Host of Heaven had entered the earth realm.

Mary Glazier, an apostle from Alaska, and Dan Hammer, the apostolic leader from the host church in Everett, took their authority to welcome the next move of the Spirit into North America.

There is a GLORY that is coming into the earth realm at this time.

Patterns for Victory in RIDING THE WIND of REVELATION! CATCHING ANOTHER WIND FOR 5766!

It is a blessing to be here with you. It has been one of my favorite places to come over here through the years with Dan Hammer and getting to know you up here, watching the Lord transform us. I feel like this gathering has been ordained by the Lord. Let’s thank the Lord for what he has done thus far.

Now I am going to be showing some power points tonight. Let’s just bring the lights down lower so that we can see better. Yes, that will work better. We are in a great season. We don’t have to ask the Lord to visit us. He is coming down and doing all sort of things with us. It is really interesting what He is doing all over the world, yet it is very interesting what He is doing in this nation. I think last night that you heard Dutch sharing his burden for this nation. I don’t know of anybody that has carried the burden of this nation and counted the cost like Dutch Sheets has, so let’s just thank the Lord for him and bless the Lord. It was a real joy to go to all 50 states. It was quite an undertaking. I look back at when we were here and I think it was December, 2003. Wow! That was such a wonderful meeting here and I think you are going to find it very interesting tonight. You who have gotten the book, Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation, and read the report on Washington will see how significant you are the next three years and why we would be here for a time such as this.

Why would we be doing a warfare conference? You know we used to do these back in the 90’s all the time and we sort of pulled aside. I can remember we decided to do two Future War Conferences in 2001. We did one the weekend before 9/11. We did the next one the weekend after 9/11. That is how significantly timed those gatherings were. One was in Virginia Beach and one was in California. Peter and Doris couldn’t even get a flight and had to drive to California right after that because of the intensity of things. So it was really interesting and why we have chosen to do this this year right now is because we are in a season of war and it’s almost like now the body of Christ is beginning to see we are in war. It is not as prophetic about us being in war now. Really it is how we are going to move forward in war.

Many of you know through the years I have always studied the year. I don’t operate in the Roman calendar; I operate in the Hebraic calendar and have done so for years and years. The Lord began to reveal that to me in the 1970’s, so it is just something that I have walked in and it has become a way of life. The thing about the Hebraic calendar is every year has a distinct meaning about it. And it’s that meaning that causes us to understand what God is doing in that year so we can respond to him right. See, God is sovereign, and God’s not in time like we’re in time, but we’re in time. And so you want to understand times and seasons. That’s what Dutch was teaching on this morning.

We just started our arm of the Wagner Leadership Institute in Denton because we felt like we had to do our DNA, which is prophetic intercession and my anointing has been that Issachar type of anointing. Now, the Issachar tribe, what they would do is, where they were when you read the context of I Chronicles 12, they were in war and they were bringing revelation to the people on the times so they would understand the times and know what to do so they could shift from Saul’s government into David’s government. See, that’s the context of that passage. You’re leaving one government, one earthly spiritual realm of government and you must know how to transition. Well, one of the things that Peter was sharing that I began to see, because every year for about 20 something years, I’ve looked at the year from a Hebraic standpoint to understand prophetically what the year was going to be like. And it’s just been very, very clear for me and then, by knowing the Word, you can take, once you understand the meaning of the year, you can take it and process it based upon what God is saying in the Word over what will be happening during the year. And it gives us very accurate prophetic insight, because God doesn’t do anything without first telling the prophets what He’s going to do.

Now, I want to say a couple of things. I feel like God chose this area for this meeting. Now, I want to say that very carefully and very clearly, because I believe our steps are timed and ordered by the Lord. As I said earlier, He asked me to go to all the port cities this year, all the major port cities this year, which I have successfully accomplished to pray at, because the Lord said He was dealing with port cities and to leave Seattle for last. And so, this is the last port city for me to go to that would surround our nation. And He then instructed us that we were to have a warfare conference here. Now, He does that for a reason because we’re constantly looking at the East Coast concerning attacks and wars because of the populous state (of the density of the population there), but this actually will become a war center for our nation. I want you to just sort of write that down. I want you think about it. I want you to start getting prepared for it, because God has chosen this area for a very peculiar time.

Now, when I first started communicating to the body over this, the body had a hard time grasping, well the body’s had a hard time grasping a lot of things, but they had a real hard time when we were at Oklahoma in a meeting and the Spirit of God fell on us and I literally fell on the floor. I don’t usually do that, laid on my face, prostrate, got up and began to declare that we were going to war. And God is so giving us clear revelation over our nation going to war and where we were headed in days ahead. Then, knowing where we were headed and understanding the Hebraic concept, now I want to go ahead and say this as we go through this tonight, because I feel like tonight’s very important. I don’t feel like I’m supposed to preach. I’m not sure what kind of teaching you call this, but I know it’s important that you get this. And I know He’s drawn us here to get this tonight so we can begin to say, “This is where we’re headed.” And then, tomorrow, we will enter into another dimension before we leave here and, of course, I’ll be with Pastor Dan and here at Sonrise on Sunday morning for both services.

In studying the Hebraic, now Hebrew is an interesting language. It’s very much like native culture, native and Hebrew are so very closely related and it makes you look at some things from a prophetic standpoint. But their letters, their numbers have word meaning, which have letter meanings that you can really begin to interpret the wholeness of what God’s doing and understand it very carefully and very clearly. So, in October Rosh Hoshanna of 2001, I began to study in that year what was ahead. I began to study in October of 2000. Then, as we progressed into the year, I got very, very clear direction over where our nation was headed. I was one of the few people, this is one of the few times I’ve experienced this, I was one of the few people that I could find that were saying we were going into a war season. Most prophets were not saying that. They were not embracing that. The body was not embracing it and yet, I know God very, very well, and I know His voice very well, so I had to say it and Becky and I had the book, Future War of the Church ready for the body of Christ. And I got lots of flack over it. I’ll just be real honest with you. It was a real trying time because it was like I had to just stand and say, “Well, Lord, You know I hear You and I’m just going to have to trust you to deal with this and I want to keep my heart right in it.” You’ve been in situations like that. You don’t want to try and convince people you’re right. You don’t want to do that. That’s pride. You don’t have to do that. You just have to sort of wait it out with the Lord, you know, while people are just looking at you like you’re crazy.

We were in Mississippi and on September the 10^th and it was the message God had given me. And I was there and then the prophetic fell in Mississippi. It was the largest church in Mississippi which is pastured by very good friends of ours. And the prophetic fell and I shared and said, “And I see the East Coast and I see fire and explosion on the East Coast.” And I began to give this word about going to war and what we were to do, how we were to prepare ourselves. One guy stood up and rebuked me. This was a meeting of about 1500, double this meeting, and said, “You’re leading the body of Christ astray by telling them we are going to war in this nation. We’re not even supposed to be embracing warfare. You are leading the body astray.” And I sat there, behind the pulpit, and I said, “Lord, now, I want to be very nice and gracious to this fella. And I said, well, and I was thinking in my mind, you know, the last time I was here and the Klu Klux Klan surrounded the church, Lord, I just wish you’d do something with this group down here. I just wish you would deal with them. I mean they are enough to run a sane man stark crazy. I mean, you know, they’ve got so many issues down here. And so I’m sitting there thinking that, but I wanted to be nice, you know. And so I said, “Well brother, all I can tell you is you’ll probably see this sooner than later, so it’s a choice how you receive it.” That was on September the 10^th, 2001.

We were back there for the 50-state tour and that man came and apologized tremendously and asked me to forgive him. Now, it was a very interesting time for us and that’s what I want to go through because that started a season. A season in the body of Christ is called kronos. That means it’s a period of time that God is accomplishing something. We don’t have a choice because He’s sovereign, but to allow Him to develop us in it. And so, in that, beginning the year 5762, it’s between these years. The Hebrew is different. September 2001, see, we were shifting over into the year 5762 and the Hebrew that year, for beginning September at Rosh Hoshanna, in 2001, meant the beginning of war for seven years. Peter wants the war to end at the end of seven years, but what it really means is this is a time for you to contend for your covenant blessings and there will be earthly foes contending against you for your covenant blessings. And so, it meant the Lord was throwing us into a place of contending for our future and for our children and for our children’s children and for our territories and everything else.

Now, notice 2002 that was a very interesting year in the midst of war. It was called the Sabbath Day Rest Year. In other words, now, here’s the concept of rest, it’s where you secure your place. That’s what rest means. Rest means you have entered in and you have pressed past into a new place of faith. See, so what the Lord began to do with us in 2002, in the midst of this was say, “Let me try to increase your faith.” That’s when we wrote this book on the Shield of Faith, because I studied that faith that year from one end to the other. The shield of faith doesn’t look like a shield like we think. It’s a door. And so you want to understand the shield of faith, but I was at Barbara Yoder’s and I was speaking at the beginning of our calendar year, and all of a sudden I saw this. The body of Christ, they were on a bull. Now, if you’ve ever studied, watched bull riding, the Lord said, “This is going to be a violent year for us.” The bull ride is 8 seconds, violent year, and what God did with me is showed me what would happen through the eight months leading up to August, just very clear.

Then the third year of this war, turn to you neighbor and say, “You know I’ve made it through the first few years here.” Now, this was where we shifted into a new place of revelation where God said, “I’m going to start showing you secrets and mysteries and surprises. I’m going to start just showing you, revealing myself to you.” We’ve been talking about revelation, but the Lord also said that year, it was a year to run with the horses, that you were going to have to, and so he told me to pray for all the horse states and to go to the horse states, so I did that. I went to many of them, called them forth, went to Kentucky, went to lots of the places with that because the Lord was showing us that year that if you didn’t learn to run with the horses, if the footmen had overtaken you, the horses would surely overtake you. So, He said, you’ve got to get running. You see what I mean. You’ve got to learn how to get on paths that are overtaking you.

Now, what concerns me a little is, I feel like the body is playing catch up. I feel like it’s because we’re not prophetic in America. Now let me just be real honest with you. We’re not prophetic. We care about establishing our life and making sure we’re comfortable. We’ve got our driven purpose which is although awesome, it is more about me and you, individually, instead of understanding the purposes of God and how it’s related to the earth and the land and the atmosphere and what God is doing in our midst and how we interrelate corporately. And so that year wasn’t the easiest year either.

Then we had 2004. Now, this was the past year and this was the year 5765 and it means we are just ending this year in the Hebrew. And 2005, see it crosses over when you start looking at the calendar. It started in September 2004. It’s gone to October 2005 because this was a leap year. It was a year to circle, surround and it was a year to violently praise and God said, “Instead of the enemy plundering you over and over, you were to surround the enemy’s camp this year with praise.” So, it was the year that He was making the body more expressive in who we are and I’m going to show you this in a moment.

And then we have just entered the year 5766 in October 2005. This is a year of staking your claim in the midst of the whirlwind. You might want to write that down. Now, I’ve waited to, this is the first time I’ve put this line up here for anywhere we’ve been. And I’ve waited to do that knowing what the Hebraic here means because you would think, well, I mean, we’re back to Florida again with the whirlwind. We’re back to the Gulf Coast where Wilma can hit the East Coast, but the only state when you look in the 50 state tour, that God called the whirlwind state was Washington. So that makes it a real interesting year for you.

And so the Lord told me very clearly that I needed to make it a priority this year, knowing what the year was about, to be with you at the beginning of it. And to stick with you through the year in prayer, mobilizing prayer, because you’ve become, you see, Dutch probably had never looked at it again since we’ve been here, and he was saying, “All eyes will be on Washington, well it’s the whirlwind state and it’s the year of the whirlwind.” So, all of a sudden, you’ve got to come into an understanding up here like never before. Then you’ve got Oregon which was God’s choice of the state that would overthrow the Jezebel structure. There’s something major going on up here in the Northwest. We might as well thank God we’re entering into a new year, just clap and thank Him.

Because what I want to do now is move quickly to move you through this so you will have a clear understanding of why we are having a gathering here, a gathering about warfare and why we’re doing what we’re doing. See.

All right, now, notice this. When we started the year 5765, 5700 means the year of the Lord God. Sixty-five also are two numbers that have meaning. The number 60 means Samekh. Notice what that number looks like. Notice what it means. This is 60 right here and we’ll add the number 5 to it in a moment.

It means circle, ring, repeat, cycle. It means to go around. It means to surround. It’s actually linked with raising the succa, creating a new covering. See, now it makes sense. Notice what that looks like though. It looks like the eye of a hurricane. It means that it, this past year meant that if you didn’t start breaking out of old cycles, you would start repeating those cycles. You’d go around the mountain again, in other words. But you see there, you’ve got the opportunity to break up and break out. Tell somebody, “I’m on my way up. I’m on my way out.”

MEANING: Sound the WIND makes blowing THROUGH a WINDOW LATTICE

Now, so that showed you what that looks like. Now, let’s look at the other letter that you add to it, the number 5. It’s called Hei. Everybody say, “Hay.” Well, it looks like a window. Actually, this is a letter that’s filled with sound. It has tremendous meaning to it. It means that there’s a window of opportunity shifting over us. (Just move forward with it Brian so they can see it.) It means that there’s a wind beginning to blow through the heavenly realm into the earth realm because God is positioning a window over you. It means revelation, breath, and spirit. This past year we started moving into the next move of Holy Spirit in the earth. I mean Holy Spirit is starting to move and the church is in for a rude awakening when Holy Spirit starts taking it over again. We have gotten so far away from Holy Spirit in the church, we don’t, that’s why when Peter was teaching that today about the third person of the Trinity, he said we have gotten so far away from Holy Spirit, and we don’t even recognize Holy Spirit. We’re so, “let’s gather together so we can discuss us”. Holy Spirit is coming back to the church. Trust me.

- Roar, as of a fire, windstorm or rushing water
- A loud noise... loud thunder or shouting
- To crash, roar, resonate
- Loud violent praise! “Hallel!” (Hallelujah)

But notice it has this meaning of “roaring” and that meant last year there would be fires, wind storms, rushing water. It meant actually that there would be wind storms and sounds of water. In December of last year, I saw these huge waves coming in on our nation and coming into the earth realm from the heaven. It (Hei), the word, is linked with hallel, which is linked with hallelujah. It is what God was saying, “Last year start shouting in the midst of your confusion and praising Him and He would come down and visit you in the midst of that confusion.” Now, that’s why at the beginning of the Hebrew year last September, we always have a head of the year gathering. Well, we just gathered to discuss with people in a group about this size, about this many people, what God is doing. Our church has always been in the Messianic movement with the one new man type of understanding as Barbara was talking about. Our sister church that started out of our church is Baruch Hashem in Dallas, so we’re connected like that. We’re the Gentile counterpart and then we’re with the Messianic people and of course the 24-hour prayer in Israel, Pastor Robert’s daughter is the administrator of that. So, we’re very connected in all those areas, but it meant loud violent praise.

But at the beginning of the year when we met, we said this year would be the year of hurricanes, God using hurricanes to really speak His message into America. And I was like, nobody got it. Now, look what you see here. Just keep going Brian. In other words, you have to get a picture of how the Lord is blowing from heaven revelation in. When Dutch and Barbara and they are teaching on revelation, God is pouring revelation. (We don’t do numbers at night. We don’t do time, do we? No, I don’t think so. We can’t tonight. You’re wonderful. You have done a wonderful job to keep those other speakers in line. It’s been awesome.)

Now, this is actually what it looks like over your life. Now, if you will get this, you will move forward. The King, the Lion of Judah, is over the earth right now, blowing down over you. See, most of us can’t, we’ve gotten so far from the Holy Spirit in the midst of our circumstance, we can’t feel Him blowing in and blowing revelation on us, blowing in, causing us to become and move through this season as a violent, praising, storm. Tell somebody next to you, “You are a storm about to happen.” I’m going to tell you, we’ve to get this. It’s the only way we’ll make it through these next three years. Now, we have got to learn how to just praise and get together and praise and express ourselves. So, this is what it looks like now.

Now, this is what I want to say. Now, He’s blowing and you’re going to see in a minute how all of these years start connecting this year because this is our connecting year. It’s very important we get this so we end up riding. This is what the year is about. We’re going to learn how to ride the wind of revelation. We’re going to learn how in the midst of the enemy, standing and roaring in our face, we just quietly roar back and he began to separate himself. So, I want us to stop for a moment and bless God for the year that has brought us into praise and revelation 5765.

Thank Him for revelation. Thank Him for what He’s teaching you. Thank Him for what you’re going through. Decree right now, victory to make it through. Now, while you’re there, I want you to just throw your hands up and say, “Lord, I need a new wind of strength. Lord I’m ready to go into this next year, but I’ve got to have, I’ve got to catch a new wind. Actually, Lord, I need another wind. Blow on me again.” Just shout it up in the heavens. Amen. Now you may be seated.

The Kingdom of God is advancing as a violent praising STORM throughout this season.

“The barometer has dropped & storm is coming. We need to not fear the wind, rain & flood, but be careful to hear voice of the Lord in the Storm”

Last Year the WHIRLWIND Began! We will continue in the whirlwind for 3 more years.

Now, last year this whirlwind began. It began up here whether you knew it or not, because, see, that’s how the prophetic works. The prophetic doesn’t work where we see the immediate thing at first until there are certain things that are aligned. Then all of a sudden, God works suddenly. You are the whirlwind state. All right.

Now, one of us prophesied this at the beginning. I don’t know whether it was me or Pastor Robert at our meeting in Dallas. I said the barometers. I think it was me who said this. The barometer has dropped and a storm is coming. We need not to fear the wind, rain and flood, but be careful to hear the voice of the Lord in the storm. I said that going into the head of the year 5765 at our gathering. Then, now this is how significant it was, on Yom Kippur, the first hurricane hit Florida. You see, we had, we were having the meeting, then that occurred, then the next hurricane hit Florida on, going into the Feast of Tabernacles.

See, I mean, it was like all of a sudden, everything God was saying was happening. And that’s why going into January, and let me go ahead and share this with you. He gave me a verse out of Genesis 8:5 when I started reading through the word. And He said, this year the waters, and this is where Barbara was getting that, the waters would not descending off of us until the end of October, but in the 10^th month if you would endure all the way through the 10 months of this calendar year, at the end of October that which had tried to overtake your head, you would all of a sudden your head would come up above the water. Let’s thank God for that. We’re on the way.

Now, here’s the importance of you getting this. The whirlwind is with us for three more years. See, the Samekh (60). We don’t change the Samekh. So, the whirlwind is with us three more years. That tells me by looking at what God said about you, Washington will be in the focus of our nation for the next three years. That’s interesting. All right.

LEARN THE WORD “COME!”

Now, here’s what the Lord spoke to me going into this New Year and He said this to me. He said, “You’re going to have to learn the word “COME” and just as I spoke to Peter when he thought I was a ghost, you’re going to have to learn who I am in a new way because I’m going to be doing some peculiar things that you will not perceive correctly of who I am if you don’t get to know me. And when I say “come”, don’t be afraid of the whirlwind; just learn how to walk on the water.” In other words, let you faith become buoyant and the circumstances around you will not overtake you. He said this, “This is a year of positioning so you must learn the word come. Don’t try to run up and get on the front line because you know, the front line looks like a good place until you realize you’re going to be first one shot. And, you know, all those people, all those Absalom groups who’ve always wanted to run up front and take over, this year if they do, they’re going to be in trouble because they’re not going to have front-line grace this year. So I want to be sure I’ve warned the body of Christ this year, don’t try to get in places you’re not supposed to be in. Let God teach you and discipline you and teach you this year so you can be positioned properly at the end of this three-year cycle.

Now, let me show you some more in this so you see it. Now, we want to do that again (Put the peg in the circle).

5766: The Year of SAMEKH VAV

1. A year your covenant support will come through COVENANT CONNECTIONS.
2. A year to drive a TENT PEG through the enemy’s plans.
3. A year to extend your BORDERS and establish your COVERING.
4. A year to establish your BUILDING PLAN for the future. BUILD WITH YOUR COVENANT CONNECTIONS!

In 5766 YOU WILL PLUNDER! (Tav-Shin-Samekh-Vav)

This we have entered into the year 5766. This is the year Samekh Vav. (That means, let’s do it one more time Brian. Let’s do it a few more times so they see it.) The whirlwind’s still there, but there’s something coming down in the midst of the whirlwind this year.

See, I mean winds have about blown things away over this past year, but look at this coming down. So, this has distinct meanings. This, look at what that is. In the midst of the whirlwind, God is sending you a tent peg or a stake so you can stake your claim right in the midst of your whirlwind, so your whirlwind does not overtake you. God says, “It might be whirling all around you, but I’m going to show you how to establish yourself for your future this year. Let’s bring it down one more time. Now, before we bring it down, just throw your hand up. Say, “Lord, give me my stake.” Now, grab hold of it. Now see, once you’ve got it, you’re not afraid of what’s whirling around you because you’re going forth to stake your place in the midst of the whirlwind. Now, I want us to do this before we end here. We’re going to decree that God is going to stake the state of Washington this year and it’s going to come in His sovereign way this year. And all of those powers and principalities that think they’re ruling it this year, you wait till the Lord puts His stake in here. Amen. Amen.

Now, let’s look at what this means. I’m just going to give you about four things of what it means.

First of all, it’s a year your support is going to come through covenant connections. Watch carefully the people God is aligning you with and putting in your path. And as Barbara said, now I want you to be sure you get this. I want to say it a little different. You should have functional connections and you should have territorial connections. Apostolically you can connect functionally with that which is helping you move forward into what God is doing. Then you can find your place territorially as He positions you in the body of Christ in this territory.

Second thing, this becomes very important for us this year. This is actually, this is a good message. I get to be with Aglow at their International Gathering. This is the year of Jael because Deborah went to war, Barach followed and Issachar went with Barach to war. You know, I’ve done a detailed study on some of the tribes this year to see how they’re going to move forward, but it was just one little obscure lady that brought the strong man into her tent and drove the tent peg through his head. The Lord said, “I am dealing with you individually this year so that you drive the tent peg in the head of your enemy and that you surprise your enemy this year.”

Here’s the third thing. This is very important because God, a lot of you are going through this place where you’re being rearranged. Some of you are being repositioned in your jobs. I said this on Saturday. I said the Spirit of God came down on us in that gathering and He said, “Starting next week, tell my people to look deeply into the rearrangement that I’m making in their life, because I will be starting to set their course for the next three years. Some will be leaving jobs, changing jobs, losing jobs. Their ministry will take different turns. It is me who is setting a new course with my people in the earth.” Just throw your hand up and say, “I’ve got my peg ready to go.” So Isaiah 54 becomes very important over understanding your borders this year and understanding your covering. Somebody was talking about covering earlier. So you’ve got to, Jay Swallow, you were talking about covering. This becomes a year of understanding. Jay hadn’t seen this.

Number four; this is a year that you will establish because, see, the tent peg establishes your building plan for the future. Future means expected end. So, in other words, this year you want to reevaluate how you’re building and who you’re building with. It becomes very, very important for you. And so, this year you start building and in the next three years what He’s doing see, He’s building and establishing us so that the end of this seven-year war season, we’re ready to move forward into whatever sort of economy we have. We’re ready to move forward and the economy is already started changing drastically people. Don’t just be looking at what you see in the news. Don’t live in the temporal. You’ve got to understand there are entire economic structures that have shifted in the earth and even though the fullness of the administration of those structures have not come into place, we need to be, as God’s people, thinking about how we’re going to move into the exploits God has for us for the future.

Now, let me put it in a different term. I got the Hebrew and I checked this out with Hebrew. Last year I had to give this message in front of a Hebrew, the ambassador from Israel and I said, “Lord, either its right or he’ll know.” He jumped up. He said, “That’s the most incredible thing I’ve ever heard. I fully understand where we’re going in our nation. I fully understand how to communicate with Israel.” It was just incredible what God did with it. Now, I tried to get the Hebrew. I got this from Israel with some of the people there who are Hebrew scholars. This is the year of Tav-Shin-Samekh-Vav. That means, and then I put it into Texas lingo to bring to you. It means Ya’all will plunder this year. That’s what it means. When you look at this, this is not a command. This year if you are trusting and walking with the Lord, those things you have been waiting on and watching for, God says, “Ya’all will plunder.”

If you look back around October the 4^th, you’ll start seeing a shift that came into you and all of a sudden, God has already started setting the Spirit of the Lord in the earth realm, has started setting a new course for your life. The Lord says, “Grab hold of that course for you all will plunder in that course and you will begin to capture the results and the spoils of the course He’s started shifting you on.” That’s worth shouting over.

Now, let’s look at this. So, here are a few questions for us. Are you ready for the next war? Go ahead and say yes. You might as well be, we’re going into it. Whether you are or not, we’ve got to get this. The next three years become more and more intense. Just because they become intense doesn’t mean that we’re going down, we’re moving in victory. We’re moving forward. God’s shifting our path. He’s connecting us together. You’re not in this thing alone. Don’t you let the devil try to make you think you are isolated? God has certain people connected with you that are watching after you more than you know and walking with you more than you know.

Are You Ready for This NEXT Year of War?

1. Am I prepared for the warfare ahead?
2. In which area do I need the most training?
3. Am I aligned & connected properly?
4. What am I contending in & with?
5. Does the enemy have an upper hand in my life?

Now, let’s watch this. Let me ask you a few questions.

Number one: Are you prepared for the warfare ahead? And it might be, you might say, “Lord, I hate this. I just hate it. No, I’m not prepared for it. I hate it. I hate it. I don’t want to be in it. I can’t stand this warfare.” All right.

Number two: In which area do I need the most training?

Why? What is wrong with him? He just lives happy, filled with faith, all the time. But some of us are preparing for other things ahead. Some of you need to say, “Lord, I am clueless in certain areas. I need some help here. I don’t know what I’m doing. I don’t understand why this has happened. I don’t understand why I went through this. I don’t understand why I’m going through this. Lord, I need some training here.” It’s all right to say that. All right.

Number three: Here comes some very important because what you find this year, 5766, it means it is a supernatural connecting you, a Vav (stake or peg). See, in Hebrew they don’t have a word or a letter or a symbol for “and”, so when they do that, they just put the Vav there. This year connects a lot of things from your past. Now, that’s why you want to be sure you’re looking back and saying, “Lord, we’ve made some real headway in my life this way.” And the Lord says, “I’m going to connect that now into your future.” In other words, it’s the year that your future can overtake your past. Now that becomes very, very important. In other words, this year, in this year, what God has for you can overtake anything that’s tried to overtake you. And that’s what you want to say, “Lord, I don’t have to play catch up, just bring me in and overtake what needs to be overtaken.” But you’re going to have to know if you’re fully, if you’re properly aligned and connected. You’re to have to ask the Lord that. So, here are a few questions.

Number four: Then you want to ask the Lord, “What am I contending in and with?” In other words, what, you’re not supposed to be warring with everything. What’s that one thing that is running you just off the edge? What are you contending for? What is your assignment? Some of you are called to the state. Some of you are called to the house. Some of you are called to the nation. You’ve got, some of you are called to your tribe. Some of you are called to, you see what I mean? You’ve got to define. That’s what Barbara Yoder was talking about. What is, what are you called to? All right. That’s why it’s very important that as we shift into this call into the Muslim people this year is the key. We have to know that if we make the shift, we are contending for those people. You see what I mean? All right.

Number five: And here’s a very important question. Does the enemy have any upper hand in your life? See, that’s what 2 Corinthians, Chapter 2 is about. Paul said if you would forgive, you would break all the schemes of the enemy so that the enemy could not get an upper hand in your life. When you look at that in the Greek, it’s so the enemy couldn’t reach into your portion and start controlling you or oppressing you. Is there an area? See, this defines your warfare, not just the circumstance that crops up in your life, because, see, warfare isn’t yelling at demons. Warfare is you standing in your abiding place with the Lord and ruling and reigning. See. And I do want to lay the jokes aside. I’ve never seen anyone rule and reign from their abiding place like Peter does. An abiding place is a place of faith where you stand there. You only go to war when the devil tries to drag you out of that place or when he tries to stop you from getting into that place, when God’s calling you into a new and large place. This year is a year of warfare because we’re moving into a greater dimension of authority, see.

War Is:

• The conflict necessary to conquest your enemies and take possession of that which has been promised to you.
• Receiving grace to fight (1 Thes. 5:8, 2 Tim. 2:3-4).
• Receiving the necessary armor for victory (Eph. 6:11-17).
• A blessing that results in the fruit of victory (Rev. 3:21).

Now, here are a couple of other things to look at. We’ve still got some time. Now, here’s what war is because I said, “Now, Lord, I’ve got to help the body understand this. Show me clearly from the word, Hebrew, Greek, all of it we can do to make it simple so we are not afraid of a war season.” Now, war is this: War is the conflict that is necessary for you to conquer your enemies and take possession of that which has been promised you. In other words, how many of you have a promise from the Lord? Well, if you have a promise from the Lord, you’re going to have to go into the conflict that will cause you to conquest anything that’s trying to keep that promise from you. See, that’s warfare. All right?

I love this definition. It means receiving the grace to fight. A lot of people, they just say, “Oh God, get me out of this warfare instead of just saying, Lord, in the midst of this mess pour grace down on me and show me how to take out the enemy’s plan.” See, that’s warfare.

All right. The third definition. It’s receiving the necessary armor for victory. In other words, you have to review how are you dressed? Do you have your helmet on? If the shield will quench all the fiery darts, what’s your shield of faith doing? You see, unbelief is an interesting dynamic of how Satan has this goal to get you into unbelief. And what he will do to get you in unbelief is get you, usually, out of timing somewhat. All right. Now, here’s a wonderful definition of war. It is a blessing that results in the fruit of victory. Now, say this out loud, “I am being blessed because I’m warring in this war season.” Isn’t that a blessing? All right.

Now, let’s look at this. You see why I’d rather prophesy, but sometimes you just have to pull aside and you’ll get it. We’ll put it on the website for you. All right. Is this what Moses heard? This rumbling. I mean, there’s the murmur going on. It was, it was that murmur. All right, now.

Now, here’s some patterns of war that I want you to get very, very quickly because it’s hard to come to a warfare conference unless somebody just shows you some things. First of all, the first pattern of real war that you find corporately the people going into is when God was ready to bring them out by armies out of Egypt. It says he brought them out by armies. That’s the first corporate understanding brought into the word of God where He began to assemble them by tribe and call them armies. That’s why this year you need to know, I’ve got to be with the tribe God puts me with. All right.

Now, here’s another thing. He, in Numbers 10, He brought them out by sound. Sound becomes very, very important. That’s why you’ve seen a lot of different dynamics here in this particular gathering with sound. That means worship is going to be shifting drastically. All right. He brought them out with a battle cry. In other words, there’s this unified sound God is raising up in His people right now that says, “We’re coming out.” All right?

Here’s the next thing. He brought them out with the presence of God. Now, see, warfare, here’s what we miss with warfare, right in the middle of them when they went to war was the ark. A lot of times we don’t go to war with God’s presence surrounding in the midst of us. If you’ll just stop and pull aside and get His presence positioned first, you’ll win every victory in your life. All right?

Then, here’s where we are in this nation. He used forces of nature if it was necessary to bring them out. Now, I mean God’s going to keep doing it. Now, get ready. We’ve seen, because see, here’s what He did on, last year He said, “I want you to have 10 first fruit gatherings.” I’ve got a set of the CDs for each one of those gatherings because it’s something I’ve always participated in, in my own life. So, the Lord said, “I want you to do it corporately this year.” So, we pulled together once a month for 10 straight months. I rearranged my schedule to do that. We started off with 300 people. We ended up with standing room only in those gatherings because of the revelation.

At the beginning, the Lord said, “Have your tent meeting based upon your realignment with Israel on the 9^th of Av because that’s when destruction always would hit, on the 9^th of Av.” And we brought Aton Shiskov with us who is a key apostolic leader in Israel, one of the few that really is operating apostolically in a new way. We brought him over to be with us. Now, notice God scheduled that in January. It was the weekend before the Gaza pullout. That’s how sovereign the time was. When we were there, the Spirit of God fell and I started screaming on the floor prophetically, “Call forth the refuge cities now in this nation.” And I knew what God had said about Baton Rouge, that it would be our first refuge city. Therefore, that was on August 12^th. We could alert and say, “It’s coming. It’s coming. It’s coming.” See, because God said, “Refuge cities must arise.” There will be 40 in America. You can just go ahead and write that down. It’s going to be 40 key refuge cities like Baton Rouge doubled over night. You’re going to see in every area. The Lord said, “Call them forth this way. Call them forth, East Coast, Gulf Coast, West Coast. Call forth the refuge cities in this nation because I am now beginning to shake the nation. See, that was August 12. That hurricane hit August 29. See? All right?

Now, He had principles of war. Read Deuteronomy 20. Read ‘em. There were principles of war, how to go to war. Go ahead, Brian, I want to move forward with PowerPoint. He has strategies enabling us to plunder, prosper, and stand. Now, see, that’s war. That’s what it looks like there.

Patterns for Victory in War

• Gen. 14 Give your way into your promise
• Ex. 14 Exercise authority when the enemy blocks you
• Ex. 15 Redeem the enemy’s sound and violently worship and praise
• 1 Sam. 17 Do not agree with the enemy’s decrees
• 1 Sam. 17 Let authority position you properly
• Mt. 2 Receive supernatural revelation and change courses if necessary
• Acts 12 Move past your last defeat and expect God to break captivity

Now, I just want to end with a couple of things for you so you begin to see. We’ll get it. We’ll get it (the overhead notes taken off.) That is the second time. This is what threw Moses over. All right. Now, here are just some practical things for you. You need to, and then I want to go on to end up with something that I feel like God told me tonight. You want to give your way into your promise. See, the first principle of war comes from Abraham. He started giving, which you’ve been doing up here. And then God made covenant with him. See, he went to war for Lot, and then God made covenant with him. All right, next thing.

You want to exercise authority when the enemy tries to block you. Now these are very practical principles but that you need to memorize them so that when the enemy tries to block you this year, you just take what you’ve got and you decree it. Just remember Moses holding up that rod and moving on through. Do not let the enemy stop you this year. Do not back up into an old place spiritually this year. It will be disaster for you. Now hear me, it will be disaster for you. Do not back up. All right.

Redeem the enemy’s sound and learn to violently worship and praise. That’s what Miriam did. See, most people don’t understand the tambourine was an Egyptian instrument. It wasn’t a spiritual instrument. It didn’t have anything to do with God’s covenant people. It was part of the plunder. She took it with her and when she got across into there, going to where their promise, she took the sound of that Egyptian instrument and began to redeem it. You have some things the enemy has been saying and some sound the enemy has put in your midst. God says, “You take it and use it on him this year.” Now hear me. Redeem the sound this year.

Here’s a very important concept. David, remember, was called out of the field, sent on to the battleground where his brothers were battling. Goliath was there and had convinced those guys for 40 days that they were defeated. Do not agree with the enemy’s decrees this year. The enemy is going to be trying to convince us this year we are losing. You are not losing. Tell somebody, “You are not losing.” And then notice, his Father sent him and got in position, Saul got in position, and David, what motivated him was gaining wealth. Remember. First of all, he said, “What in the world are they talking about?” Are you aware that that’s why some of us come over here to be with you? Why certain people have to come in? Because what happens is this, you get so used to your demons talking to you. Your demons are not my demons. Therefore, God can bring me in over here and say, “I don’t even know what they’re talking about over here.” That’s what David did. That’s what becomes so important how the body uses us when we come in. We can see from a whole different perspective and vice versa.

I had a lady come up. I had just gotten out of my mouth what was going on with me and a lady came up and said, and weeping, and said the Spirit of God told me to pray for you tonight. Is it all right? She asked Peter permission to pray for me. She had no idea what I had just gone through. See, we need each other. Tell somebody, “I need you.” Now this is important this year. Now, look at this. Brian, let’s move on through very quickly. We’ve got to move.

Now, here’s what I want, that’s all right. You didn’t need to see that. You can get it the next time I come.

Now, I want to end with this because one of the things I always do is go back to the first principle of war. If we’re going to teach a conference on warfare, you’ve got to go back to the first principle where it is in the Word of God, where the people actually God comes down and reveals Himself to them. That first place is Exodus 17 where the Amalekites are coming against the people and remember Moses has to hold the rod up. The apostolic leader has to do his role. And then Aaron and Hur have to find their position on each side. Then Joshua goes out and starts warring. Are you aware we’ve all got our place in the war? That’s why; let me tell you something this year. Somebody just needs to go ahead and say this to you. You quit trying to pull out of the war if you’re going to stay in this thing with us. Okay. Everybody needs their position this year. We’re not supposed to have 14 people doing all the warring this year and the rest of the body saying, “We don’t like it.” You know what’s going to happen to you? Let me warn you now, this year. Don’t buy into that old lie. You just say, “God show me my place in the midst of this war. I’m willing to go with Joshua. I’m willing to hold up some leader’s hands. I’m willing to just stand where you tell me to stand. Just put me in my place so I know where it is.” Give a shout.

Now, here’s the greatest strategy of the enemy and this is what I wanted to bring to you here at the end. What the Amalekites would do, remember in this war, the Lord gave a prophecy at the end when Jehovah Nissi, God’s Banner, came down. That’s the miracle banner. Cindy just called a minute ago. She’s just, they’re headed into their 10 days of miracles after just praying for these 40 days. And in it, see, that banner is linked with miracles and deliverance. This year we are headed into miracles and deliverance. I mean supernatural. Here’s what so many are doing, they are praying for people, and then they’re trying to control how God deals with the person they’re praying for. Pray it and let the Lord turn it upside down.

And the Amalekites, the Bible, the Word of God said, the Lord said when He came down as Jehovah Nissi, He said, “You’ll war with the Amalekites from generation to generation and that war is under heaven.” Now, you can go to Exodus 17 and read it. And I want to show you something in this that becomes very important this year. The Amalekites, what they would do is they would come from behind. When someone would get weary in the midst of the war, they would capture them, and then they would penetrate up the ranks and overthrow the whole army.

Now, here’s where we’re going to have to help each other. When you get weary moving forward in what God’s telling you to stake down this year, get some rear guard. Some of you have even come in here tonight very weary from the past year of warfare. The next three years, God is saying, “Get in this thing in victory. Get in it in victory. Move in victory.” Even if you don’t know how to get in it in victory, you’re going to say, “Lord, put victory in my spirit. We have to this year because the anti-Christ, see the Amalekite structure went on to Haman. It goes on into the anti-Christ force. The anti-Christ force will get so strong in these next three years. God says, “You’re getting stronger.” Now hear me, hear me, what I’m saying. Hear me what I’m saying because we can’t just keep playing in this. God says, “I’m going to have a people who know how to process revelation. I’m going to have a generation that rise up and know how to keep moving and prophesy and hear me and know how to operate. I’m having peoples from every nation rise up, worship together. I’m gong to create a worship, a violently worshipping people who understand my kingdom. They are moving forward in victory. They will start doing exploits this year. That means they will take resources they have and begin to multiply those resources. They are beginning to move in a new way. I tell you, gain new strength and move forwards.”

Then, finally, here’s the opportunity for us this year. See, when you put a stake down, you’re gaining victory under heaven over the enemy structure that’s in heaven. God says, “This year that structure’s not going to rule us anymore.” He’s going to jar things so much and move so much with us this year that we will say, “Lord, we are finding our place in the midst of this war. We’re moving in victory. We’re going to ask a thing and decree a thing and watch it happen. God is bringing the Spirit of the Lord. Jesus is available to us and the Spirit of the Lord is bringing faith back in a way that we decree a thing and watch it happen.

Now, I am telling you we are in a divine, shifting time over the, and I just want to say this, over these next few weeks we are in a divine, shifting time and I say this to the whirlwind state, get ready for the whirlwind will intensify here from this state. The smoke signals would go up and I had Jay do research and tell me exactly what that meant. The first prophecy I gave here yesterday morning about the smoke signals coming out of Washington, it means that you will be signaling to this nation that war is on the horizon, because the smoke signals were either war or they were peace and the Lord said, “I have chosen you to be my signal for the war ahead. Not only will you be my signal for the war, but you will be my victory standard in days ahead.”

Let’s stand up. Now, I don’t know what to tell you to do other than just say, “Lord, let me embrace the whirlwind. Lord, let me embrace the season ahead.” And right now, I just feel a Spirit of unbelief just dropping off of people. I don’t feel it coming down on people. I feel it dropping off of people. The Lord says, “I’m going to teach you how to kick, yell and scream so loud and the Lord says I’ll be putting some of you on counsels for technical inventions that will cause my people to multiply and I say I’ll wake you up in the middle of the night like I did Daniel with the revelation that is needed to advance forward even in arenas you do not even understand.”

Father, there is a divine shift. Lord, this war thing does not intimidate your people. Father, we say we are going to stand in victory. Just throw your hands up and say, “Lord, I feel victory permeating my body.” And the Lord would say, “This will be a year that I will teach you about the blood and its power and its victory. I say I’m going to cause my blood to become a vibrant throughout my body again. I’m going to cause those who have warred disease to overtake disease this year.”

The Lord says, “I am going to cause those that have warred poverty and warred for the breakthrough of the release of my supply and provision for my vision in the future. I say you watch at the end of this year. You will say, “God, you have established my tent peg in a new supply pile.”

Now, just extend your hands. Let’s just receive from the Lord for a moment. Now, Father, rearrange our schedules, rearrange our past, rearrange our families. Lord, we say, right now, just position all of our children in the right place. Some of your kids will start calling this week saying I’m in the wrong place. And you’re going to say, “Well, come on, we’ll get back in the right place.”

Father, we receive from You. Father and Lord, I don’t fully know why You chose Washington State to be Your signal, but, Lord, we just say thank you for it in Jesus. Now just thank Him. Thank Him for it. Thank Him for it.

And the Lord would say to you, “Quit worrying about the earthquake. Quit worrying about all of that here.” The Lord says, “I am teaching you to stand in the midst of the shaking ahead.” Now just say, “My feet are being planted in a new way.”

Now let’s give one more shout to the Lord. Now, Father, send us forth with a mind, even as we sleep, to enlarge the place of our tent in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Washington State Prayer Focus

During the “Piercing the Heavens” conference in Everett, WA this past October, Chuck Pierce reviewed the year 5765 which started September 2004. “Instead of the enemy plundering you over and over, you are to surround the enemy’s camp this year with violent praise.”

The number 60, Samekh, means repeat, cycle, to go around, to surround. The number 5 means there’s a wind beginning to blow through the heavenly realm, through a window of opportunity. It means Holy Spirit, or the breath of God, is starting to move back to the church with revelation.

• Pray that there will be an increase of regional worship gatherings and the Church of Washington State will break up old cycles and break out with the Breaker Anointing.

At the 50 State Tour Gathering in December, 2003 Dutch Sheets said, “There is coming a two-fold whirlwind of God into this region that is going to bring judgment against His enemies and against this thing that is over this state, but it is also going to be bringing the order and the life of God. The word of God is His seed.”

• Continue to “call forth the wind of God to break, to pull down the curses, the demonic assignments, the witchcraft, the defilement of the word of God, the pollution of the word of God.”

• Continue to “say that every unclean, defiled word that is in the atmosphere over Washington is going to be cleansed by the whirlwind of heaven.”

At that time Chuck said, “…I saw something, from Northern California, through Oregon, up through Washington, all the way into Vancouver, B.C.…you couldn’t see what was under you. It was like you had one level of foundation, but your foundation wasn’t deep enough. And the Lord said, ‘There’s a new wave coming. It will be both a wave of evil, that will try to affect that region, but it’s (also) a wave of my Spirit’ and He said, ‘They’ve not built the foundation in that area to handle the wave.’”

• Continue to declare as the Lord said, “that the wind will produce the wave and that we are paving the way for it. Declare that the foundation that needs to be built for what is ahead will be built from Northern California through Vancouver, B.C.”

Chuck also said that the Hebraic year 5766 began in October 2005. “This is a year of staking your claim in the midst of the whirlwind.” Dutch Sheets said, “All eyes will be on Washington. Well, it’s the whirlwind state and it’s the year of the whirlwind. Then you’ve got Oregon which was God’s choice of the state that would overthrow the Jezebel structure. There’s something major going on up here in the Northwest.”

On June 4, 2005 USSPN Washington and PacificMinistries of Portland hosted a Cascadia Consultation with leaders and intercessors from Vancouver, B.C., the greater Seattle area, greater Vancouver, WA/Portland area and Spokane as well as various smaller Eastern Washington locations. This was a time of worship, and expressing the desire to enter into covenant relationship according to John 17 so that the territorial spirit of Jezebel would be displaced.

• Declare that the Body of Christ in the “Oregon Territory” will pioneer a move of humility that expresses preferring and honoring one another that will lead to the overthrow of pride and independence.

Chuck said, “Washington will be in the focus of our nation for the next three years. This year 5766, Samekh Vav, God is sending you a tent peg or a stake so you can stake your claim right in the midst of your whirlwind, so your whirlwind does not overtake you.”

First, in the natural…I Corinthians. 15:46. On August 14, 2004 Dr. C. Peter Wagner held an International worship gathering in Santiago, Spain to counter the worship of the Queen of Heaven. That day the USSPN WA leaders and four Spokane intercessors went to La Push, WA not far from James Island. The northwest corner of the state and also the nation were staked. In the mid 1700's a Spanish ship staked out the land somewhere between this location and Neah Bay for Spain and the Catholic Church.

• Declare that the Church in Washington will ride the wind of revelation and break out of error and man’s traditions.
• Declare that, in the midst of the enemy roaring in our face, we will roar back so that he will separate.
• Declare that the Lord will blow a new wind of strength on the Church of Washington
• Declare that the Kingdom of God will advance as a violent praising storm throughout Washington State and that we will not fear but be careful to hear the voice of the Lord in the storm.
• Decree that “God is going to stake the state of Washington and it’s going to come in His sovereign way this year. And all of those powers and principalities that think they’re ruling it this year, you wait till the Lord puts His stake in here.”

In December, 2003 Chuck said, “There is an evil ploy that will be devised to bring terror into this area that would stop you from moving in God’s power the way that He longs for you to move. So, the Lord says now, ‘You get in front, and you declare the order that’s coming. You gather together, you move forward.’”

In the 2004 state prayer focus we declared His light would expose all the hidden works of death and destruction. Twice in 2005 USSPN WA sent out prayer alerts to expose the four pathways in which the spirit of death and destruction wants to come into the Northwest and steal the promised harvest. In I Kings 21 the sons of Belial (meaning worthlessness, wickedness, destruction) brought accusation against Naboth. He was stoned to death and Ahab and Jezebel took his vineyard.

1) Terrorist Attack: Washington State opened the northwest gateway to the nation for the spirit of death and destruction to enter through presenting a mixed gospel, breaking many covenants and shedding innocent blood with the Native American people.

On October 4, 2005, Rosh HaShanah, seven Native American Leaders went to the White House and met with Mr. Ruben Barrales, Deputy Assistant to President Bush and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs to present to the President a “Proclamation of Forgiveness.” Dr. Flo Ellers (Tlingit/CherokeeTribes) of Washington State read the proclamation. Also present from Washington State was Rev. M. George Kallappa, Sr. (Makah Tribe), Superintendent of the American Indian Fellowship of the NW Ministry Network of Assemblies of God.

• Pray that this act will bring healing to the broken hearts and desperate peoples on all the reservations in the Northwest. (For information on Washington State Indian Tribes and Reservations for prayer see http://www.kstrom.net/isk/maps/wa/wamap.html#detail )
• Pray that it will add to the shift that began with Apostle Jay Swallow and the 30 other Native Americans that initiated forgiveness at Plymouth Rock.
• Pray that this will help clear the way for S.J. Res 15 Resolution of Apology to the Native Peoples to pass.

On October 20, 2005 Apostle Jay Swallow announced into the heavens the beginning of a reformation in the northwest states. He said, “Don’t try to understand it, and especially don’t criticize it. We call, now, into the heavens, we record this day, as the day of new beginnings. This day we have entered into a new covenant in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We ask you, God, to anoint this body of people, these native warriors, with the mission ahead, to regain, to clean up, and to bring back the glory of God to every reservation in every region in the northwest.”

Chuck declared, “Father, we say, from this northwest entry point, from this port, the ancient peoples and the host people to come through, we say; now there is a sound and the reversal of what has tried to disseminate (disinformation into) this land. Lord, we say there will be a cry of victory coming out of the northwest.”

2) Military Attack: On October 28, 2004 in Tri-Cities, WA during a Women’s Prayer Conference, the Lord spoke that we would reap what we sowed at Hanford Nuclear Facility regarding the bombing of Japan in 1945 if we did not repent for seeking man’s way rather than God’s way. The USSPN WA leaders were called for intercession and one was in St. Louis standing on the porch of the home of President Harry Truman who was Commander in Chief at that time. He stood in the gap with repentance and prayed that our governmental and military leaders of today would seek God’s ways in all they do. The following night 40 local women entered into repentance and intercession.

On October 20, 2005 Chuck Pierce said, “This actually will become a war center for our nation….God has chosen this area for a very peculiar time.”

• Pray for the military leaders, personal, and family members of the following installations:
Mc Chord Air Force Base, Fairchild Air Force Base, Yakima Army Training Facility, and Ft. Lewis Army Base which is home of three Stryker Brigades, Everett Navy Base, Whidbey Island Naval Air Station, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Keyport Undersea Warfare Research Station, and Bangor Trident Submarine Base which is the last active nuclear weapons depot on the West Coast and is the place of deployment for approximately 1,760 nuclear warheads. The base has nine Tridents including the newly commissioned secret research submarine, USS Jimmy Carter.

• Pray for the apprehension of a convicted naval aviation electrician who escaped from the brig on November 13. Upon returning from tour of duty in Afghanistan he was arrested for possessing stolen ammunition and illegally storing explosives.

3) Spiritual blindness and rejection of next move of the Holy Spirit: During a conference at a church in Seattle some intercessors discovered that a major church denomination, in 1949, held a General Assembly Council Meeting in this newly built church. The leadership of this denomination voted to reject the Latter Rain Movement that began in February 11, 1948 in North Battleford, Saskatchewan and moved across the northwest. They rejected the five fold ministry, the restoration of worship and the Tabernacle of David, deliverance and healing. An intercessor prayed, “Lord, you are about to bring something into the earth. I pray that this time it will not be rejected.” Envy, strife and divisions are like the great dams across the Columbia River that stop the full release of the River of God.

• Pray that the whirlwind of God will continue to deal with every carnal and immature mindset. I Cor. 3:1-3
• Declare that the Holy Spirit’s wind is blowing away the old, the dead, the dry legalistic structures. Acts 2:1-4
• Declare that we are people that will stand in the midst of adversity and laugh loudly at our enemies…” You will be a Holy people that My enemies will fear…Arise and shine for My glory is upon you.” Is. 60: 1-5, 19-20 (From July 11, 2005 52 Day Prayer Focus)
4) Natural Disaster: On November 3, 1970, voters of Washington State liberalized the state abortion statue by passing Referendum 20. October 5 & 6, 2003 a Washington state couple began an annual “DAYS OF GRACE” Memorial and National Day of Atonement for the purpose repentance and honoring those who lost their lives through abortion and healing for those who have been touched by abortion. This initiative, along with many other ministries and individuals, has added to the bowls of prayers.
• Declare “That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption (and gain an entrance) into the glorious freedom of God’s children.” Rom. 8:21 Amplified
During the Piercing the Heavens conference (Oct. 2005) Dutch Sheets shared one story after another on the ways the Lord arranged for him and others to “strike the mark” concerning the U.S. Supreme Court. Dutch read Job 36:26-Chapter 37:5 “by these storms, these lightning’s, these thundering, He judges peoples. He covers His hands with the lightning, and commands it to strike the mark. The word for “strike the mark’ is the Hebrew word for intercession, paga.”

After much corporate worship and intercession, the lightning of God struck and Dutch said, “I hear the Lord say, ‘I am coming to abort the abortion. I am going to reverse the trends of the past.’ I hear the Lord saying, ‘There has been a season in the past where what He was trying to do was aborted by the iniquitist patterns that take place in this region,’ But the Lord says, ‘I have come to break that off of you and it will not be aborted this time. I am putting you on a new path of life,’ the Lord says, ‘and this one will not be stopped. The move of My Spirit that is coming to this region will not be aborted this time. I am going to break through for you.’” The Lord says, “I have reversed the decrees, I have reversed the curses that have held you back and I say there is a fertility in the Spirit now that is here. There is an ability to break through, there is an ability to press through to completion and what I am coming to do will not be stopped again.” The Lord says, “You will go all the way this time, into the fullness of my outpouring.” He Has Aborted The Abortive Spirit That Hovered Over This Region. The spirit of death is broken off of you!”

Chuck said, “…we went past something that was set to stop God’s plan…The Woe Is Past! Lord, we say right now the woe in the Northwest was past. Father, we say that which was meant to bring total chaos and to stop what You are going to do is past.”

• Continue to declare, rejoice and thank God that He has aborted the abortive spirit and the spirit of death is broken off the state of Washington. Declare Psalm 24

During that time I heard voices saying, “The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ.” This is from Rev. 11:15. The verse before that says, “The second woe is past. Behold, the third woe is coming quickly.”

On November 3, 2005– A Washington State Supreme Court judge ruled that the former lesbian partner of a child’s biological mother can be considered the “de facto parent” of the ten-year-old girl the mother conceived by artificial insemination. Justice James Johnson, dissenting from the majority opinion, condemned the court for its “judicial decree” that brought in a new method for determining who a child’s parent is. “Regardless of the various sexual orientation claims, the outcome must be that a mother has a fundamental right to make decisions for her child,” he stated. “The majority’s ruling fails to provide any protection for Britain's (the child’s Mother) fundamental constitutional right as a fit mother to make decisions concerning the upbringing of her own daughter. Worse, in my view, the majority here looks beyond a detailed and complete statutory scheme adopted by the Washington Legislature and creates by judicial decree a new method for determining parentage.” Justice Richard B. Sanders also dissented.

• Pray that this case will be heard and overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court.
• Pray for the Washington State Supreme Court: Chief Justice Gerry L. Alexander, Associate Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson, Justice Barbara Madsen, Justice Richard B. Sanders, Justice Bobbe J. Bridge, Justice Tom Chambers, Justice Susan Owens, Justice Mary E. Fairhurst, Justice James M. Johnson

During the 2004 gubernatorial election in Washington State Dino Rossi (Republican) came out ahead of Christine Gregoire (Democrat) by 261 votes. The Secretary of State ordered a machine recount which reduced Rossi's lead down to 42 votes. Then, the Democrats asked the state to conduct a manual hand recount in which many counties discovered votes that hadn't been counted earlier, including the liberal stronghold of King County (location of Seattle). The GOP filed suit to prevent King County from counting the ballots, but the Supreme Court ruled against them. The election was certified at the end of December, with Christine Gregoire winning by 129 votes. Dino Rossi filed suit and on June 6th, 2005 Chelan County Judge John Bridges rejected the central charge of fraud. Judge Bridges did subtract the overall count of hundreds of illegal votes presented by both sides, but, he goes on to say that overturning the election would "constitute the ultimate act of judicial egotism and judicial activism" and thus confirms the election for Christine Gregoire. Dino Rossi did not appeal to the state Supreme Court which officially ended the election contest.

• Pray for the continued exposure of incompetence, corruption and fraud in the elections system and state and county and city government.

Agree and declare the Word of the Lord given in July 11, 2005 52 Day Prayer Focus: “I am opening seats in Courts that will favor My People. I will plant My faithful ones, My true ones, those that are not intimidated by the liberalization of the adversary. I AM ready to contend with Leviathan. I am changing nations. In this nation, I will begin in Florida and then shake California. I will realign Minnesota and uncover in Harlingen. I will awaken New York and release fire in Phoenix. I will rearrange Seattle and open gates in Savannah….I will release authority and demonstrate My power in signs and wonders, miracles and diverse anointings.”

The first prophetic word that came forth at the Pierce the Heavens conference in Everett, WA on October 20, 2005 was from Chuck Pierce declaring the fire to burn, for it to ignite in us, catch fire and that Washington State is the smoke Signal to the nation.

The word signal in Hebrew is ‘owth. A sign, flag, beacon, monument, omen, prodigy, evidence or mark, miracle, token.

The word first appears in scripture in Gen. 1:14 “And God said, ‘Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for SIGNS, and for seasons, and for days, and years.’” The word, light, in Hebrew is morah and means a luminous body, brightness, cheerfulness.

The next place we find it is in Ex. 3:12. In the KJV it is interpreted token. This chapter has to do with the Lord appearing to Moses in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush and commissioning Moses as His instrument to bring His people out of Egypt. Moses says “Who am I,” and the Lord says that He will be with him and the signal will be that when he brings them out, Moses will serve God upon that very mountain.

• Pray that the Church of Washington State will rise up with the fire of God and war against the darkness in her midst and worship the Lord in spirit and truth.
• Pray that we will overcome the accuser of the brethren by greater revelation of the Blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony of His goodness and justice and by not loving our lives to the death. Rev. 12:11


Chuck shared that the anti-Christ force will get very strong in these next three years. God says, “I’m going to have a people who know how to process revelation. I’m having peoples from every nation rise up, worship together. When you put a stake down, you’re gaining victory under heaven over the enemy structure that’s in heaven. Over these next few weeks we are in a divine shifting time and I say this to the whirlwind state, get ready for the whirlwind will intensify here from this state.

The first prophecy I gave here yesterday morning about the smoke signals coming out of Washington and going up, and the Lord said, ‘I have chosen you to be my signal for the war ahead. Not only will you be my signal for the war, but you will be my victory standard in days ahead.’ And the Lord would say to you, ‘Quit worrying about the earthquake! Quit worrying about all of that here!’ The Lord says, ‘I am teaching you to stand in the midst of the shaking ahead.’”

History
The origin of civilization in the Oregon country was due to missionary spirit and enterprise, and this missionary spirit was aroused by the action of the Indians themselves. Marcus Whitman, a medical missionary and Christian patriot, who settled near Walla Walla amongst the Cayuse Indians, was the man who saved the Oregon Territory and assured it would be a part of the United States.

In 1832 a council of chiefs sent a delegation of four Nez Perces chiefs over the mountains to St. Louis to ask for teachers to be sent to their tribe to instruct them in what the Great Spirit taught in the book from heaven. Before their return, one of the Indian chiefs spoke at a banquet of their failure to find that which was the object of their journey. This speech was a Macedonian cry of “Come over and help us. The American Board of Missions sent Rev. Samuel Parker and Marcus Whitman, M.D. to the Oregon Territory in 1835. Whitman returned to the East and encouraged missionaries to come minister to the Indians in the West saying that “If good men do not occupy these stations, bad men will and do great harm.”

In 1836 Marcus Whitman and other pioneers set out for the Northwest. Taking a wagon across the Rockies and into Oregon was considered impossible because the Hudson Bay Company had circulated stories that the mountains were impassible to wagons wanting to keep the Oregon Territory under British control. Not believing that claim, Whitman’s wagon turned out to be the very implement upon which the fate of Oregon would turn.

In late 1842 Whitman learned that the Hudson Bay Company planned to bring in English settlers which would result in British Sovereignty in the territory. Amidst severe weather and travel conditions Whitman traveled 4,000 miles back to the East Coast to meet with President Tyler, Secretary of State Daniel Webster and other government leaders to plead his cause for Oregon. He urged them to, “Immediately terminate the Treaty of 1818 and 1828 and extend the laws of the United States over Oregon.” Having risked his status with the American Missions Board and his life by going across the country in the dead of winter, Whitman was compelled to enter the political arena over the Oregon Territory and saw it as his patriotic duty.

The President and Secretary agreed that ownership of Oregon likely depended upon who would settle it first. Though Whitman’s representations of the Oregon Territory were in direct contradiction to others, including the Governor of the territory, President Tyler said Whitman’s frozen limbs were sufficient proof of his sincerity, and his missionary character was sufficient guarantee of his honesty, and he would, therefore, as President, rest upon them and act accordingly. If the Doctor could establish a wagon route through the mountains to the Columbia River, hitherto pronounced impassable, he would use his influence to hold Oregon. Whitman led a company of a thousand from Missouri to Oregon in 1843. He also wrote and presented to members of the government a proposed bill for the organization of Oregon. It greatly influenced the development of posts on the Oregon Trail, the extension of American law into the Northwest, and the founding of the states of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

With the nearly 1000 new settlers, the Americans outnumbered the English three to one. In June of 1846 the United States and England entered into a treaty that set the boundary line for the northwest at latitude 49 degrees. A territorial government went into effect in 1849. In 1859 Oregon was admitted as a state into the Union. Washington was admitted on November 11, 1889 and Idaho in 1890.

Whitman was compelled to enter the political arena over the Oregon Territory considering his patriotic duty more important than his backing by the American Missions Board. If Whitman had waited for the next year and warm weather as his friends had demanded and he had not insisted, “I must go and now,” history would have been altered. God rules in the minds and hearts of men as He rules nations. Obedience to God was paramount even in the face of extreme difficulties and opposition.
