Prophetic Word over Northwest

It was the Spring of 1999. The Lord called me to come up to Washington. I had never been here before and came on a Holy Spirit adventure.

While on a boat out in the sound I saw a picture in the heavenlies: the Lord showed me the whole North West as a Gateway into the US. As I was watching there appeared a giant amphitheater. There were many angels, huge gigantic angels over this region. It was clear also there were demonic principalities there as well. There had been a big battle, but there was a lull in the fighting.

While on the boat the wind picked up and started blowing extremely hard. The crew came outside and asked everyone to go in, but they completely ignored me. So through the prompting of the Holy Spirit I stayed in the front of the boat with a friend of mine. The wind blew harder and harder. We had to wrap our legs through the railings to not get blown over. I felt the rage of the enemy in the wind. After about 10 minutes I heard the Lord say, “Now!” At that moment I shouted, “Be Still!” The wind immediately died.

Then God said to blow the shofar. I began to blow. The first was the sound for attention. Then the blow for individual repentance, then for community repentance and mourning followed by the great blast over and over again declaring the coming of the King. God then said for me to declare that the Gates to be open that the presence of God was welcomed and needed to usher in Revival to not just the NW but also for the whole USA. You could see the angels getting brighter and stronger while the demonic raged. The battle, which had been in a lull, resumed to open warfare once again. I then could see two huge golden gates begin to crack open.

On that same trip, I was sent to Olympia. I had some radical encounters with God here that have altered my life forever. Also while here I went to the capital and stood out front and prophesied the Gates of Revival and Heaven to be open in the North West for the Glory of God to come in so as to set our nation on fire. In addition we did some open warfare against the occult and declared the plans of the enemy to be made public and a call of the righteous to rise up.

December 2009. I had a very interesting dream. I dreamed that I went to Olympia as a field trip with one of our Fire and Fragrance schools. We were standing in front of the capital, but there was a new wall built around the perimeter. There were new Iron Gates also put up. Standing at the gate were security guards in black carrying Uzi type machine guns. I did not recognize it as the capital at first because also on the rotunda a corporate bank logo had been embossed. We tried several times to go into the property, but every time we were threatened. Finally, we began to just worship and pray outside of the gates. I was so sad because it seems the capital has been bought and access was walled off to those on the outside.

God said to me to lie down in front of the gate, the fountain was behind me. I laid on my face completely flat. Then the Lord said to repeat three times, yelling, “Revival, Revival, Revival”. As I did this I could see into the bedrock of the earth and could see ancient streams of revival beginning to climb through the cracks. I realized that there is a river of revival deep in the earth of the area and a new Fountain was going to burst forth from the ground. (I believe there will be a sign of this in the natural somewhere of bursting water from the ground.) Then I felt that the field trip was over and we all got on a bus to go to the airport back to Hawaii.

I feel that those who have access and influence inside your capital need to proclaim once again from the inside, righteousness and revival. I sense it will be difficult for new people to get inside, but those who already have access can pass the new gates. There is a war going on for the Seat of power in Olympia, don't think walls and gates of men will stop the deep rivers and wells of Revival in that land, they go back further than the buildings, God's plans will come to pass for the Pacific North West.

The Spirit is About to Move in Olympia

Here’s an account of something that the Spirit led myself and a brother I was close to about 10 years ago. We (Kermit and I) were simply headed down to the Y.M.C.A. to get in a workout and some time in the steam room where we shared, and prayed...we jokingly called “The almost holy place” as naked men and a steam room seemed a little odd yet the Spirit came, at times in a powerful way. We got down to the Y and were informed they were closed to the public as it was their end of the summer cleaning and remodeling week, so we walked out wondering what to do.

As soon as we got outside I felt the Presence of the Spirit and said to Kermit. “I think the Lord wants us to go somewhere and pray.” We got in my van and I felt led (and told Kermit) that we should go out to Priest Point Park. a park on Puget Sound here in Olympia that had originally been settled (the land) and developed by a group of Catholic Priests (The site was claimed as St. Joseph’s of New Market and was led by Father Pascal Ricard. Father Ricard and three other priests cleared the land, planted a large garden, built a chapel and operated a school for Indian boys.) We got to the park and I felt led to drive to an observation point that had a majestic view overlooking Budd Inlet. This point, however, had originally been fortified with about 6 or 7 8-10 foot long cannons that guarded the harbor against potential invasion (British...Russians) during Washington’s territorial times.

We went out on the point (It was nighttime you could see the whole downtown) and prayed for leading and the Spirit impressed me to pray against specific things as revealed and I did. Kermit however prayed quite differently weeping and beseeching God for the people in Olympia..(He had come down to the Y early and was led by the Spirit to walk the streets of Olympia and pray before I arrived). And then we were done

Next week we headed back down to the Y for our regular workout and steam, thinking what had happened was VERY powerful but was over, when we were again informed that the Y was closed due to a board member meeting, open to the public but the facilities were closed. As we left the second time (beginning to sense God doing something) both Kermit and I were aware of the Spirit and we got in my van again and prayerfully began driving. We drove up to the State Capitol Building(s) and felt led to get out of the van and walk while we prayed. We walked down the capitol rotunda, down the grounds and circled back up through the city on Capital Way, praying as we walked and returned to the van. Back inside we could see down over the city of Olympia and Kermit pointed to the Port of Olympia docks (which we could see from our high vantage point) where city government and shipping is located. “I think we’re supposed to go there to pray” he said, so we drove down there. After we arrived at the very end of the port docks we again prayed for leading and prayed as the Spirit impressed us, and then once again, we knew we were done.

Believe it or not the next week we headed back down to once again, simply resume our workout rendezvous and had failed to notice the sign that said “End of summer all staff meeting Y closed” and to seemingly further complicate things this time we had my youngest daughter Jennifer with us as she was going to swim while we worked out. A young man came forward (from the staff gathered behind the front counter) and said “I’m the lifeguard, I’ll watch her while she swims as I’m going back to college next week and don’t have to attend this meeting...to which I said O.K. and she went with him.

THIS time we were quite aware of the Spirit and we got in Kermit’s car this time as he said he believed he knew where we were to go. We drove on and he drove up Mottman Hill to the Thurston County courthouse grounds. We got out of the car and I followed him to another point that overlooked Olympia from another side of the city and we sat on a bench looking out (beautiful view) over the harbor and Capitol Lake.

“Look at there.” Kermit said as he pointed to Priest Point Park, where we prayed the 1st time. “That’s where we prayed the 1st time. The park observation point was the seat of territorial authority” Look over there, as he pointed to the Capitol grounds, (2nd place we prayed) “that is the seat of State authority. “Look down there, as he pointed to the Port docks (3rd place we prayed) that is the seat of City authority. “And” he said “we are on the Thurston County courthouse grounds, the seat of County authority. As he said those words the Spirit descended on us powerfully and we both prayed out, as led, and then once again, it was over and we drove back to the Y to pick up Jennifer.

I have had few experiences as led and powerful as this I just described but I truly believe Kermit and I were led to “attack” principalities and while the move of the Spirit hasn’t (seemingly) happened yet... I remember Paul ministered in Ephesus for over 2 years before the Spirit moved in a powerful way and this area is very occultishly entrenched. Anyway just wanted to share that with you.

The Prophetic Word That Saved My Life!

In the Spirit of Revelation 19:10, "...the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” Here are three testimonies on a single subject. I suggest that we learn a lesson.

On August 26, 1999 James Berkley came to our Church to release God’s gifts of prophecy, teaching, and worship. My wife, Kate, and I received a prophetic word from James that went as follows:

"The enemy is going to attack you not for the first time but the second time. Do not worry, the Lord God will protect you and raise you up even before the attack can get started. This will take place in 3 months time."

There were more words that night but this one in particular caught my eye, so I watched for it. I had no idea what to expect. I did know from scripture that I did not have to fear. The Bible example came to me of Jesus prophesying to Peter in John 21:18 saying,

"Most assuredly, I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish."

The key word for Peter here is "When you are old". When the Sanhedrin imprisoned Peter threatening his life, he had a prophetic word from Jesus which gave him great courage. "When you are old", Peter was not yet old! Paul tells us in 1 Tim 1:18 to "wage a good warfare", "according to the prophecies previously made concerning us". Therefore, when Peter realized he was not yet "old" as Jesus had prophesied, he had faith and confidence to overcome! Hallelujah!

Back to my story. I was sitting in my bedroom on a Tuesday night at around 11:30PM. I was in the midst of some strife over an issue in my life. All of a sudden, I felt as if an arrow had been shot into the back of my thrown. The next day, as I had done so many times before, I went to work not feeling well. I thought I would just work off the sickness and move on with life. Well it did not turn out that way this time! I was worse than ever. I then took off work.

I was going to go deer hunting with a good friend and if I missed work I thought I would not be able to go hunting so off I went. Well on Thursday I went hunting but man was I ever miserable. I was useless! I sat in the truck uncomfortable and horribly sick. I knew I had to push my way through this because I had such a full schedule for the weekend.

I had scheduled a 3-day Motorcycle class for the weekend which cost $50.00 several months earlier. To miss the class would force me have to reschedule and that would be months later. My schedule was too jammed to do that. I attended the whole thing! I attended the Friday night book session. Saturday, I barely survived the riding portion.

The trial was not over here because I had to do a Church Service on Saturday night. Boy, did my dear friends let me know how horrible I looked! Many prayed for me but to no avail. I was already in a full-blown attack. Sunday came early and off I went to complete the skills and testing, I finished at around 3:00 on Sunday.

Going home, I went straight to bed! I had a fever and was breathing very shallow. I had to put pillows under me to sit up all night to be able to breath. The next morning, on November 20, I told my wife I had better go to the Doctor’s office. By this time, things were progressively worsening. By this time, I was breathing 165 breaths per minute. When I arrived at the doctors office, they sent me straight to the emergency room at Black Hills Medical Center in Olympia. Man did the doctors and nurses flew into action. I was admitted right into ICU. I had an oxygen mask on and the doctors were desperately trying to figure out what was wrong with me.

Wednesday morning at 3:35AM, things worsened. My wife, Kate, who was at my bedside, could see I was going away. She hit the button for help as I took her hand. I looked her in the eyes and said, "Remember the word from James Berkley? We are walking through it right now" I then passed into a coma.

For days, I was in a deep coma. The doctors could not figure out what was going on. Then they found I had a blood staph infection. They told my wife it was at a high enough level to end my life. On top of that, they found I had full-blown pneumonia in both lungs, both upper and lower. The oxygen deprivation to my brain had now been eleven hours. The doctors prognosis to my wife was I would not make it, and if I did there would be months and months of restoration to motor skills, learning to talk and walk and such. The doctors had move quickly so they started by suctioning my lungs. Later the doctors told me only 5% of all who go through this procedures make it through. On top of that, my blood hemoglobin level was at 17. I was told people die at 14.

On the fourth day of the coma the doctors finally discovered I was having a ketoacidosous attack. They have never seen one this bad. The doctors were administering five times the insulin that the average person would receive. The also had me on the two strongest antibiotics known to man at the highest dosages possible.

On the fifth day, I started to come out of the coma. However, I do not remember anything until day seven.

On day eight, the physical specialist came in to see. She was shocked! Calling her boss in because I could walk, talk and sit up!

On day nine the head of the hospital Dr. Black paid me a visit. These were His words, "Boy you got a microscopic virus, but it hit you like an 18 wheeler".

On day eleven, the doctors sent me home with an oxygen bottle. I only needed that for two weeks! During my first doctor’s appointment after the incident, my doctor told me "it was a miracle". He could not explain what happened or why I survived. He went on to tell me one of the issues of why I was hospitalized was enough to kill me having two would guarantee my demise. Having four meant there was no hope. Not to mention I was supposed to stay in the hospital for two months, and go through physical therapy for another three months. I don't know about you but I think God did plenty to stop the attack before it could get started. The nurses in the doctors office afterwards told us that my doctor was pulling his hair out with concern because He could not figure out what was wrong or how to help, he was helpless.

Two weeks after my discharge from the hospital, I went in for a hemoglobin exam. I was told not to be too excited because it would take at least 2 months for my levels to normal out to between 12 or 13. Another shock treatment for my doctor. The test came back at 5.5. In unbelief, He re-tested. This time it was at 6!

Well there it is! This truly is God’s hand and not man’s. What a testimony! I hope you can see what I was trying to tell you.

Barbara: And I hear the Spirit of the Lord saying surely this is an hour that I shall bring a change to this area, for I the Lord, am even now positioning my bow, saith the Lord. I am even pulling from my quiver arrows says the spirit of the Lord, and I shall cause those arrows to be shot forth from my bow in a fresh new way. For in days past in this area, when I have tried to release the arrows of my Spirit, my people of this area know that there have been contrary winds that have come into this place, into this area, and they have caused even those arrows to be shot in wrong directions… they have caused those arrows to fall to the ground before they have accomplished their purposes.

But I would say this is an hour, says the Spirit of the Lord, I’m going to cause a mighty wind of my Spirit to blow through this area, and the Lord says, No longer will my arrows fall to the ground, but God says, by the power of my Spirit, and through the fresh wind of my Spirit, I shall cause those arrows to be shot straight, says the Lord, and they shall hit the target that I have purposed for them.

The Lord says, I would cause them to fall even into the places of government in this area, says the Spirit of the lord. For the Lord says, I’m going to bring about such change that you will begin to see even the laws of the land begin to change, says the Spirit of the Lord, for I am releasing arrows from my bow, and the Lord says, No contrary wind will be able to withstand the fresh wind of my spirit, as I begin to blow in this places.

Chuck: And I would say unto you, the enemy has removed the sharpness of the arrows of this region, saith the Lord, but I am moving on the 4 state region around this. I say I am raising up in northern California, and I am beginning to do a sharpening work saith the Lord. I say I am calling my people in Idaho to rise up in this hour, and I am sharpening their arrow. I say that which is in Seattle that has resisted my movement, I say I am going to shake until they begin to rise up and come together. And I say even in the next 9 months they will be coming together in that Seattle area. I say that even in the next 4 months I will release the anointing that is necessary to cause Seattle to awaken and to cause the transference of wealth to begin.

I say to you I am shaking and I am sharpening, and I say to you the boldness that has been removed, it is now going to come forth in this region. I say it will roar like a lion. I say it will come out of the woods. I say that which has been hidden and lost is now rising up again saith the Lord. And I say to you, Be bold and be powerful and speak forth, for I say I have a message from this region that is going to shake this nation, and I say, no longer will it be hidden, but I will draw it together; I will put it into place, and I will shoot it forth, and that spirit of control that has tried to control my destiny in this region, I say that over the next 12 months. I’m going to shake it, it’s going to fall, and I say you will be liberated in a new way. You will be known for dancing in this region, and for my dancing hand, and I say my dancing hand will come from this region and begin to shoot forth and penetrate the nation, saith the Lord.

This is the region I have called to shake Mormonism, and I will say I will shoot it forth. There will be such light and liberation from this 4 state region that I say it will cause a shaking in Mormonism and I say there will be many converts saith the Lord.

Barbara: And the Lord says, I did not say the last would be first? And that though this has been an area that has been known to be last in evangelism and in church attendance, and church growth, I say I am about to change things in this area says the Lord, and no longer will you be recorded as last, but I’m going to cause to be first in this that I am doing, says the Spirit of the Lord. I’m changing the statistics, says the Lord, and I now do call you into a fresh new place of promotion. No longer shall you be the last. No longer shall you been known as those who remain behind, but I say I shall cause a mighty army to rise up in this place. And they shall walk forward, and they shall embrace the fresh new things that I am doing, and they shall even model the things that I want to do in other places and in other nations saith the Lord.

So I say I do not call you last. I call you first, says the Spirit of the Lord. Chuck: And I say a liberation is coming from this region to the Asian peoples of this land, saith the Lord. I say they will be drawn here and they will be sent out with my anointing. I say I am going to cause liberation of their giftings, and their giftings and my anointing that I have placed in them will then begin to flow from their mind into my Spirit. I will position those that are converted in this region in strategic places. I say the Esther anointing will fall on the Asian people in this region, and I say it will go forth. It will remain hidden for 4 years, and then it will arise. I say it will come forth and it will cause a transference of wealth in this land saith the Lord.

Barbara: And the Lord would say I am going to destroy the assignment of death that has been over this area says the Spirit of the Lord. For that death has tried to kill my ministers, tried to kill my churches, tried to kill the move of my Spirit. The infirmity that has been with that death, God says, I’m about to break that thing. God’s going to loose such healing in the area says the Spirit of the Lord… Healing and restoration. For the Lord says, no longer will this place be known as Grateful Dead, but I say it is going to be people who are gratefully alive in the things of the Lord.

Chuck: And the Lord says, I would even use this church as gathering for healing. I say healing teams will come in here, they will be re-anointed, and they will be sent out. I say that I am raising up 5 key churches throughout this 4 state area, and they will begin to receive my anointing and they will be known as centers. They will be known as that which sent forth the new. For I say the new has now come this day, and because the new has come, and because you have gathered, the new will now go out from here saith the Lord.

End of prophecy over the Northwest region. Barbara’s comment:

I encourage you intercessors now: You have your assignment. Get a copy of that prophetic word and begin to pray over that and begin to pray the will and the word of God into this area.

Dated October 30, 1999. If I remember correctly, this came at an Intercessors conference at City Bible Church in Portland. This was transcribed from the tapes (remember those?) of this conference. As of the posting date, I have been unable to find this word anywhere else on the Internet. --Editor.

A CRY FOR CANADA

A prophetic word and intercession for Canada

Oh Canada, Oh Canada, Oh Canada. I see your flag with its two bands of red - it is one of the most striking flags in the world. I see the two strikes of red - coast to coast. God is going to paint the blood of His precious Son Jesus from the North to the South, from the West to the East. And that white no-man's land is a cry for holiness. I have just come from Winnipeg and sense in my spirit that something different is going to happen in Winnipeg than here on the West Coast or on the East Coast. There are different fires that the Lord is kindling. A maple leaf in the fall months is ablaze with fire red colour. Your nation is being raised as one who will bring healing to the nations.

RESTORATION OF DIPLOMATIC STATUS

God is going to take off of this land passivity and the false peace you've preached. He will again make you a true reconciler and a true leaf for healing of the nations. He will restore your diplomatic status and it will be a true diplomacy that stands for integrity and righteousness and that brings together that which has been torn apart. I feel that what's been going on with the reconciliation with the Jewish People, God is going to use you as a reconciler just as Norway has been recognized in Europe, I believe you will be recognized as reconcilers in the world. And Norway and you are going to come together and do something in the Middle East. I just feel these things and if I were going to prophesy anything about Canada, it would be this; this is what I am feeling in my spirit at this time.

A SEASON OF TEARS

I feel there is a cry of - Oh Canada, Oh Canada. There is a groaning in the spirit. As we watched the promotion for the Transformation II video, I saw that it is a season of tears, yes, a season of tears. I believe there is a weeping in the heart of your Father for this land and that's why there's been so much weeping on the earth. He wants you to begin to cry out. It is a season to make you hungry. He wants to make you hungry, Canada. I believe it's almost like God has lots of secrets for Canada at the moment and He's playing hard to get, playing hide and seek right now.

THE SPIRIT OF SACRIFICE

It is a privilege to come to the West Coast. God spoke to me to go to a little place called Tabor, Alberta in 1999, and to plan a prayer conference to be called "The Spirit of Sacrifice." Tabor - Spirit of Sacrifice - Prayer conference. It was planned for May 7-9, 1999 and on April 29, 1999, a young man by the name of Jason Lang was shot to death in his school. One week later, we held this prayer conference on the Spirit of Sacrifice and God did something. There are only 1,007 people in Tabor and 500 of them came to the prayer conference. People just came and there was a deep cry.

PUT CANADA BACK IN YOUR HEART

Something's happening in your land, Canada. But you must have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying and I believe the first place to start is with lots of tears. God wants to get you connected with your land again. He wants you to become unashamedly Canadian! Put Canada back in your heart. It doesn't matter whether your passport says you're Canadian or not, if you are living here you have a responsibility to let this land become part of you. You've got to carry the land in your heart. There's something happening. There's something happening in this area of the Northwest, which I can't explain to you, but I feel it. It's like the southern part of BC and AB, round about Washington State, the top part of Oregon and a little bit into Idaho. I don't think God minds too much about whether it's American or Canadian. There is something in that bit of jigsaw there that's kindling and I believe that God is wanting us to dig open the wells for the supernatural.

THERE IS HEALING IN THIS PLACE

There is healing in this place. But what the devil wants to do is to bring a false healing of the physics', the occultists, the false supernatural and prophetic, all that stuff. And I know in my spirit that there is a massive increase of this in this area. But God is bigger; He is bigger, and nothing is impossible with Him.

A word for USA - April 1999

Last year the Lord showed Robert Holmes a number of things on the world scene, and in the United States that would come to pass. These were both a warning of impending judgement and a call to prayer. Several aspects of the word delivered about the United States in November last year have come to pass. Click here to read a review of these things.

The following update was received during a three day retreat to Bethungra State Reserve NSW Australia, April 25-27 1999. And further updated during a trip to Canberra on August 14 1999. Following is an account of the prophecy. My own observations have been placed in square brackets.

USA general

"In the days of Babylon, when her walls stood wide and her leaders stood tall, her defences were strong and her campaigns victorious, Alexander the Great came to defeat her. In the same way, my Alexander will stand in the very midst of the United States of America".

[NOTE: Alexander the Great was the only military commander to actually breach the gates of Babylon. The invasion most noted by Christians is that of Gyrus and Darius the Mede. Later in history, after Babylon had declined somewhat, Alexander breached the gates and stood in the midst of the courtyard declaring himself king. He spent considerable time and effort trying to restore Babylon to its former glory.]

In a vision I was standing on one side of a river, I looked over and felt as though I was looking into Portland. I saw massive trees - miles of temperate forest. The Lord said, "These are likened unto the trees of the Trans- Euphrates, the kings forest used by Nehemiah to rebuild the gates and temple in Jerusalem" (Neh 2:8). I also saw the river in flood with mud and massive trees smashing into bridges [perhaps indicating the results of an eruption upstream].

Portland, OR

"There was a healthy revival many years ago, but the seeds of old glory have faded. The past manna has withered and she is left undone. "Destruction" is slated for parts of her. I saw a vision of wild horses running very fast through the city. [The healthy revival probably refers to the work of healing evangelists in the past]. He also said, "The land is a seed bed for revival - many shall go out from there".

Washington State

I saw Mt Rainer and Mt St Helens together and the Lord said, “These mountains speak to the people”. [In researching them I realized they are part of the cascade Mountain range and they are both volcanoes. Seattle, WA

"The seat closest to Vancouver is cold and snowing. She is like a satellite, disconnected, orbiting yet pivotal to communications. Seattle shall remain a point of connection for my people." I saw a vision of hills of light poking through valleys of darkness. A very great darkness covered the land like a shroud but there were high points of victory. "Then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday" (Isa 58:10).

Olympia, WA

There are five high places in the city, on one is a church whose doors are about to close. She has taken head wounds. Yes indeed there is a lot of witchcraft activity in the area and new stores opening, but Daniel 4:9 is true if you will receive it.

Centralia, WA [including Lewis County]

"Here is a city of pride, a place that thinks she is the middle of everything yet she is not." I looked and saw good foundations, men who came in the name of Christ. [The founder, G. Washington was the son of a slave and a good Christian - Baptist]. The original newspaper heralded the truth for a season. I saw men without moustaches. "But showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments" (Exod 20:6). Let the contentions cease between the cities.

Naselle [and five towns], WA

The place across the river [Columbia] - Ezekiel 47 is relevant for you. There shall be in this region both places of salt (marshes) and places of freshness (river); places of harvest and places of judgement. Even as the fresh water from the throne of God touches the water in the dead sea - Naselle has been a place of barrenness. The Lord will come and touch you, and you shall team with life.

During the first week of October, 2004 Mt. St. Helens erupted again. It rumbled all week. In Washington State TV news, a seismologist spoke of scientific sensors on Mt. Rainier reacting to Mt. St. Helens earthquakes. "In some unknown way, the mountains are talking to each other. They are reacting to one another, as though they are connected deep beneath the earth".

Washington Fire 11-24-99

THE VISION

I saw a map of America and a bright blazing sun rising from the East. At the same time I saw the Mighty Right Arm of God stretched out. As the sun went across America, so His arm also went across America. As the light hit the land, it hit MASH Units, filled with wounded soldiers of God's Army. They were lying on cots. bandaged up. Some were sitting up, not as wounded as others...lots of doctors and nurses tending to them. Simultaneously as the sun and Right Arm of God moved over these units, the soldiers had the opportunity to rise up and be healed or remain behind.

As the sun and Right Arm of God went across the map of America, the light became brighter and brighter as it drew closer to the West Coast. I saw Washington State, it was black. Because it was so dark, the sun's light was brighter than it had ever been and it hit Washington State like a ball of fire! It ricocheted off the state and it was brighter than any light that had shone forth before. Washington State was transparent and clear. The sun moved back over the map of America with a greater light and fire!

THE INTERPRETATION

There have been many words concerning the revival God has planned for the Northwest Region. I believe this is another confirmation of what is soon coming to Washington State. But also of what is already happening across America.

The sun rising from the East is the light of Jesus Christ that is already going across our land. Picking up intensity as it goes. The greater the darkness, the greater the light. Washington State has always been known for it's darkness, how great will be her light!

The Right Arm of God is very significant and not to be overlooked. The Right Arm of God represents many things: Lovingkindness toward His people...(Psalm 17:7) Glorious power and bringing forth of judgment against His enemies...(Exodus 15:6) It chastises His children... And acts valiantly on their behalf...(Psalm 118:15 & 16) It brings judgments & deliverance ...(2 Kings 17:36 & Exodus 6:6) It brings salvation... (Isaiah 52:10 & 53:1) and releases authority over men, beasts, & the earth. (Jeremiah 27:5)

Along with the Arm is coming the Light. The light exposes darkness and makes the way for truth to come in. The Right Arm of God brings lovingkindness and at the same time judgment. All of us will be given the opportunity to yield under the mighty Hand of God, and when we do, we will Arise and Shine as in Isaiah 60:1-3. Darkness is covering the Earth and great darkness the people, BUT the Lord will ARISE over you and His Glory will be seen upon you!

A Word for the Oregon Territory

For I see pillar of fire, yes, a pillar of fire over what was once called the "Oregon Territory." A pillar of holy fire says the Lord. As the pillar of fire led them by night in the desert, so is my fire kindled in this "Oregon Territory."

It shall be as a sign, and a landmark to the whole earth of My power and dominion. It shall be seen from a-far, as a bright shining light of deliverance. A city upon a hill that cannot and will not be hid. I have set you as a defense of the gospel. From your heart shall come a prophetic evangelism that shall strike the waters of the Jordan to make a way for my people to cross says the Lord. Upon you "Oregon Territory" shall be a double portion of My glory. I say to you, try Me and see of this does not come to pass even this year, and into 1999. For I have declared it and will hasten it to come to pass. For you are as one that gives birth. You are heavy with child. I travail until my Son is formed in you. The time is nigh that this birthing will take place says the Lord.

Apostles shall be established in your borders, I will build My end time church within you. You shall be a launching pad to the nations, many in foreign soil will declare of you, "Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord!" The whole earth will call you blessed.

Now is the time My people! Refrain no longer. Launch out into the deep, and see if you do not take in and awesome catch! My word has declared it, and so shall it come to pass. Upon your foreheads "Oregon Territory" is the word "LIBERATED." You shall rise as a giant to cast the shadow of LIBERTY across the land. In you shall be the hope of the nations.

Seattle. Your time of visitation is at hand. You have only tasted the early and not the latter rains. I AM about to pour upon you the showers of shekinah glory that I promised to your forefathers so long ago.

Portland. You have I made ready as a farmer would make ready his field. The time of GREAT harvest is upon you. Like a fisherman repairs his nets, so have I repaired and prepared you Portland, to reap and faint not says the Lord.

This is the hour of My glory upon you, lift up your heads, for My redemption draws nigh...

A Word to Washington State

A time of unsettling is upon you. The things and the weights and the sin that so easily has beset you is being shaken. Those things that can be shaken will now be removed says the Lord. They shall be removed. The things that have obstructed the move of My Holy Spirit for My childrens' sake, shall be removed. They shall be spit out like a lukewarm thing says the Lord.

"And now the axe is laid to the root of the trees, therefore every tree which brings not forth good fruit is cut down, and cast into the fire..." (Matthew 3:10)

The prophetic remnant that has been hid and concealed is now in this hour being revealed. I am bringing them to the forefront with anointing and power. Like living stones, they will begin to cry out. They will not be stifled or constrained any longer, My Word will be heard in the land. They will declare things that have been hidden and in the dark, they will bring them to the light in this hour. They will shine and not be extinguished says the Lord. Their passion will not be quenched. I will defend them, I will fight for them, and all that can be shaken will be cast away.

"Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the Day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire, and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is." (1st Cor. 3:13)

The oppressed will now be free! The stifled and rejected will now speak. Those that have been refrained and restrained will now arise with the glory of the Lord in their eyes! Fire will precede them, revival will follow them! My voice in them will be heard in the land. This is My will and My command, My servants will not stumble but stand! Says the Lord!

"I counsel thee to buy of Me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness does not appear, and anoint your eyes with eye salve that you may see..." (Revelation 3:18)

A cloud of political unrest overshadows you. Some have chosen the lie. Now in this season the fresh breath of reason and wisdom will blow over you, you will now respond to my question, "Come, let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool." Now is the time to fulfill the purposes I have put in you says the Lord. Now is the time to remove the spirit of heaviness and replace it with the garment of praise! Now is the time! Now is your time!

"...When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, neither shall the flame kindle upon you..." (Isaiah 43:2)

You have looked from afar off and said, "How long Lord? How long? How long will we have to wait for the sound of an abundance of rain?" I declare to you, O Washington, " a sound of an abundance of rain", a distant thunder, a great catch, a move of My Spirit upon the deep, a harvest is upon you. The weak of My flock will now say, "I am strong!" The poor among you will surely declare, "I am rich because of what the Lord has done for me!"

I have long suffered, now I will save. I have waited patiently for you, now I will come. As an all consuming fire I will come. As a purifier and refiner of silver I will come. "And I will come near to you in judgement; and I will be swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow and the fatherless, and turn away the stranger from his right, and fear not Me, saith the Lord of Hosts. For I am the Lord, I change not; therefore you sons of Jacob are not consumed." Says the Lord.

Earthquakes are Coming

For in this hour the plates and the foundations are being moved. Places that have seemed safe and stable are shifting out of place. What was called "firm" in this hour will be moved. Even on the day of Pentecost it was preceded by chaos, even so now shall it be - chaos before Pentecost. Even as the ground shook on the day that I first released My Spirit so shall the ground shake, it shall shake and the mountains will be removed. The high places will be made low, the low places high in this day that I will do these things.

Even on that day that the ground shook and the graves were opened and the old saints walked again, the graves shall be opened in this hour and the mantles of those that walked the earth and caused it to shake then, so shall these mantles walk the earth again. They will be released on My people with signs, wonders, and miracles. The earth is about to shake, the elements are going to be moved, and My heart will be revealed in these things. Even from the grave they will hear My voice, for this day is upon you, when even those in the graves will hear My voice. They shall hear, "LAZARUS, COME FORTH!"

The governmental foundations will tremble and fall under My hand, and in its place will My Kingdom be established. A great shaking is upon you. When it happens then you will say, ‘It was told to us these things must first come to pass and then Pentecost…’ I will open your eyes as on the road to Emmaus and your hearts will burn inside of you, as these things are brought to your remembrance. The foundations will shake and the veil will be rent in two.

‘Signs in the heavens above and the earth beneath, blood, fire and pillar of smoke.’ I will confirm My word with signs following. It is the hour that the anointing of the ‘two witnesses’ will be revealed. Nothing will be able to destroy the sound of My voice, nothing will be able to stop My hand says the Lord. The earth will shake and the pillars will be moved. For in this shaking My precious stones will be revealed, the diadems, My jewels. I will dress them with an ephod of My glory, they will shine! It is time! Now it is time! ‘Arise, shine; For your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you…’ (Isa. 60:1)

The ground will tremble at the sound of My army. The ground will shake and the foundations will be moved. For the spiritual plates are shifting. The graves are opening. The mantles are rising, to walk on the earth once again. ‘Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet, before the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he will turn the hearts of fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers…’ (Malachi 4:5-6)

‘The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies.’ (Isa. 42:13). For I will utter My voice before My camp and the earth will tremble! The fortified cities will shake and the walls will fall.

The darkest places shall be revealed, the grossest darkness will fall back under the weight of this glory. Chains and bonds will melt when touched by this flame, this light. My glory will be seen by all the earth, it will be seen but not comprehended. It will be revealed but not extinguished. The smoke of the chaff will fill the sky. Great will be the days that are upon you. They will eclipse the days of Moses and Aaron, they will blot out the days of Joshua and Hur. They will say of these days, ‘we have never seen such a thing…’

Now I say to you! Open your eyes! I say, open your eyes! ‘…For those who are with us are more than those who are with them…’ (2 Kings 6:16). ‘Do not be afraid, but speak, and do not keep silent! For I am with you! And no one will attack you to hurt you; for I have many people in this city…’ (Acts 18:9-10).

Now is the time that the earth will shake, ‘Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven…’ (Hebrews 12:26). ‘Suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were loosed…’ (Acts 16:26). The prisons shall shake, and those things that have bound My people shall be loosed! The doors of the prisons will be opened and the captives will go free!

‘And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, AND THEY SPOKE THE WORD OF GOD WITH BOLDNESS.’ (Acts 4:31). Great boldness is coming upon My army, they will have no more fear and intimidation, they will roar out of Zion with fire on their lips! They will rule the nations with a rod of iron. The earth will tremble and shake. The gates of bronze shall give way and be broken ‘and the King of glory shall come in…’

‘The wicked flee when no man pursues, but the righteous are as BOLD AS A LION.’ (Proverbs 28:1) You are My roar says the Lord! You are my feet, and You are My hands, you will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. You will say to the blind, "See!" And they will see. Now is the time of My visitation. Chaos before Pentecost, prepare yourself for the shaking, ‘a great earthquake,’ for it will come to pass quickly, but the prisons shall be shaken and the doors opened, and the boldness of the Lion of Judah shall rest upon you to take and possess the land in these days. A boldness to cross over the Jordan, and enter the land. Prepare…for within three days you will cross over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land which the Lord your God is giving you to possess…’ (Joshua 1:11)

Highway of Wheat

Pacific Northwest

In May, 1999, on the way to a conference in Eastern Washington, I had a vision. As I was looking at the highway going through young wheat fields, the highway became a stream bed with a stream running along it. The water increased until it was a roiling flood flowing along the highway that formed the bed of the river. Then the most amazing thing happened, the water became kernels of wheat. It was like the largest grain elevator in the world had burst and the wheat was rushing along the highway bed. The Lord spoke to me that this represented the harvest to come in this area. The wheat was also the Bread of Life.

On our way back home from the conference, we were travelling west along the Columbia River on the Oregon shore. I looked in the sky and saw an enormous angel. He was stretched out overhead with his feet over Washington, his body stretched across the Columbia River, and his arms extended over Oregon. In his right hand was a large sword which I felt like the Lord was saying to me represented the Word of God that needed to be applied over Oregon. All weekend I had been praying, "Lord bring heaven down now", as I was dancing with banners as intercession instruments. I felt like the Lord confirmed to me that He was definitely calling me to battle in the Spirit in this way, and the banners were like a sword in my hand tearing holes in the shroud over this area that has kept the glory of the Lord from being fully manifest.

A Word for Entering The New Millennium

Prophetic report submitted by Jim Goll:

1. There will be a great harvest of Jews, which will begin during this decade. This will particularly affect the Russian Jews around the world.

There will be what some missiologists term a People Movement among them. There will also be a persecution of the Jews in Russia that will notably escalate during the fall of 2000. This is so serious that it requires an immediate response from the church in prayer. We believe it is the devil's strategy to precipitate another holocaust, and that this prayer will help open a window of escape for those feel called to leave and a protection to those who are called to stay (Jeremiah. 16:15-16).

2. It is important to intercede for Russia for the breaking of famine because if we fail to do it, we can expect an invasion of Alaska by Russia for the bounty of Alaska.

3. A great youth revival is coming in America. Schools will be shaken for the glory of God. Many young people will be drawn to the church as they were during the Jesus Movement . God warned us that we must be ready to receive them or we might miss this move of God. This means that among other things we must prepare our people not to criticize them if their hair is Technicolor and they have body piercing or tattoos. God Himself will change their hearts, but we must not let false legalism drive them away. There is also a new Samuel generation of young children who will prophesy and restore the Word of the Lord to their generation.

4. A new signs and wonders movement is coming which is significantly greater than what was seen in the days of the post World War II healing evangelists. Part of the fruit of this movement will be healing centers which will be built around the world devoted to praying for the sick and casting out demons. (Luke 10). One of the distinctions of this movement will be raising the dead. This will break barrenness off the Church and such great fruitfulness will result that whole cities will turn to Christ and be transformed.

This move of God will be so powerful that the church will gather in stadiums to worship, both the church in given regions as well as some local churches which will grow so large that they will fill stadiums for their celebration worship services. This will grow out of what some call saints movement in which large numbers of ordinary believers will be mobilized to win the lost, to cast out demons and to heal the sick.

5. The world wide church will awaken to its responsibility to reach and lift up the poor and oppressed as we read in Isaiah 58:7-12.

6. There will be a great move of the Holy Spirit among women. Many women will be released in the fivefold ministry and they will be used in the great worldwide revival, which is coming.

7. A time of shaking is increasing on the earth (Haggai 2:6-8; Heb. 12:25-31). These shakings will affect the following areas: a. The economic structures: It is time to be right with God because in the midst of the economic shakings the church will arise and enjoy increased protection by God as we walk in faith, in holiness and in purity and as we learn God s kingdom principles for economics. It is important to invest in Kingdom structures rather than in the world s economic systems in this hour. b. Shakings in the elements: There will be an increase in severe weather patterns, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes and other disasters. c. Government shakings: God is going to shake Government. Rulers will bow their knee to the Lord of Glory and dedicate their nations to the Lord Jesus Christ. d. The Government of God kingdom will be established through the apostolic and prophetic authorities in cities and nations.

8. A fresh holiness movement will spring up [in the] church in America. If this does not penetrate the entire fabric of America society, God will once again shake the economy of this nation as in the Great Depression.

9. We will see tremendous transfers of wealth into the Kingdom of God through the ministry of market apostles (those with apostolic anointing for business and other areas of society).

10. Muslim nations of Eurasia will form alliance with the nations to their north for political and military purposes. Pray that God will keep open the doors for harvest.

11. The church will be in key transition period between 2000-2003. During this period the youth in particular will be transitioning into revival. It is especially important for the apostolic government to be initially established and functioning in our cities by Oct 2003 if we are to see the transformations that God wants to release.

12. The Holy Spirit is placing a special emphasis on the northwest [region of the U.S.] for a new revival. It is God's desire for a mighty move of the Holy Spirit to fall on Washington DC and that true revival will touch our government.
