I saw an image in my spirit that had me stop and take notice. I saw a round fired from a rifle that traveled a great distance finally arriving at its intended target and punching a hole in the 10-ring. The image was very familiar to me.
Back in the day, I was a Combat Firearms Instructor. I watched thousands of rounds fired from handguns, shotguns, and rifles punch holes through paper targets at a variety of distances. Pulling the trigger and seeing a hit on a range target was a distinct and immediate experience. What I saw this morning was different.
The round I saw carried the bullet of a prayer of faith that had navigated a great distance over time and space through a variety of spiritual meteorological conditions. It never wavered in its course. As the trigger of that single prayer was pulled the bullet began its journey carried by the precise balance of proper bullet weight and construction and the powder load of God’s faithfulness. It was fired like a sniper who had worked up the dope of a single shot firing from a great distance and striking a target with lethal accuracy.
In the coming days, we will see Spirit-guided rounds of fulfilled prayer arrive and strike with precise accuracy inflicting fatal wounds to the plans of hell. Individuals and families will wake up in the morning free from a generational hostage situation that held the family line in a place of captivity. Over-confident dark spiritual forces that have taken control of governments and institutions of culture will be dropped by these incoming rounds.
Some of these prayers were fired from great distances, even centuries ago, not knowing their intended targets. At the time, the prayers seemed odd and unreal to the ones praying because they lacked a known context, but they prayed anyway. We will see and experience the results of their obedience.
Not every prayer promises an immediate strike in our lifetime. Some prayers must travel through vast expanses of time and space for a scheduled arrival somewhere in the future. Their impact will surprise all who are present to witness their unannounced arrivals.

It's Time to Hone
Some few days past I was hearing The Lord speak to me "hone", "It's time to hone". And I am not able to let this short word and phrase go, nor of course do I want to let this go!
I understood this in part, as a message that it is 'time to sharpen, clean-up the rough edges and smooth-out....' = hone......... and as I looked up this word for further understanding I did discover this example:hone: As in, 'to sharpen a blade with a whet' (or whetstone). Pondering this with Lord the scrip came to me,
"...... the sword of The Spirit which is the Word of God." - Eph. 6:17
Many folks understand the wonderful armor and this magnificent 'sword' brought forth in Ephesians as our written scriptures, our bible -- and I agree with this! However, I also understand this 'Sword / Word' weapon as that Word from God that Holy Spirit may speak to you and I freshly, now, today.
I, we, or whomever this that I write may also speak to (?) ....... presently need to hone. We can clear out the wax from ear canals, as it were; anoint our 'eyes with eyesalve that we may see', place our feet in freshly polished boots upon the royal Way, clean accumulated muck off of our spiritual antennae (so to speak), plus more and various depending upon our personal need -- honing ourselves on and of The Rock (Jesus, our whetstone) for whatever we have need to be cleaned, smoothed, cleared and sharpened.
Thus we may then stand prepared to receive from HIM with cutting edge clearness. I believe our Lord desires us to hear with smooth clarity sharp-to-the-point messages, in whatever form HIS revelation presents to us -- useful clear prophetic now-today-word from our Lord, for ourselves to wield and for those we are to share with.
There is never a problem on our Lord's end and delivery of HIS' Word,
"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." - Heb. 4:12
"...and out of His mouth went a sharp twoedged sword;..." - Rev. 1:16
Rather the present problem of possible cloudy or unclear, unspecific receiving is on my / our end.
"...time to hone."
This ability to 'hear and/or relay clear messages from our Lord' is not received because of our in-gifted desire alone, but as I am given to understand this "hone" word delivered; this is our Lord Jesus' desire presently, through us and for HIS purposes.
As I wrote that last paragraph, I'm now getting a small vision of a very well dressed man-servant of long ago (1600's approx?, large plumed hat etc.). He is bowing low on one knee, removing his hat and crossing his arm and the hat across his chest, in a courtroom before a king sitting high on a splendid throne. Once bowed, with head down the servant is speaking to the king,
'At Your service Your Majesty'

BREAKTHROUGH! Things are about to change!
"And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. And he said, 'Let me go, for the day breaketh.' And he said, 'I will not let thee go, except thou bless me.' And he said unto him, 'What is thy name?' And he said, 'Jacob.' And he said, 'Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed.'" Genesis 32:24-28
God has downloaded this message to me that I want to share with you:
Things are about to change! It is a dawning of a new day and a new day is dawning! During this season, there are some things you will have to wrestle with alone, and unless you wrestle with those things, you will not see the blessing that God has downloaded into the equation of destiny, purpose and time manifested. There is a place in God where the space is big enough for ONLY you. Once you are there, you must press into His Secret Place. In this place you will have the greatest opportunity to wrestle with life-altering issues in prayer. Like Jacob, you will experience a sense of aloneness. It is the safest place to spend what I call "me-time." Everyone needs "me-time"--a time for you to discover who you really are. A time where you are not defined by what you do or did, but who God originally designed you to be. Do not allow others to define who you are. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. Do not mistake your aloneness with loneliness. There is a difference between loneliness and aloneness. Loneliness occurs when there is an involuntary and obvious absence of people who contribute to your sense of belonging. Aloneness, on the other hand, is a voluntary state wherein a person positions himself/herself in a place of solitude and separation. In this text, Jacob chose solitude, so that he could wrestle with his destiny and future.
Wrestle With Your Destiny--"I Will Come Out With More!"
In this season, you must find your place of solitude to wrestle with your destiny. This is a season where prayer and fasting will catapult you into a realm of prosperity, health and success. When you choose this place, you will soon discover that you have chosen to dwell in the secret place of the Most High God. Wrestling with personal issues in this place will always cause you to emerge with more than what you discard there. You will always prevail over the enemy in this place. If you feel that you will come out with less, it means the enemy has prevailed over your life. Stay in this place with God until you break through. This is not the season for the enemy to prevail; this is the season for the Body of Christ to prevail. Decree and declare this over your situation: "I am coming out with more!" and "Lord, I will not leave until You bless me."
RATHER THAN WARFARE
Jacob's name was associated with a reproach. He had to wrestle with this because his name caused him to be stigmatized. The name Jacob, meaning supplanter and schemer, affected him in a very deep way. It was not only his birth name, but it had now become an integral part of his nature. All of his life he had to fight for everything that he acquired. He felt he had to take life in his own hands. Have you ever been in the place where your whole life and existence was predicated upon one fight after another? You are fighting for attention, fighting to be heard, fighting for peace, fighting for your life. Even now, you may be wrestling with some deep financial, emotional, spiritual, or personal issues. God spoke to me and told me that this is the ending of a season of warfare and the beginning of a season of rest. The struggle is over! You are no longer wrestling with the devil but with your own destiny.
So you might as well give in to the will of God concerning your life. God has given you power over all the power of the enemy. Now allow God to activate the hidden power and potential for growth and development, beyond your yesterday experiences. He has the power and holds the secrets to unleashing your true and authentic nature and removing all stigmas and attachments to your name.
Have you ever been to a point where you feel you have to take life into your own hands? Sometimes life gets desperate; you don't see any other way to survive. All of the odds were stacked against you, and you had to make your own way. You have been there for others, but when it was your turn, no one was there for you. I have been there too, but I learned to cast all my cares upon God.
And Celebration
Life happens in cycles of seven. You have completed one cycle, and you are starting a new cycle of seven. How you exit one season determines how you enter a new season. You have to be able to walk out of the old in order to access the new.
God is re-programming your ear to hear a different kind of frequency. He is synchronizing and syncopating you to His symphonic and choreographic movements. I decree that in this season you will be in sync with the divine timing of God.
Everything in 2008 will work according to the timing of the Lord. The first quarter is already past, and what you hold as priority in the first quarter is going to determine what is going to happen in the next seven years. As with music, in order to move into a new movement, you must resolve the previous movement. Do not try to enter this new season without resolving things from the past season.
What God is doing in the first quarter is providing the thrust needed to begin anew and to experience breakthrough. Many of you have battled last year; you were in a cycle of frustration, lack, desperation, and it seemed as if things were not going to change. Like the proverbial saying, "If it was not one thing, it was another." Once you got through one challenge, another one was right on its heels. Do not despair. Help and divine intervention are on the way!
There are many believers that are falling between the cracks. The devil wants to keep you in an old cycle, a cycle where he had control over your destiny. The enemies of your soul want to create a cycle where you don't break through to the next level.
AT THE WRONG TIME?
You could be doing the right thing at the wrong time. Do not allow the spirits of frustration, distraction, anxiety, doubt or fear cause you to miss God in this season. You have to stay focused in this season. This is the year of breakthrough.
During this season, you are being transitioned into a new "me."
I hear the Lord say, "What is happening is you are ending a season of warfare, and you are entering a season of rest and celebration. A season where I will display and manifest My governmental anointing through you. What is needed now is thrust, momentum, consistency and commitment. Don't let up; don't give in. Hold fast to the profession of your faith. I am thrusting you into position where you will have to make some very hard decisions in order to seamlessly and smoothly move into something that is new. Therefore, this year will be a year of release, a year of circumcision and a year of new beginnings. You must release some things and some people. I will release some things to you, and some things will be released to you by people. I will release new mantles, gifts, anointing and opportunities."
No more stagnation; the water is rising. Water represents movement of the Holy Spirit; water represents the flow of the anointing. You must let go of the old in order to access the new. You will experience breakthrough shortly. A breakthrough is a sudden burst of anointing and revelation-knowledge that propels an individual or ministry past the point of an impenetrable threshold, shattering strongholds and then establishing new paradigms and relationships. I decree that this is your year for a breakthrough.
This Is The Year Of Open Heavens!
This is the year of the supernatural, exponential progression. God will do for you in the next 12 months what you could never do for yourself in 12 years. This is the year of the open heavens--the clouds are clearing. The sun will shine. He will cause His voice to be trumpeted and cause you to triumph over your enemies. This year will be characterized by open portals. Look for divine opportunities and supernatural ideas. He will make you first and not last. You will have dominion! He will cause you to progress. He will supernaturally cause you to accomplish great things. This is not just the era of the pulpit; this is the era of the pew. You are going to break through in your prayer life. God will release a new governmental anointing on your prayer life. You will no longer pray earthbound prayers; you will be able to make declarations from Heaven's supreme court. He will give you supernatural increase, and there shall be no more lack! You will decree a thing, and it shall be established. You don't have to settle for a good life; you can have the perfect life.
My prayer for you:
Father, You are perfect in all of your ways. You have measured the borders; You have weighed the mountains and scales in a balance. I thank You that things are about to shift--that we have entered into a new season.
I decree and declare 2008 is a year of new beginnings. I decree and declare that the courage, the capacity, the drive, the commitment and desire to walk away from old things and into the new is released into your Spirit now. As we proceed out of the first quarter, I decree we will not leave this quarter without seeing the manifestation of those things that were ordained before the foundation of this world.
I pray that we will be synchronized and syncopated to the timing of the Lord and that nothing will be withheld from us. I pray that we will now function without frustration and without hindrance. I decree and declare the heavens, and every portal, is swinging wide open. I decree access. I decree that everything in our lives is changing for the best. The struggle is over in Jesus' name! I command you to break through!

The Set Time
In this teaching titled The Set Time, I will share an important prophetic message about a shaking that will be coming primarily to the Northwest. We will discuss why it's God's desire to execute judgment against His adversaries at this set time. Before closing this teaching with a powerful prophetic act, we will examine how our prayers ascend into heaven and how they activate God's judgments in the earth.
The "set time" is now here for the fulfillment of God's promises as well as the fulfillment of our destinies. We need to prepare ourselves to pay the price that will be required of us when the fulfillments unfold. So we need to be extremely focused in this hour and pay attention to what God is saying to us; most of the time His voice is not heard audibly in our ear.
WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF GOD'S ANGER?
God is telling us that He will have vengeance on His enemies (Isaiah 61:2), and His Word always reflects His personality and character. Most of us don't like to think about God's anger and what could happen if He releases His fury against His enemies.
"Who can comprehend the power of your anger? Your wrath is as awesome as the fear you deserve." Psalm 90:11 NLT
But having said that, let's not forget that there is a place to receive mercy and find refuge when the day of trouble comes (Psalm 91:1-4).
God will cover us with His feathers and under His wings we shall find refuge! During our meetings, sometimes feathers manifest in mid air and gently fall upon the crowd. When this happens, it's a sign and a wonder to cherish because the feathers are a sign of God's kingdom among us, but there's more. I believe this wonder is also meant to comfort and remind us that when the storms come, when God's judgments come, He will spread His feathery soft wings over us when we run for cover under His wings.
"He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler." Psalm 91:4 NKJV
SHAKING IN THE NORTHWEST
I believe it's on God's heart right now to warn us that we need to prepare ourselves for the upheavals that are ahead. We're asking: "What's next? Is there a shifting in the spirit, not just in the Northwest, but also globally?" Yes, we see this shaking happening globally and it's about to happen here. The Lord spoke to me recently, saying: "Yes, in the Northwest there will be a shaking. A shaking unlike any other shaking we have seen in the Northwest."
Before we discuss what this shaking means, I want to share one encounter I recently had. I was praying at home in my living room and suddenly there was a flash of light. Instantly I received a divine sense, a divine revelation, and I knew that I was having a visitation with the angel called "Promise." Only a few times in seven years have I ever seen this angel. When this angel comes, its assignment is to announce the fulfillment of a word that we have received from the Lord. Often the word has come with confirmations repeatedly over the years.
There actually are angels in heaven that oversee answered prayer. They oversee what God has promised so that it is released in our lives, cities, and nations. I believe that this angel's visitation is connected to the set time that we are in now concerning two significant themes: God's desire to execute vengeance on His adversaries and God's desire to fulfill His promises in our lives.
JUDGMENT RELEASES BLESSINGS
GOD IS JUDGING HIS ENEMIES
There are two elements involved when God executes vengeance on His adversaries -- judgment and blessing. So let's turn to Isaiah 64:1-3:
"Oh, that You would rend the heavens! That You would come down! That the mountains might shake at Your presence -- as fire burns brushwood, as fire causes water to boil -- to make Your name known to Your adversaries, that the nations may tremble at Your presence! When You did awesome things for which we did not look, You came down, the mountains shook at Your presence." NKJV
When God makes His name known to His adversaries, whole nations are going to tremble and shake in His presence! Why? Because God is rending heaven and He is coming down in a holy visitation, bringing judgment against His adversaries. It's not judgment on people or judgment on the church. God is releasing judgment right now and it's showing up with whole nations shaking and trembling -- earthquakes. It's God judging Islam. It's God stepping into the war on terror and He is opposing that Islamic spirit.
However, that's only one part of it. Christians are crying out against homosexuality, same-sex marriages, and the drug culture. They are crying out for the
Now listen. When the judgment of God comes, He is responding to the prayers of the saints who are crying out for righteousness and justice. When we pray for righteousness to prevail in the earth, there comes a set time when God judges unrighteousness, and it's for a purpose:
"For when Your judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness." Isaiah 26:9b NKJV
When God releases judgment there will be those in the earth who will turn to Him. So judgment is blessing, but sometimes it shows up with natural disasters. And the Lord will be looking for a way to release mercy to people in the midst of judgment, because His judgments are against demonic principalities so that revival can come.
REVIVAL IS COMING!
GOD REVEALS HIS SECRET COUNSEL TO HIS SERVANTS THE PROPHETS
The Holy Spirit uses certain prophets in a specific way. How I am used is that when I prophesy certain things, something usually happens immediately or almost right away. I can look back and see that when I have said at different times that earthquakes will happen (in a certain area), within a few days an earthquake did hit that area.
Not long ago I was in Birmingham, Alabama, and the first night of the conference I was caught up into the spirit and saw three major highways coming into Birmingham. I saw revival coming into the city from the north. I gave a specific prophetic word over the region. The Lord told me to tell the people that they will know my words are true when tornados and floods hit Birmingham. When we left, floods and tornados came into Birmingham.
In July 2004, I was in a meeting in Vacaville, California, when I had an open vision. I saw a massive arch angel (the rank of an arch angel assigned over a continent) with one foot on Indonesia and one foot on Malaysia. Next I saw a tsunami wave rise up out of the sea and, in the crest of the tsunami wave, I read the word REVIVAL. Then I saw the tsunami wave hit Indonesia, Malaysia, and S.E. Asia. So I prophesied what I saw as a word of knowledge as well as asking if there was anyone from Malaysia and Indonesia in my meeting. Four pastors from Malaysia stood up and one man stood up from Indonesia.
These five people took the prophecy back to Indonesia and Malaysia and they printed it out. All the churches and the pastors were reading the word. So, when

When the tsunami happened, the entire world said, "Destruction! Oh, God, why? Why would God allow this to happen? This is judgment. 300,000 lost their lives." But listen! The crest of the wave said REVIVAL! Who would have thought revival would come with a tsunami and an earthquake? Now, one church has grown to 5,000 people, and in the same congregations where we met before the tsunami, different manifestations are happening -- gold dust, diamonds, and feathers are appearing.

Also, not long ago, I was in Long Island, New York, and prophesied publicly, "The third earthquake will hit the Pacific." Two mornings later the island of Sumatra was hit with a 6.2 earthquake (aftershock). Recently, in Toronto, Ontario, I was with two dozen people when I prophesied, "Mark my words. Japan will be hit with an earthquake. It's the fourth one coming to the Pacific." The earthquake hit Japan a few days later. It was a 5.6.
WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?
What does all this mean? We need to understand that God's judgments are released as answers to prayer to ultimately bring blessing and to fulfill His promises. And now we are bringing another prophetic word and this time it's for the Northwest. There will be a shaking. There will be a trembling. But I am going to tell you, the shaking will not only release God's promises and God's destiny, it's going to release revival.
Let's remember in the shaking, let's remember in the earthquake in Japan and in the disaster in Indonesia, let's remember that God is saying: "REVIVAL!"
And so, as we prepare in the Northwest for a great shaking, let's remember when it takes place it's a sign that something is about to be released. I don't know how quickly we will see a shaking and a shifting in the Northwest and I don't even know exactly what the shaking is going to look like. It may be an earthquake, it probably will be. But there is even more of a shaking than that coming in the Northwest. I sense that it will be unlike anything ever recorded that's been recorded in over 1,000 years. They don't even have documents that far back. So guess what? We don't have records!
However, God wants us to have an idea about what He's doing. God is making His name known against His adversaries. That's why this year, in 2005, you're going to hear of incredible shakings and tremblings around the world unlike those recorded in any other year. We will see earthquakes of magnitudes that have never been recorded before. And it's not just Indonesia, Malaysia, and Japan. Those are just the first. It's going to be happening all year long. The earthquakes are signs of this next revival! And God isn't leaving us in the dark. He's telling the watchmen and the prophets so that the warning is sounded. And so we must pay attention to what the Lord is telling us to do and then do it. Some of what He will command us to do may be uncomfortable to us, but we must obey Him. Our lives and the lives of others may well depend on our obedience.

"THE SEVEN THUNDERS OF GOD" - by
ROARING RELEASES GOD'S PURPOSES IN THE EARTH
When I was in Indonesia I led the people in my meeting to roar, and the roar lasted for a half hour! Roaring not only releases what's been tied up, it tears down principalities. When we roar like a lion, when the Lion roars, something happens in the spirit -- the seven thunders of God will come. We're going to see the seven thunders spoken of in Revelation 10. God is going to judge His enemies. There is a roar of the Lion that is coming in the body of
Just over 10 years ago when I heard about the manifestation of the roar of the Lion happening in the Toronto Blessing meetings, I told the Lord that I would roar like a lion if He wanted me to. When I was in a meeting in Toronto, I knew I was supposed to roar, but I didn't want to let it out in front of everyone. Eventually I let it go, but it was a pathetic roar! Awful! Then I let it go again and, when I did, I saw the map of Canada come in front of me and the groanings of the Spirit for Canada to see the nation set free. As I roared over Canada, I could see the veil of religion over every province in Canada coming down. So the next day God said, "
God said, "The seven thunders are seven judgments on the seven seas and the seven continents. They are not judgments on people. They are judgments on principalities. When they begin to happen, tremendous catastrophes will begin to hit the earth and people will die and get hurt. But I am not judging people in the sense of directly judging people. (Why?) Because of the prayers of the saints that have gone on in those areas of the world. They will literally call down My glory and My power and things will get judged and there will be catastrophes."
Scripture (Revelation 8:3-5) reveals that there are angels in heaven that oversee the prayers of the saints. As the bowls are being filled in heaven, it's those angels that are assigned to throw the answered prayers of the saints back to the earth. That's answered prayer. But how does prayer come back to the earth? In noises, thunderings, lightnings, and in earthquakes (v. 5)! That's why revival will come, because the heavens will open because the prayers of the saints will be cast down; and when they get cast down and hit the ground, there will be tremendous catastrophes.
Look at Revelation 10:2-3:
"He had a little book open in his hand. And he set his right foot on the sea and his left foot on the land, and cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roars. When he cried out, seven thunders uttered their voices." NKJV
The roar of the lion brings forth the thunders of God. When the thunder happens, then the lightning comes -- and lightning is judgment (Revelation 8:5). There are judgments that are hitting the earth. Unless we know what's going on, we're going to think that the devil is in control and everything is haywire. No. God is in control!
GOD WILL NOT WORK ALONE
The Lord also revealed to me (Charlie) that He is waiting for us to co-labor with Him in executing vengeance against His adversaries (Psalm 149:6,7) -- and so are the martyrs! I kept hearing a cry getting louder and louder in my spirit: "How long, O Lord, holy and true, until You judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" (Revelation 6:10 NKJV).
Then God said, "They're not waiting for me, they're waiting for you. They're waiting for the full number of the martyrs to come to pass."
We don't like that word in North America. We don't like the word martyr. We don't like the word about giving our lives as martyrs. We like the word that they overcame by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony . . . But, what else? They loved not their life unto the death (Revelation 12:11). They are waiting for you and me to stand up and do what we are supposed to do.
God wants us to move out of the way so that He can judge our enemies. That's what repentance does. When you repent you literally move out of the way. The Bible says that if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged with the world (I Corinthians 11:31-32). God wants to judge our enemies and His enemies in our cities, but we have to get out of the way. That's why there is mercy and grace when we repent.
The roar releases the thunder and the lightning. Lightning in the natural clears the air. Father, let your lightning come today. Let your fire come! Let your power come! Let your judgment come! Let the roar of the lion return to the church. Let it come forth so that the thunders can come.
PREPARE YOURSELF
Now, let me (
The sound of the roaring is meant to continue! So I want to invite you to prepare yourself to roar in a few minutes. But first, let's remember that there is blessing in judgment. The shaking is about all nations coming to know the Desire of All Nations, Jesus Christ (Haggai 2:7). God will fill this temple with glory (v. 7). It's about the glory coming.
Through Haggai 2:6-9 God spoke this word to me recently: "I will shake heaven and earth. I will shake the sea and the dry land, because I am bringing the glory into the church in the midst of all the shaking, as nations are shaking. I am making My name known to My enemies. We are so close to it! This year, 2005, will be a year of shaking. Four earthquakes already in the Pacific Rim: Japan and three in Indonesia. The Lord told me that there is one more coming. That will be five. We are going to get ours as well; it could be a volcano or an earthquake. It could be both. That will bring us up to six shakings. Then we're going to see seven, eight, nine, ten shakings in other countries around the world because there is something being released in God's glory and there is something being released in God making His name known. God is judging His enemies. This is how we are going to take cities, regions, and nations.
HERE WE GO!
As the Spirit begins to move there is going to come a war cry from the Lion of the tribe of
Listen to this: "The Lord also will roar from Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem; the heavens and earth will shake, but the Lord will be a shelter for His people, and the strength of the children of Israel."
The Lord will roar from Zion and He will utter His voice. God's voice is in the roar prophesying to His enemies. The Lord will roar from Zion and His voice will go forth from Jerusalem. The heavens and the earth will shake because of His roar. The Lord will be a shelter to His people and the strength of the children of Israel when they roar.
The Bible also says when the roar of the Lion goes up in the heavens (Hosea 11:10) it causes those who are in captivity and bondage to be released from their prison chains: sons, daughters, men, and women.
Let's roar again! I want you to see the prophetic voice of God being released in the roar right now! I want you imagine chains breaking, captives coming out of bondage. We roar for the release of the captives! Let it go! Roar!
