Calling Up the Discharged of God

Editor’s Note: Martin Best is a prophet known and loved in southwest Washington. God gave him these dreams nine years ago, and has only now given him permission to release the word. Note that the dream came eight months before Katrina.

CALLING UP THE DISCHARGED OF GOD:

Early on the morning of January 3, 2005, the Lord – as is His custom with me – gave me a dream with several different scenes in it that after His interpretation gives a “status” report in the current spiritual war.

In the first scene, I was assisting several governmental officials in another state work through several serious issues related to the results of a major planning exercise. The exercise was designed to gauge the needs of a major metropolitan area in one of the Southern coastal states. In this exercise the entire southern half of the state and large portions of neighboring states were severely impacted by a catastrophic hurricane that caused 10s of thousands of fatalities and hundreds of thousands of injuries. 

In the second scene I was in a hospital facility reviewing their preparedness as part of the exercise review. Throughout this portion of the dream I was overwhelmed by the lack of resources (people, hospitals, medical supplies, etc.) necessary to effectively respond to the disaster and help the impacted communities. As I walked through the hospital I was amazed at the number of injured and wounded individuals – it was as if we had moved beyond the “exercise” aspects and into an actual major natural disaster event. Simply stated there were more wounded than the doctors could care for.

In the third and final scene – it was as if I was being recalled to active duty in the Air Force. In the natural this made no sense to me because while I received an Honorable Discharge, the reasons behind my separation from active duty precluded me from ever “serving” in the military again – unless major changes were made in the laws and regulations. And yet here I was being given uniforms and a promotion to a rank several times higher than what I had prior to my discharge.

However, in the dream several things struck me – while the rank was an improvement, many of the uniforms still had the names of other individual and I was told that one particular style of uniform – the most effective one for camouflage – was not available to me or to anyone else except extremely high ranking officers. This bothered me and I expressed this to the individual trying to give me the uniforms and in fact it was my intent to go to the nearest Clothing Sales store and by the correct uniforms. I then woke up and began to pray about the dream, and then the Lord began to reveal His interpretation.

The current organization of the body of Christ is not prepared for the events that are about to transpire upon this world. As in the exercise – our shortcomings are many and tragically we are woefully unprepared.

The hospital scene showed that the Body of Christ is in severe need of medical care in both a physical and spiritual sense. However, the “doctors” of the established church are incapable of handling the tremendous need.

The third and final scene represents that God is calling back to active duty all of those that have been “discharged” from the “church” for whatever reason as long as they (the individuals being called up) are walking in holiness and righteousness and desire to serve God. No matter what happened before – right, wrong, or indifferent, God was calling up those “separated” in the past and He is placing them in new positions of authority and leadership. For their knowledge and talents are too critical to waste any longer and the pettiness of man has to be ignored.

And finally – the anointing that God is bestowing upon these individuals is a compilation of many other saints that wore “the uniform” before them and it is now being passed on to them. I felt strongly in my spirit that the Lord was making it very, very clear that this is an extremely serious time for the Church (being the sum total of all true believers). For as the Lord explained to me – that without the call-up of those “rejected by man” and their being restored to the fullness of His purposes – the Body of Christ will not be capable of meeting the impeding crisis that is about to come.

Phase II

Then on the Morning of January 10, 2005, the Lord gave me the next installment of dreams. The dream pick-up right about where the other one ended. I was standing in a room with a group of individuals that by their dress appeared to be in the military (USAF) and we were having to deal with a “crisis” situation. Changes were being recommended by the Commander-in-Chief (The President) that would have a serious and negative impact on our ability to conduct airborne reconnaissance of “enemy” countries. After some heated discussion I choose to address the topic directly with the commander – but was surprised by what I encountered.

When I entered the commander’s office I found the Commander-in-Chief (President Bush) along with several and his key security advisors. After overcoming my initial surprise and never being one to miss an opportunity – I politely and with reverence to his office – told him what I thought, why he was making a mistake and the impacts that I felt would occur to overall National Security should we give up certain elements of our airborne reconnaissance capability. 

As I watched his response trying to see if I would end up in jail or not, I thought that I had made progress in explaining my position – but all of a sudden he got up out of his chair, came around the commander’s desk and in one swift motion – he ripped the stripes off of my sleeves. (As a point of reference my highest rank prior to my discharge was Technical Sergeant E-6, and when I was promoted in the previous dream I was given the rank of Senior Master Sergeant E-8). The President then looked at one of his Military aids and told him to take off his officer’s insignia – he did so, handed them to the President and the President then turned and began to pin them on my lapels. 

I was absolutely surprised when I realized that I was being promoted again, but this time to the rank of Colonel (O-6) one step below a general officer. The President stated that he needed more individuals like me that were willing to pay the price for something that they believed in so strongly and that were able to make a case for their beliefs. There was then further discussion among the President, his staff, and the military leaders in the room and I was dismissed from the meeting.

Upon returning to my office area, the reconnaissance crews were grumbling and complaining about the decision to eliminate their mission – at which point I confronted them and informed them that the decision had been rescinded – making it a point to tell them that I had to go and do their job for them and in no uncertain terms expressing my thoughts on their lack of dedication and perseverance.

The Lord then began to speak to me regarding this dream just as He did in the first one. “My expectations and plans for you are far greater than you can imagine, as I have told you many times, but now you will begin to see the fruits of your faithfulness. Not only am I promoting you to a higher rank in My army – but with that will come greater authority and responsibility. For at the Colonel rank – you can command large bases of operations, you can be responsible for major special projects, and so much more.

However, My intent is to put you through an intensive training period over the next few months – but your new rank is only for a short period of time for I have not begun to reveal all of my plans for you as of yet – but as it has been prophesied over you – this is the year of your destiny and I will promote you to be a General to command armies”

Are there Prophetic Signs of a Third Great Awakening?

FIREBALL IN THE SKY

Bob Jones prophesied to Mike Bickle, when he was only 27 years old, that he needed to call a citywide fast in preparation for this move. And that on the first day of the fast, a comet previously undetected by scientists would flash across the sky as confirmation. On May 7, 1983, the first night of the 21 day fast, a comet previously undetected flashed across the sky. Many see that night as the beginning of what has now become the IHOP movement.

Over the next few days we’re going to further explore what this new move looks like. And we’ll look at a few confirmations of these prophetic perceptions, signs that cannot be manufactured or manipulated by the hand of man. Lets begin with a fireball that flashed across the skies of Missouri, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana only a week ago.

Fire in the Sky Once Again

On Thursday, April 15, Jolene and I were enjoying our second night at the IHOP Youth Awakening, which began on November 11, 2009. Over the past few days, we had spent much of our time in meetings, where we were honored to share insights the Lord had given us over many years on 11-11 and awakening.

The primary article we shared, called Covenantal Awakening, was originally posted on the Elijah List in November 2005. The article began by recounting how a fireball flashed across the sky on October 31, 2006 as a confirmation of a prophetic word on revival given at our church.

When we returned to our room Thursday evening, news reports began to filter in of a massive fireball, accompanied by sonic booms, seen that night in Missouri and four other midwestern states!

In both cases, the fireball in the sky was a meteor. It was as though God was using very personal language to confirm that the move we’ve all been praying for is truly now at hand. We are so grateful to the Lord for this!

With this we present to you the word “Covenantal Awakening.” Note that the word includes Jolene’s dream about the revival being “bigger than Finney.” We close the insights by exploring two primary covenantal legacies with Christ upon which our Nation has been founded.

Covenantal Awakening:

Fulfillment of Prophecies Point to New Season of Revival

In writing this prophetic perspective, I am keenly aware that we "see in part and prophesy in part." So let the witness of the Spirit guide you as we examine together recent events that indicate a major shift into a season of national awakening and revival.

In mid-October, Kim Clement prophesied there would be an "unusual occurrence" on October 31, which would be followed by a four-year season of harvest and the greatest move of the Spirit our nation has ever seen.

Kim prophesied this word at a conference with Cornerstone Fellowship in Frederick, MD, where Jolene and I serve as prayer coordinators. After talking with our pastors, we decided to pray as a church through the evening of October 31, standing for the Lord's promises to be fulfilled. Just after 9:00 p.m., while we were worshipping and praying, we experienced an "unusual occurrence." A few of the intercessors saw a huge fireball passing through the skies of Frederick!

Television news reported that the fireball was actually a meteor, seen from Philadelphia to south of Washington, D.C. Local 911 emergency centers were overrun with calls, and in the metro D.C. region, many reported the fireball was so bright it lit up the insides of their homes. One NASA scientist told a DC television station that "this is a rare event," and that he couldn't remember seeing another meteor this big in the past 12 years.

Confirming the Word

In line with Kim Clement's word, the fireball was definitely an unusual occurrence. I believe this was a sign from the Lord that the awakening we've all been praying for is now at hand. During the conference, Kim also reiterated a prophetic word he shared early in October that America would be mourning on October 31 and that within the dates of October 31 through November 1, our nation would be moving from death to life. He also prophesied that the breath of the Spirit would be restored in the northeast, with the eventual release of an anointing to even raise the dead in the greatest move of the Spirit our nation has ever seen.

Kim's word on the wind of the Spirit is remarkably similar to a prophecy given by Chuck Pierce in Vermont, on October 9.

On that night, Chuck prophesied that the awakening of the nation had begun and that the "north winds of awakening" would be released from Vermont, across the northeast and the nation. Later in the article, I'll share how these prophetic insights relate to America's covenantal heritage as a nation of awakening. But first, lets look at two significant events related to Kim's word that came to pass in Washington, D.C. on October 31.

More Confirmations on October 31

First, America truly mourned on October 31-- though not due to a terrorist attack or a hurricane. Instead, America mourned the loss of the great civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks. A devoted Christian, Parks' act of gentle defiance brought new meaning to our pledge of "liberty and justice for all." As one political leader noted, Rosa Parks wasn't just the mother of the civil rights movement, but she was "the mother of the America we grew to be."

Her passing was bittersweet. From October 30 through October 31, Parks became the first woman and the second African American to lie in honor in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol. Also on October 31, President Bush nominated Samuel Alito to serve as the next justice on the Supreme Court. Many speculate that Judge Alito, who currently presides over the Third US Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, could be key in overthrowing legalized abortion in our land.

Is it possible that, on October 31, Bush nominated a man called by God to shift America from a legacy of death to the empowerment of life? His very name caught our attention, as we had been praying for a nominee with the qualities of the biblical Samuel, who served in Israel as both prophet and judge. Down in Texas, Cindy Jacobs ended 40 days of prayer and fasting for the release of a new season of miracles in our land. Coincidentally, the last night of Cindy's fast was October 31 -- the day Rosa Parks was honored, Judge Alito was nominated, and a meteor blazed across the D.C. skies.

New Season of Awakening and Justice

Clearly, we have entered into a season where a "Third Great Awakening," promised by the Lord, is now being released. Jolene woke up from a dream this morning repeating the words "Bigger than Finney, bigger than Finney." Charles Finney was the primary catalyst of America's Second Great Awakening. Perhaps the Lord is saying that what's now at hand is even bigger than the Second Great Awakening, which Finney himself described as the greatest outpouring since the Book of Acts.

Interestingly, Charles Finney was a passionate abolitionist. The Republican Party was birthed in the embers of the awakening as an anti-slavery party, with Abraham Lincoln as its presidential candidate. But in truth, he could have been a Democrat. I believe that the Democratic Party was originally offered a mantle from the Lord to abolish slavery. When the mantle was refused, a new party was raised up out of the Democratic Party to shift America into this facet of God's justice.

Today, you won't find a Democrat with a pro-slavery platform. Instead, the Democratic Party has been a champion of civil rights for all. And fifty years from now, as the blemish of abortion is cleansed from America's soul, I prophesy that neither Democrat nor Republican will want to reinstate this practice because eradicating abortion is not a party issue -- it's a justice issue. At the outset of this Third Great Awakening, the Lord wants the governmental leaders of America to fully understand. He wants justice at our gates. We do not understand the consequences of ignoring this trumpet call. When the awakeners of Finney's era called for repentance, leading to a peaceful end to slavery, their plea was ignored. That's when the Civil War began.

Now, America is again divided over the issue of civil rights. This time it's the civil rights of the unborn. Will we pick up the mantle of justice, or will we retreat into division and see the reaping of the death we have been sowing as a nation? Truly, it is time for us to come out of our chambers and weep between the porch and the altar.

The Pilgrims Covenanted with God

When our forefathers stood against injustice, a nation of awakening was birthed. The Pilgrims set out for the new world to establish a land of religious freedom. On November 11, 1620, they signed the Mayflower Compact, entering into covenant with Jesus Christ by dedicating our land and government to "the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian Faith."

During both the first and second Great Awakenings, we saw two dimensions of this covenant with the Lord in manifestation. We saw God's glory -- the tangible manifestation of His presence and power -- across the land, resulting in societal transformation. And we saw evangelism -- the advancement of the Christian faith -- as unprecedented numbers of people turned to Jesus Christ.

The Huguenots Covenanted with God

Before the Pilgrims landed in Massachusetts, another weary group came to America seeking religious freedom. Led by Jean Ribault, the Huguenots established a settlement in Ft. Caroline, Florida, again with the hope of reaching nations with the gospel. The Huguenots at Ft. Caroline were martyred at the hands of Spanish conquistadors. Jean Ribault died chanting Psalm 132, literally begging God to make this nation a dwelling place for His presence. But instead of praying, "Lord remember the afflictions of your servant David," he prayed, "Lord remember the afflictions of your servant Jean. How he swore. . . not to give rest to his eyes, nor slumber to his eyelids, until he found a dwelling place for the mighty God of Jacob."

God remembers the cry of His friends. Part of this Third Great Awakening is that covenantal blessings aborted in previous seasons will find life and expression at this time. it is interesting to note that, centuries later, another forerunner was gripped by Psalm 132 and the dream in God's heart for our land to be a dwelling place for His presence. At the outset of his ministry, Mike Bickle came into covenant with the Lord, according to Psalm 132 -- a covenant that eventually brought forth the 24/7 International House of Prayer.

Prophecy Fulfilled: A Comet Across the Sky

This is where we come full circle. The IHOP movement began in 1983, when Bickle called a 21-day solemn assembly after receiving supernatural confirmation from prophet Bob Jones. Bob shared with Mike that the Lord was releasing a great move of the Spirit across North America and that a comet would flash across the sky on the day he started his fast. This comet, undetected by scientists, would be a sign from the Lord that revival was coming. Mike arbitrarily picked May 7 to start the citywide solemn assembly, and on that night, a comet previously undetected by scientists flashed across the sky!

The saga has not ended. It is like a cycle. What goes around- comes around. It is time NOW! There are signs that the Third Great Awakening is breaking on the horizon.

Do Not Fear The Coming Things

I feel the Lord is saying, "I am coming out of the book of Revelation, as the Rider of the white horse, who has on my loins, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. There is a company that is following Me, and I am riding into the middle of this nation, and I am bringing with Me the sounds of Heaven and the promises of your fathers and forefathers."

I feel the Lord saying, "I am beginning in the small places, the coastal regions, the hills, and there’s going to be the sound and noise of the hoofs of horses of heaven as they ride to this war of Revelation. As I begin to come, I am going to unleash a fresh sense of revival and renewal in this land. Because great calamities are coming upon this earth, but great, great things are going to arise simultaneously, and I am going to pour My Spirit out in such a way you will say, 'What calamities? What lack?'" "You will not be lacking. I will cause you to abound in every good work, and cause you to succeed." And you will say, 'The Lord is so gracious to us, even when the real estate bubble bursts, we were still blessed beyond our wildest dreams, and when gas went up, and when food went up, and when things happened and the drought came, it didn’t matter. He is the God of provision, He is the God of total provision, and we are rejoicing, and we are glad in the provision of the Lord.'"

The Lord said, "I shall bring increase to you. Do not fear the coming things, but position yourself for a blessing like you have never had before," and the Lord says, "I speak to the churches of this region, and I say I am coming to visit the churches of this region once again."

"When I stirred up My Spirit in the 20's and 30's in this region, there was an anticipation that something was happening that was of great value, in the core of the ground in this place." The Lord was putting His Spirit here for a particular reason and in the decades past. The Lord says, "And things quieted--things went on as they were," but the Lord says, "I am the God of remembrance, and the God of old landmarks, and I put my mark in this region of Oregon many decades ago, and I say this is a place…a holy place where I will put my foot." And the Lord says, "That I have remembered, and I am about to call in the promises, and I am about to stir the wells of renewal in these areas here, and I am about to visit many in these places like they have never been visited before."

"There shall be night season visitations to personal people. Pastors that are abiding in their fields, as in the gospels, shall see the angels saying, 'Behold, tonight is born unto you a revival and the empowering presence of the Holy One, and as you see the star, begin to follow it to the place of birthing of revival.'" You shall say, 'The Lord has blessed our homeland and blessed our region, because darkness surely is covering everything around us, but light is rising on us,' and you will hear the voice say 'Awake, thou that sleepest, for Christ shall give you life.' For there’s a time to anoint yourself and shake yourself like Sampson, and say ‘I’m about to do the Lord’s business here because His anointing is upon me and now is the time’."

The Lord says, "Fear not you inhabitants of this region, although shakings will come, and although the devastations will be around you to the right and to the left, remember the Lord’s writer of Psalms 91:7-12 who said": ‘a thousand shall fall at my side and ten thousand at my right hand, but it shall not come near me, because with my eyes I have beheld the reward of the wicked; for shall no evil befall me, neither shall any plague come near my dwelling, because the Lord has given His angels charge over me to keep me in their hands and they shall bear me up lest I dash my foot against a stone.'"

"I am your shield and your buckler, I am your truth, under My wings shall you shelter yourself, and in the secret place of the Most High shall you abide. Now I promise you that I shall shelter you in times of calamity, in times of sickness, in times of devastation, because when I married you I said we would go through this thing together and I am a God of covenant."

"I have made a covenant with you, and I will make your latter greater than your beginnings. In this time of visitation, I will bring such a feeling of joy and a feeling of rest and peace, that you will say, 'I will never, never, return to religion again. I will only want You, Lord, and the relationship You provide and the church of the redeemed of the firstborn that I am with. We want to just worship and have fun with You, be blessed by You, and be anointed by You, and go fishing with You, and bring the wealth of the wicked, and the resources of the earth and the men and women whom You have loved. Lord this is a time, an incredible time that You have given us--a window of opportunity to come out of our place of obscurity--like Joseph, and literally approach, command the throne of Pharaoh.'"

I feel the Lord is saying, "This is not a delay, this is not a going to be, this has already begun, and you are going to see the ramifications of My Spirit begin to move in this region." The Lord says, "I will deal with division that has been in this area, because it has been a spirit of division that was sent. Because of the great potential for this region, the enemy has divided you, so you can’t manage properly the success I have destined before in this place."

"I shall give you lands, I shall give you properties, and you have said, 'The properties are rising in this region, they are going up."" The Lord says, "Don’t worry as they go up. I will give you more resources to buy as they go up. It’s all relative."

The Lord says, "I am going to cause you to own vineyards in this place, and cause you to own buildings in this place, and cause you to own lands, and I will cause you to own things, because you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise."

"I shall bless you in the city, and I shall bless you in the field, and bless you coming in and bless you going out, and your seed shall be blessed," says the Lord. "This is pressed down, shaken together and running over, to the point that you say, 'I have to give away, because I have too much for myself.'"

The Lord says, "I shall cause you to lay up resources for your children and your children’s children because you are about to see the graciousness of the Lord and the bounty of the Lord in a way you have never seen before."

"For I am the Lord of covenant, and I have made covenant with your ancestors and father Abraham, that I would bless his seed. You’re his seed, and you are about to receive the fulfillment of that prophecy," says the Spirit of the Lord.

"Get your hearts ready to be blessed beyond your wildest imaginations."

"Get your spirit ready to carry an anointing like you have never carried before. Get your mind ready to handle miracles like you have never seen before."

"Get ready to prophesy, and interface with the world like you have never done before. Get ready, for the harvest is ripe, and I am sending you as laborers into the harvest to reap where other men have already sown."

"You are going to say, 'This is easy, because it is time; now is the time says the Spirit of the Lord, and I shall rebuke the devourer in this valley, in this mountain, in this region,'" says the Spirit of the Lord.

The Lord says for Oregon, "I shall rebuke the liberal devourers that are seated in the seat of government in this state." The Lord says, "I shall cause the plagues of Moses to come on those who are resisting the will of God. As Moses walked into the courts of Pharaoh--into the capital of Egypt--and began to declare, 'Let my people go, and let the righteous reign.'" And when Pharaoh resisted in his liberalism, the Lord brought curses against him and his household.

The Lord says, "You are going to see the beginning of the first curses against those who are blocking the will of God in legislature in this state."

The Lord said, "I shall cause many hearts to fail because of fear," and the Lord says, "I shall remove candlesticks right and left and replace those whom I have ordained for such a time as this, and you shall see a shift in the legislature. You shall see a shift in the places of power in this state. And you shall say, 'God is at work to redeem this state to the place of anointing and renewal that He has called it for.'"

The Lord says, "I shall bring this state back to the center of My purpose, and this region back to the center of My purpose and it shall be voiced all over the nation, ‘What is happening in the Pacific Northwest?’" My God! Washington, Oregon, Northern California…something’s up, because God has put His foot down on the Northwest and has declared this to be the House of God, Bethel, the very dwelling place of God.

The Last Move of God Was the Wilderness

On September 8, 2009, I had a night vision in which I was taken to an aerial view of various parts of the world. I was shown vast landscapes of lush grasslands that were teeming with new life. I could see exotic plants and trees and I knew in my spirit that what I was seeing was a new move from God that had come upon the earth to bring about a radical revival. Suddenly, a massive wave of destruction came upon the greenery. The whole scene was consumed and only a barren wasteland was left in its place. I watched in shock and felt disappointed and distressed at what I had witnessed. Then the audible voice of God spoke to me in the vision and said, "I released something new from Heaven but My people were not ready for it, so I had to bring a wilderness time to purge things that were not of Me." As I woke from the experience a very strong presence of God was in my bedroom.

Something New Started in 2005

The Holy Spirit spoke to me that God planned the start of something new in 2005, that would bring about a new level of anointing. This new level was intended to awaken a new revival. But because we were not ready for it, He changed it into a wilderness time instead. From 2005 to 2009, many people struggled through a major time of purging, testing and realignment. Wilderness experiences from God are necessary in order to refine and prepare us.

"Therefore I am now going to allure her; I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her. There I will give her back her vineyards, and will make the Valley of Achor a door of hope..."

God released many promises to the Church in 2005. Some promises have been delayed and are now being released. Our ministry was located in Los Angeles around that time. We were gathering the resources and people to start a training and outreach center near Hollywood. We had been given a sizable grant to support the work, but in 2005 it was as though every door closed for us. We eventually gave the grant back and moved to Moravian Falls, North Carolina. We were literally placed in the wilderness (we lived in the woods of North Carolina) and we experienced a very difficult time for three years, including a very limited amount of influence and favor. Then in 2009, we were suddenly sent back to the West Coast to start a training center—this time in Santa Maria, California.

We are now in a time of realignment and restarting. Many prophetic words and promises got sidetracked or delayed, and some are now void because of the sudden switch in the spirit. If you have gone through difficult and unclear times over the past few years, this may very well be the reason why. Had God allowed the new movement to come in the condition we were in, it may have destroyed us.

A Time of Awakening

Throughout the month of September, I kept hearing a line from a song on the radio, "Wake me up when September ends." This is very much like the call going out from God right now—He will be waking many of His people up in the month of October. This is the time to press in to God and ask Him for more clarity. We will all see some type of answered prayer during this month. You will need to watch for it. Those who are not paying attention may miss this fresh time of God's visitation. God is visiting our situations, our families, jobs, relationships, and ministries, and a trumpet blast is going out to call people to awaken! We will see some strange events in the months to come and a massive amount of sudden changes and turnarounds. If we stay centered on God, we will not be shaken.

Check for yourself—think back and look at the year 2005 and see if anything unusual happened. Were you going one direction when things switched and seemed to dry up? As I have asked people this question, I am hearing story after story of how God had either made a promise that didn't seem to work out, or some even saw a new move of God start that suddenly got cut off.

This is what I believe God is saying, "Just as suddenly as things changed and were cut off in 2005, I am now renewing and reviving situations—suddenly! I am parting the Red Sea once again and making the impossible possible. Watch Me, and give Me glory as your life and ministry are restored and renewed in this very hour."

Prayer: "God, awaken us to what You are doing in our lives right now. Give us eyes to see and ears that can hear what You are doing. Amen."

Let no man fool you and say that I am the one that destroys. For the destroyer comes to destroy the land. I speak it out, for there are many that need purging. Do you understand that the blood of innocent ones cry out? And even so they cried out before what took place in Louisiana, in Alabama and in Mississippi. I said that I would unbuckle the Bible Belt, and for this reason many say that they are the ones that brought so much joy through salvation. But religion ruled, and this Nation is divided. Therefore it shall not be divided for long. I am tired of the squabbling that is taking place between democrats and republicans. This is enough!

Let my Church arise. Let my people arise. Let them become the voice. Let them become the voice of this Nation as they were before. Let them become the voice that they were. I shall not allow the enemy to take what is Mine. This Nation does not belong to Allah; this Nation does not belong to Buddha. This Nation belongs to the Lord Most High, the God of the universe. Your forefathers spoke these words. They said it shall be established on the principles that were given to us by Christ. This Nation belongs to Christ. This Nation belongs to the son of the Living God. And I'm looking to My people to bring the unity. If you do not do this then it shall continue.

For there shall be fights between (political) parties and solutions shall come and answers shall come. And those that are corrupt will be brought to the surface. God said this a few months ago, that I would bring forth to the surface the corruption that exists in the political arenas. I will bring it to the forefront. When they speak against an innocent man, I will bring forth the corruption and I will expose their nakedness. Therefore let the voice of the parties not be the voice of the Lord. Let My prophets arise and let them speak while the opportunity is at hand. Do you understand that the prophets could have a voice into the ears of those that matter?

I will predict again and again and they will eventually say we must listen to the prophets of the Lord. We must listen for they are warning, and the warning shall come. For I will do nothing unless I reveal My secret to my servants the prophets. No not My prophets, but to My servants the prophets. There are many prophets who are not servants. I will not reveal My secrets to those who are not servants. I look for faithfulness, I look for humility and I would not use measures to bring humility. Humble yourself before Me and I will raise you up.

This hour it shall come to pass, in the next two months, that there shall be more purging. But listen to Me; at the end of October America shall come to rest. I shall bring you to a Halloween and they shall say we will celebrate our Halloween again. God said you will celebrate nothing of the sort, because before it, I will bring Myself to this Nation and you will go into November and I will bring victory, upon victory, upon victory, upon victory!

Legislation, legislation, they say you cannot legislate unity. You cannot bring unity through the United Nations. The United Nations is abolished. The United Nations has no more say. For I will take care of the refugee Nations. I will take care of those that have become refugees in this Nation. For now I call to the Nations of this earth. America helped you, where are you now? Kuwait, America helped you but where are you now? Yes I see that you have delivered and you have given to this Nation. But now this Nation has what they call refugees. Where are the Nations that we have helped? Where are the Nations that I stretched My hand out to through this Nation? I command you to give and if you do not help this Nation I will see that you suffocate and that you do not prosper. For I have looked upon this Nation and the suffering that is taking place and enough is enough. I will cause vindication to come. I will cause the Middle Eastern Nations to give to this Nation. I will cause the Middle Eastern Nations to say we will help America. I'll use third world countries to give to this Nation. Why? Because I will prove what you have sown over the years and the decades will be given back to you America. This is your day!

The people said to Moses, give us water for we need water to drink. They looked for the obvious, they looked to the wind and they looked to the clouds. They looked for rain but I did not send it through rain. I sent it through a rock. I sent it from the earth not from the sky. They are saying, Oh, you said the oil and the economy shall be revived. Are you looking to oil when I already have something else that I shall use from your rocks and from your earth? Do you realize that America is being forced to embark upon a new energy source? America has been forced to go as pioneers again and create a new form of energy. And it's already there, it's right under your feet. It's not coming from anywhere else. It's not coming from the Middle East. It's coming from the soil of this Nation!

An unusual thing shall take place. For even as the kings came to Elisha they said give us a prophet to prophesy in our earth. Give us a prophet who will prophesy in our famine. Give us a prophet who will say something. This Nation is now crying out for the voice of the Lord. Your President is crying out for the voice of the Lord, and you shall not have it from the obvious. Even Elisha told the Kings. God said I shall send you rain, I will do it because of the King of Judah. I will do it because of the King of praise. I will do it because of the people who have praised Me and said though he slay me I will yet praise Him. I will yet serve Him. The people that said, even though many have spoken against the Lord God we will yet serve him. The prophetic words will come forth. I will send you rain in your valley America. I will send you water into your valley. Not through the rain but through some other source. It shall come from the least obvious thing. This day I will send you what you need and they will say oh how obvious it was. It was right before our very eyes. I am forcing you to go on the journey with the big "E". I will not let My prophet say, for this is not for him to know. There is a big "E" and it shall come forth through this Nation. How did we not realize that this will take place? You will not need the Middle East. I will promise you this, I will send you a new and a fresh thing that will come from the soil of this Nation. Rejoice America and people of God!

Enough of the fighting. Enough of this destructive words against each other. Forget not my prayer when I prayed to the Father in John 17 that they may be one as we are one then the world will know. If there is not unity that I demand from the gatekeepers of America, if there is not unity that I demand from the Pastors and the leaders of the church in this Nation, I will strike them down one at a time. And I will raise up a new breed. I will strike them down one at a time. There shall be one death after the other. And you say, why would God kill? For enough is enough! I've had enough of this. The stench of division has come before me for too long. The stench of lethargy and laziness and lack of prayer and no more fasting and riches beyond measure. Enough is enough! Do you not know that you are naked before My eyes? And therefore because you say you are rich but yet you are naked I will have to take you one side and show you. Enough of this pomp and ceremony! Where are the true men and women of God give that would scrape their hands on the ground and say oh God give us a revival, give us a move of your Spirit. I'm calling for My people to do that and if you do it I will give you the greatest move of the Spirit that you have ever seen.

I will bring back miracles, greater miracles than Kathryn Kuhlman ever had. Greater miracles than Jack Coe. There will be no question that this was the Lord God Almighty. There will be no questionable miracles. They will be proven time and time and time again. These unusual miracles will take place when My men and My women say we will do it, we will humble ourselves and we will pray. And this Nation shall be healed. I raised up Larry Lee to bring a Nation to prayer and then God said away and no more prayer. I will raise up others that will bring this Nation to a place of prayer again. I'm not talking about prayer that is lengthy and that has too much wind. I'm talking about the prayer that shakes hell and that moves heavens within a minute. Just one minute of prayer can do that. This that they call spiritual warfare, screaming for hours, God said enough of this! My Son looked at a lunatic and said today you are the missionary to this region and cast out a legion of spirits. There are going to be mass demonic expulsions that will take place. And you won't even know it.

But I will rid this Nation of the one thing that destroyed My friend President Ronald Reagan, for it shall come to an end. Alzheimer's shall come to an end. Dementia shall come to an end. Do not say that it cannot be done, for it has already been discovered. Portland, Oregon you have embraced the prophets and therefore I will reward you. Oregon and Washington you have embraced the prophets and because you have done this I will do what I did for Obadiah. I will send you Elijah. I will send you the spirit of Elijah. And the hearts of the sons and the hearts of the fathers shall return to each other. And the hearts of the daughters shall return to their mothers and mothers shall be mothers again and fathers shall be fathers again. There will be massive breakthrough in the families of this Nation, for I am putting My prophet in the midst of a pornographic head and a pornographic place that I may rid it of the prophets of Baal, that I may rid it of the false pleasures of this hour. Enough is enough! Get ready the prophets are coming because of you. I'm sending it through this Nation. Watch, watch, watch and pray for great shall be the display of resurrection from the dead.

Would there be a man and a woman that would fall half-way their size, and on a knee they would say God you have spared us and you have kept us. Yet there are those that are crying out by the tens of thousands in Louisiana. My heart has wept but what will come out of it will be a grace upon this Nation. A grace that shall cause your prisons to be less filled. I will cause people that have said we will never come back or darken the door of a church, but they will.

For the Church, as it has been, has officially been abolished. The structure and the system as it has controlled has officially been destroyed. And this means that unless My Son has preeminence, and unless I have My total way that shall no longer be called the Church of Jesus Christ. The system that has controlled and religion that has dictated to your children shall no longer flourish. I will take those in the caves, and I will take those at Gilgal. I will take those that are in the caves of Adullah. I will take those that have praised me as the Sauls have used as his hobby to destroy David.

God said no more! For the David's that I called are arising to the surface and they shall dance before the Lord and they will lose their clothes. And they will say you think I'm undignified now, you watch how undignified I will be. For Zion is calling you to a higher place. Is there somebody that would get on their knees with me and say God I'm going to pray a prayer for this Nation? I'm going to pray a pray for the grace of God. God said if you will do that today I will raise up a brand new and fresh intercessory prayer group. A group of people that will intercede the way my Son did. He said to the disciples, could you not tarry with me just for one hour? And God said that's all it would have taken. It didn't take days. It is not necessary for another Gethsemane prayer. My Son already did it. My Son did what He had to do at Gethsemane and therefore the Hero of Golgotha is now standing in your midst saying unto you, Call for this Nation for I will listen to you and I will hearken to your prayer.

And as you pray to Me there shall be an abundance that will come and I will bring unity into the Church. And once that takes place, My Spirit shall come upon it, and I will raise up those out of chaos and make them great men. I will raise princes out of the dust. I will take those who have nothing and give them something. And you will hear these words, let the weak say I am strong. And the weak shall say I am strong, and the poor shall say I am rich. For My Son became poor so that you could become rich. Is this not the truth, says the Lord? Now pray out loud. For as you pray out loud, I will listen to your cry, and I will hear it from heaven, and I will bring upon your homes and your children, your husbands and your wives, your grandparents. I will bring a fresh thing that will raise them up and cause them to know the Lord and do exploits in his name.

United States

The United States has been saved from those who would remove God from its borders, but now the nation must be established. There is a four-year window for the intercessors to war for the establishment of morality and righteousness. God is going to raise up a president in 2008 who will reconcile the nations to the United States. Bush has been called to be a man of war, like David, but God is bringing a Solomon to the office in '08 who will make peace with the nations.

STATES

Colorado

Colorado is going to see the beginnings of the "unlocking" of treasures of darkness from the mines. New veins of ore and minerals will be discovered in the ground that have been hidden until this season.

California

A dream was given to one of the prophets in November, 2004, that everything began to fall apart in California. In the dream, he was helping to put Christmas ornaments back on the tree. He knew then that he should warn the people that mudslides would come, weather patterns would change drastically (with snow), and an earthquake would come at some time after these drastic weather pattern shifts; and there would be a flood in Los Angeles and then a fire.

Several of the prophets had received that this was a judgment due to the vote to use stem cells for research that was passed in the last election. The word was that they needed to re-align their gifts, or else the whole nation would be changed by the Jezebel spirit that will arise out of California and try to pass similar votes in the rest of the nation. As a result, we are calling for massive prayer for Schwarzenegger. We strongly felt that the intercessors need to go for the ancient roots to heal the land of California.

Oregon

Oregon will see the ruling governmental structure, along with its influence and liberalism, fall. This will cause structures that are hidden, that are terrorist groups, beginning in 2005, to be exposed. Watch for physical shakings in the natural so spiritual change can come.

Patterns for Victory in RIDING THE WIND of REVELATION! CATCHING ANOTHER WIND FOR 5766!

It is a blessing to be here with you. It has been one of my favorite places to come over here through the years with Dan Hammer and getting to know you up here, watching the Lord transform us. I feel like this gathering has been ordained by the Lord. Let’s thank the Lord for what he has done thus far.

Now I am going to be showing some power points tonight. Let’s just bring the lights down lower so that we can see better. Yes, that will work better. We are in a great season. We don’t have to ask the Lord to visit us. He is coming down and doing all sort of things with us. It is really interesting what He is doing all over the world, yet it is very interesting what He is doing in this nation. I think last night that you heard Dutch sharing his burden for this nation. I don’t know of anybody that has carried the burden of this nation and counted the cost like Dutch Sheets has, so let’s just thank the Lord for him and bless the Lord. It was a real joy to go to all 50 states. It was quite an undertaking. I look back at when we were here and I think it was December, 2003. Wow! That was such a wonderful meeting here and I think you are going to find it very interesting tonight. You who have gotten the book, Releasing the Prophetic Destiny of a Nation, and read the report on Washington will see how significant you are the next three years and why we would be here for a time such as this.

Why would we be doing a warfare conference? You know we used to do these back in the 90’s all the time and we sort of pulled aside. I can remember we decided to do two Future War Conferences in 2001. We did one the weekend before 9/11. We did the next one the weekend after 9/11. That is how significantly timed those gatherings were. One was in Virginia Beach and one was in California. Peter and Doris couldn’t even get a flight and had to drive to California right after that because of the intensity of things. So it was really interesting and why we have chosen to do this this year right now is because we are in a season of war and it’s almost like now the body of Christ is beginning to see we are in war. It is not as prophetic about us being in war now. Really it is how we are going to move forward in war.

Many of you know through the years I have always studied the year. I don’t operate in the Roman calendar; I operate in the Hebraic calendar and have done so for years and years. The Lord began to reveal that to me in the 1970’s, so it is just something that I have walked in and it has become a way of life. The thing about the Hebraic calendar is every year has a distinct meaning about it. And it’s that meaning that causes us to understand what God is doing in that year so we can respond to him right. See, God is sovereign, and God’s not in time like we’re in time, but we’re in time. And so you want to understand times and seasons. That’s what Dutch was teaching on this morning.

We just started our arm of the Wagner Leadership Institute in Denton because we felt like we had to do our DNA, which is prophetic intercession and my anointing has been that Issachar type of anointing. Now, the Issachar tribe, what they would do is, where they were when you read the context of I Chronicles 12, they were in war and they were bringing revelation to the people on the times so they would understand the times and know what to do so they could shift from Saul’s government into David’s government. See, that’s the context of that passage. You’re leaving one government, one earthly spiritual realm of government and you must know how to transition. Well, one of the things that Peter was sharing that I began to see, because every year for about 20 something years, I’ve looked at the year from a Hebraic standpoint to understand prophetically what the year was going to be like. And it’s just been very, very clear for me and then, by knowing the Word, you can take, once you understand the meaning of the year, you can take it and process it based upon what God is saying in the Word over what will be happening during the year. And it gives us very accurate prophetic insight, because God doesn’t do anything without first telling the prophets what He’s going to do.

Now, I want to say a couple of things. I feel like God chose this area for this meeting. Now, I want to say that very carefully and very clearly, because I believe our steps are timed and ordered by the Lord. As I said earlier, He asked me to go to all the port cities this year, all the major port cities this year, which I have successfully accomplished to pray at, because the Lord said He was dealing with port cities and to leave Seattle for last. And so, this is the last port city for me to go to that would surround our nation. And He then instructed us that we were to have a warfare conference here. Now, He does that for a reason because we’re constantly looking at the East Coast concerning attacks and wars because of the populous state (of the density of the population there), but this actually will become a war center for our nation. I want you to just sort of write that down. I want you think about it. I want you to start getting prepared for it, because God has chosen this area for a very peculiar time.

Now, when I first started communicating to the body over this, the body had a hard time grasping, well the body’s had a hard time grasping a lot of things, but they had a real hard time when we were at Oklahoma in a meeting and the Spirit of God fell on us and I literally fell on the floor. I don’t usually do that, laid on my face, prostrate, got up and began to declare that we were going to war. And God is so giving us clear revelation over our nation going to war and where we were headed in days ahead. Then, knowing where we were headed and understanding the Hebraic concept, now I want to go ahead and say this as we go through this tonight, because I feel like tonight’s very important. I don’t feel like I’m supposed to preach. I’m not sure what kind of teaching you call this, but I know it’s important that you get this. And I know He’s drawn us here to get this tonight so we can begin to say, “This is where we’re headed.” And then, tomorrow, we will enter into another dimension before we leave here and, of course, I’ll be with Pastor Dan and here at Sonrise on Sunday morning for both services.

In studying the Hebraic, now Hebrew is an interesting language. It’s very much like native culture, native and Hebrew are so very closely related and it makes you look at some things from a prophetic standpoint. But their letters, their numbers have word meaning, which have letter meanings that you can really begin to interpret the wholeness of what God’s doing and understand it very carefully and very clearly. So, in October Rosh Hoshanna of 2001, I began to study in that year what was ahead. I began to study in October of 2000. Then, as we progressed into the year, I got very, very clear direction over where our nation was headed. I was one of the few people, this is one of the few times I’ve experienced this, I was one of the few people that I could find that were saying we were going into a war season. Most prophets were not saying that. They were not embracing that. The body was not embracing it and yet, I know God very, very well, and I know His voice very well, so I had to say it and Becky and I had the book, Future War of the Church ready for the body of Christ. And I got lots of flack over it. I’ll just be real honest with you. It was a real trying time because it was like I had to just stand and say, “Well, Lord, You know I hear You and I’m just going to have to trust you to deal with this and I want to keep my heart right in it.” You’ve been in situations like that. You don’t want to try and convince people you’re right. You don’t want to do that. That’s pride. You don’t have to do that. You just have to sort of wait it out with the Lord, you know, while people are just looking at you like you’re crazy.

We were in Mississippi and on September the 10^th and it was the message God had given me. And I was there and then the prophetic fell in Mississippi. It was the largest church in Mississippi which is pastured by very good friends of ours. And the prophetic fell and I shared and said, “And I see the East Coast and I see fire and explosion on the East Coast.” And I began to give this word about going to war and what we were to do, how we were to prepare ourselves. One guy stood up and rebuked me. This was a meeting of about 1500, double this meeting, and said, “You’re leading the body of Christ astray by telling them we are going to war in this nation. We’re not even supposed to be embracing warfare. You are leading the body astray.” And I sat there, behind the pulpit, and I said, “Lord, now, I want to be very nice and gracious to this fella. And I said, well, and I was thinking in my mind, you know, the last time I was here and the Klu Klux Klan surrounded the church, Lord, I just wish you’d do something with this group down here. I just wish you would deal with them. I mean they are enough to run a sane man stark crazy. I mean, you know, they’ve got so many issues down here. And so I’m sitting there thinking that, but I wanted to be nice, you know. And so I said, “Well brother, all I can tell you is you’ll probably see this sooner than later, so it’s a choice how you receive it.” That was on September the 10^th, 2001.

We were back there for the 50-state tour and that man came and apologized tremendously and asked me to forgive him. Now, it was a very interesting time for us and that’s what I want to go through because that started a season. A season in the body of Christ is called kronos. That means it’s a period of time that God is accomplishing something. We don’t have a choice because He’s sovereign, but to allow Him to develop us in it. And so, in that, beginning the year 5762, it’s between these years. The Hebrew is different. September 2001, see, we were shifting over into the year 5762 and the Hebrew that year, for beginning September at Rosh Hoshanna, in 2001, meant the beginning of war for seven years. Peter wants the war to end at the end of seven years, but what it really means is this is a time for you to contend for your covenant blessings and there will be earthly foes contending against you for your covenant blessings. And so, it meant the Lord was throwing us into a place of contending for our future and for our children and for our children’s children and for our territories and everything else.

Now, notice 2002 that was a very interesting year in the midst of war. It was called the Sabbath Day Rest Year. In other words, now, here’s the concept of rest, it’s where you secure your place. That’s what rest means. Rest means you have entered in and you have pressed past into a new place of faith. See, so what the Lord began to do with us in 2002, in the midst of this was say, “Let me try to increase your faith.” That’s when we wrote this book on the Shield of Faith, because I studied that faith that year from one end to the other. The shield of faith doesn’t look like a shield like we think. It’s a door. And so you want to understand the shield of faith, but I was at Barbara Yoder’s and I was speaking at the beginning of our calendar year, and all of a sudden I saw this. The body of Christ, they were on a bull. Now, if you’ve ever studied, watched bull riding, the Lord said, “This is going to be a violent year for us.” The bull ride is 8 seconds, violent year, and what God did with me is showed me what would happen through the eight months leading up to August, just very clear.

Then the third year of this war, turn to you neighbor and say, “You know I’ve made it through the first few years here.” Now, this was where we shifted into a new place of revelation where God said, “I’m going to start showing you secrets and mysteries and surprises. I’m going to start just showing you, revealing myself to you.” We’ve been talking about revelation, but the Lord also said that year, it was a year to run with the horses, that you were going to have to, and so he told me to pray for all the horse states and to go to the horse states, so I did that. I went to many of them, called them forth, went to Kentucky, went to lots of the places with that because the Lord was showing us that year that if you didn’t learn to run with the horses, if the footmen had overtaken you, the horses would surely overtake you. So, He said, you’ve got to get running. You see what I mean. You’ve got to learn how to get on paths that are overtaking you.

Now, what concerns me a little is, I feel like the body is playing catch up. I feel like it’s because we’re not prophetic in America. Now let me just be real honest with you. We’re not prophetic. We care about establishing our life and making sure we’re comfortable. We’ve got our driven purpose which is although awesome, it is more about me and you, individually, instead of understanding the purposes of God and how it’s related to the earth and the land and the atmosphere and what God is doing in our midst and how we interrelate corporately. And so that year wasn’t the easiest year either.

Then we had 2004. Now, this was the past year and this was the year 5765 and it means we are just ending this year in the Hebrew. And 2005, see it crosses over when you start looking at the calendar. It started in September 2004. It’s gone to October 2005 because this was a leap year. It was a year to circle, surround and it was a year to violently praise and God said, “Instead of the enemy plundering you over and over, you were to surround the enemy’s camp this year with praise.” So, it was the year that He was making the body more expressive in who we are and I’m going to show you this in a moment.

And then we have just entered the year 5766 in October 2005. This is a year of staking your claim in the midst of the whirlwind. You might want to write that down. Now, I’ve waited to, this is the first time I’ve put this line up here for anywhere we’ve been. And I’ve waited to do that knowing what the Hebraic here means because you would think, well, I mean, we’re back to Florida again with the whirlwind. We’re back to the Gulf Coast where Wilma can hit the East Coast, but the only state when you look in the 50 state tour, that God called the whirlwind state was Washington. So that makes it a real interesting year for you.

And so the Lord told me very clearly that I needed to make it a priority this year, knowing what the year was about, to be with you at the beginning of it. And to stick with you through the year in prayer, mobilizing prayer, because you’ve become, you see, Dutch probably had never looked at it again since we’ve been here, and he was saying, “All eyes will be on Washington, well it’s the whirlwind state and it’s the year of the whirlwind.” So, all of a sudden, you’ve got to come into an understanding up here like never before. Then you’ve got Oregon which was God’s choice of the state that would overthrow the Jezebel structure. There’s something major going on up here in the Northwest.
